Yessss Buzz & Bites!!! So happy they opened a location in Katy, since I've been a fan of the Spring Branch location for a while. First off, I absolutely love that this small business is women owned! Their food and drink menu is really unique with Asian fusion inspired bites they execute so well, and this location has happy hour (10:00AM-5:00PM everyday), brunch/lunch, and dinner! Some of my favorites for drinks are the Iced Matcha Strawberry Cloud or Iced Ube Cloud (coffee). For food, I love the Spicy Asian Chicken Panini w/ homemade house chips, and the Cheesy Crispy Rice is a yummy shareable appetizer! The service is so friendly and quick. The restaurant is spacious, bright, trendy/modern, clean, and colorful. Buzz & Bites is the perfect place to take family or to meet up with friends! You'll love it!! read more

The host was kind and greeted us at the entrance. She offered us water after sitting us down and told us our waiter would be with us shortly. 20 MINUTES PASSED and nobody came to our table. It was a group of 5 that day which caught us all off guard. We were greeted immediately by Rosalyn. She was so sweet and friendly throughout our entire visit. The ambiance is very chill. Interesting concept to combine a bar, coffeehouse and fresh food cafe. But trust me, we tried something from every category and they hit on all 3! Everything we ordered came out SO hot. You can tell everything was made fresh in-house. Food came out relatively quick too. The Stuffed Stinger Jalapeño's are 2 different kind of stuffed jalapeños. One is fried with shrimp and the other is bacon wrapped with ground sausage. They're both topped with a sweet sauce. Both were good with the ranch. 8/10 The Gochujang wings were great too. Normally fried wings with batter feel heavy and greasy but these didn't. They were crunchy but light. The sauce was good too. I'll probably try the buffalo ones next. 9/10 The Hawaiian Lei Flatbread Pizza was so good! Not sure if the dough is homemade but it definitely tastes like it. Would get this again for sure. 10/10 The Passionfruit Mimosa was great. Not too sweet. 8/10 Whoever named the Love Potion, nailed it exactly. Because that's exactly what it tastes like. Not too sweet but not sour. A nice combo of both. Would get this again. 9/10 Decided to try the Sea Salted Caramel Chocolate Cloud after eating and I'm glad I did. The espresso is great. The flavors go well together. It honestly didn't even need the "cloud", the coffee was fire on its own. 10/10 There is a small fee to use a card but I think that's pretty common with small businesses. They list the cash and non cash price right on the receipt. As someone new to the area, it was great to find a small business that had great food, decent prices, a cool vibe and amazing staff. Found this lively little place from Yelp. When there around 1:30pm Sunday. Very busy place & seated immediately by Yurrio(urrio) & our server was Cynthia both excellent,attentive & helpful. My wife enjoyed & love the waffle platter & I enjoyed the cowboy burger(recommended). Both caramel macchiato was nicely foamed with cream but kind of Lukewarm & returned to be heated(hot). Husband and I just moved to the Houston area and love experiencing local food places. I picked Buzz & Bites for dinner (mostly because I love espresso drinks) and ordered the steak tacos. The tacos were amazing! I don't remember what my husband ordered but he got sweet potato fries as his side and those were delicious with the spicy dipping sauce. This is my first time trying this place. I definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and the ambience was very welcoming. The establishment was very clean. The staff member taking my order was very patient when I asked about what's one of their most popular dishes. He recommended the Buzz burger, which I definitely recommend as well. I also ordered a glass of white wine (outside of Happy hour) that costs 12$ for a very traditionally short pour. FAV. COFFEE SHOP!!! The owners are the nicest people, they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They made sure to seat us in a timely matter and once I spilled my drink as I was trying to get in my car and one of them rushed out with towels and offered to remake my drink! I mean Wow! So many great menu options but my absolute favorites: Ube cloud, pistachio latte, Mediterranean toast, chocolate mouse cake! What a cute and delicious restaurant! Needed a place to grab a quick dinner with my dog, they have outdoor seating (in the shade thank goodness). Everyone was really courteous and had great suggestions. Ended up going with the pan seared stuffed chicken (the crawfish sauce and mashed potatoes were especially delicious) and the hibiscus guava passion drink, as well as the love potion drink. The food and coffee are always excellent! Service is usually really good also, except for today. The lady with the bright pink eye shadow and bright makeup was so rude to us the entire visit. Ignored us for 3 minutes while we tried to order so she could talk to her coworkers. Rolled her eyes because we wanted to input our number for rewards. Then slammed the food on the counter because we asked for it to go after waiting for the food for 30 minutes. We had to leave for work. "Well that's too damn bad". I tipped almost 8 dollars to be told giving me my food to go was too much work. We told her we just need to go boxes and we can box it ourselves. I would like to say to that lady, it was not our fault you're unhappy and working on Valentine's Day. We just wanted to grab coffee and sandwiches. Usually love this place, still do. TL;WR: clean place, kind staff, great food When you enter, you are greeted kindly. There is table seating, large booth seating to the right of the counter, merchandise for sale to the left, extra seating (half booth, half table) behind the counter wall. Soft music playing, quiet converation. Two single stall restrooms are to the right. The place is kept clean. Since this was our first time, the staff member explained the menus. We decided to sit and review the menu. After deciding, we were going to get up and order but another staff member came and took our order. We had special requests (extra long cooked waffles) and questions; both were met with kindness and patience by staff. We were each brought a water and a carafe with extra water. The soda was served in a can with a glass of ice and straw. Lemons were fresh cut. The Berry Berry Hibiscus Lemonade was good, froth at the top, yet I would prefer mine a little sweeter. We ordered the BLT, sweet potato fries, mango tacos, and waffle platter. There was about a 15 minute wait for the food.... totally worth it. All very good, and served hot. The aioli sauce is slightly spicy and mostly delicious. We were checked on multiple times by staff. read more

First time visit this Thursday morning at 9:30. Upon entering my first impression was noticing how cute it was decorated. Seemed semi-busy. Could not tell if I was supposed to be seated and someone would wait on me or go up to a counter. Chose to go up to the counter. Two girls just stare at you. Don't ask can I help you or us this your first time visiting. You have your tell them is this where I order. I ordered their advertised menu French Toast. Said it was Brioche bread and choice or syrup's. U asked for strawberry like it said on menu and girl said all we have is maple. Wanted a Cafe Mocha but didn't have it so ordered Mocha Latte. I paid and got no receipt. Sat down and waited for order to come. 15 minutes later it comes. First look I'm very disappointed. It was NOT Brioche bread. Looked like thin sliced white bread from grocery store. Tasted so plain. Had 2 strawberries and 4 blueberries. Next I tasted my coffee. It tasted awful! Just like something burnt and bitter. Could not drink it. Very, very disappointed. Price for French toast over $9.00. Coffee $5.00. Will not return. Rather go to SNOOZE restaurant for breakfast. read more

Took my mom visiting from WA state and she really enjoyed her Texas melt and expresso martini. It's a nice place to meet up with friends and colleagues. Service is excellent as well. They are obviously working out some kinks as they seem the be a new local. They were really fast to deliver the check but menus, water and food took above expected time. I tried the one on Blalock before trying this one. I loved it. And I still love it. The food was great, I especially liked the seafood dip. I also really liked their nitro coffee. I'm already planning my next visit. The service was great and friendly. The vibe was chill and relaxing. I really enjoyed it. I got a burger and will get one again next time. They are really good. Just finished a mid morning visit to Buzz & Bites and gotta say I'll be returning soon. Really liked the atmosphere and the decor. They have a variety of hot and cold coffee and other drinks. As well as a complete menu ranging from breakfast to dessert. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered a Danish Twist pastry, hot salted caramel macchiato, and a Dark Roast Nitro cold brew. Cafe style order at the counter but they bring your order to you. I come here pretty regularly but after today I'm not sure I'll be back. I asked for my coffee to be remade because it didn't taste like how it normally tastes. I was met with nothing short of a passive aggressive attitude from the barista with Red hair. I would normally never ask for something to be remade if I can with stand the taste however, this coffee was not even flavored. I feel like as a loyal customer, I was disregarded and made to feel like I was wrong for simply asking to have it remade. read more
