This place is amazing! It's a cute coffee shop style restaurant. Not too big but plenty of room. It has been here for 3 years and this is our first time stopping in. We have been missing out! We had brunch and everything was fresh and delicious. Our server Corbin was so friendly and attentive. He offered recommendations and we were very pleased with the entire meal and experience. So cute and so worth it for the price! We went for my friend's birthday, so we all splurged for a little bit it was worth it! I really liked the bagel and lox and the waffle platter. The waffles were so fluffy and yummy and the bagel was crispy and fresh. I shared both of them with my sister but we both agreed that the bagel and lox was the best. It came with a lot of food as well! The worker was so nice and the food took a while to come out but not too long for us because we had our coffee while we waited. The favorite drink of the table was the ube cloud and I enjoyed the buzz latte while my sister thought it wasn't sweet enough (but she enjoyed very sweet drinks). read more

Coffee was good. Had the egg which I wasn't a fan of just seems fake. The place is super cute and has a fun outdoor area for the kids . My brother in law got the french toast and it took so long that everyone was finished with there brunch before he got his and it came out plain with no whipped cream or powder sugar or fruit like it said on menu and that's what he was excited about so we had to send it back . They serve brunch and all day menu items along with their fresh bakery items. There's a happy hour menu as well with wine. I didn't realize they were open until 10 pm on certain days! 2nd visit and, again, parking was tight at 9:30 in the morning. Food is a little pricey for portions but tasty. Today the croissants were very fresh compared to our first visit. Came here for a small gather birthday party. They have a big semi private table in the back that was perfect for this. The wait staff was nice and knowledgeable. Gave good recommendations with food and drink pairings as they have a giant menu. Very cool interior with lots of spots to get photos at. This place had a cozy hall in the back with seating. There was a clean sink dedicated for hand washing separate from the bathrooms, which was nice. Service was nice and timely. Most of the delicious food seen on here for this place were during their brunch hours/brunch menu. We arrived later or on a day that didn't serve brunch (I can't recall which), so we had to stick with the dinner menu. They DO have kid meals, but it is only listed on their brunch menus, so ask for that if you would like to order something for the kids. We really liked the chocolate croissant that we ordered from their pastry display. They grab fresh ones from the back and warm it up for you and bring it to your table if you are dining in. There were three people working in the front and we were the only customers for the first half of our meal. Another family came in after and mostly ordered drinks and appetizers. The service was nice albeit a little bit slow. They worked very hard polishing glass cups and cleaning the front bar area, but made very little eye contact with customers so we had to do things on our own (find where extra napkins and silverware were located since we were not given enough, find a kids menu since it said online that there were some- wanted to see if they were updated or not, and get a refill on the super small glasses of water.) The kids had the chicken strip and fries. I asked if one of the fries could be subbed out with sweet potato fries instead, but our server misunderstood and ordered an extra sweet potato fries for us instead. The fries were ok and overly seasoned. The kids did not like them. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was ok, too, but not worth the price point, in my opinion. My husband ordered on of the burgers, but we can't recall which one. It wasn't the best either. The restaurant itself was really cute and set up very well for a brunch location or a place to hang out. There are small tables up front to sit, regular booths to one side, and a longer booth/bench with multiple tables behind the ordering counter that could sit a bunch of smaller groups or one larger group if the tables were pushed together. It was also nice since it was somewhat removed from the rest of the space to allow for more room and privacy. We went in with high expectations and left a bit disappointed. Perhaps the best meals to be had here are during their brunch hours - which might be way the place was so empty when we arrived and when we left. Love the drinks, they never disappoint. However, let me tell you what's disappointing about my last visit. My cousin and I arrived around 2:20 PM. We decided to sit outside as it was a really nice day. However, we had to move multiple times because there were two individuals smoking outside and the smoke was disturbing us. Needless to say, someone did come by after a while and ask them not to smoke. The time is now 2:35 PM and no one has come to check on us offer us drinks or take our order. We get the attention of the waitress inside and asked if someone was going to be serving us. Someone comes out shortly after and takes our drink and food order. At approximately 250 PM we are still without drinks and also without our food. About five minutes later our food comes out piping hot very tasty. no complaints there. However, we still do not have drinks. About another 5 to 10 minutes go by and now we are served drinks. The bacon was on the thicker side which I also preferred. The sausage patties were regular ole sausage patties. The waffles were soft and warm. They weren't overly sweet but oddly savory. Not pictured were our drinks- a sweetened jasmine tea and nitro cold brew iced coffee. My mother loved the tea and I forgot to ask for my coffee to be sweetened, I did get a caffeine boost from it. The aesthetic of Buzz & Bites is adorable and welcoming. I wish I had been brunching rather than picking up a lunch to take back to the office. The theme is well executed and gives off a polished feeling even though this is a the 2nd location for this local coffee shop. The menu has a great variety, and every sandwich and salad sounded tasty. I chose the Berry Spinach Salad with Chicken and the Raspberry Açaí Lemonade. After ordering I sat at the counter to wait for my to-go order. One of the employees served me a glass of water without me even asking! That was above and beyond in my eyes since I wasn't even dining in. My order was ready promptly and I was in my way. I had intended to eat my salad as soon as I got back to work, but I was pulled away from my lunch for about an hour. I was worried my salad would be soggy, but that was not the case. The dressing was in a separate container to be added at my convenience, and the chicken was still warm and off to the side of the salad. The spinach was still crisp and fresh, and the blueberries still juicy. Oh, and the lemonade hit the spot--not too sweet and not too sour. Came here for brunch and drinks. It's a cute little place. You order at the front and seat yourself and they just bring your food and drinks to you. Most of the food was pretty good. The drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) were good but the pandan coffee didn't taste like pandan. It just tasted like regular coffee. The strawberries on the creme brûlée were dried out and tasted like they were going bad. One of the strawberries was dark and discolored. Customer service definitely could've been better. read more

This was actually my second time coming here after a friend recommended it. During the first visit (4:40) we were told our food would take 20 minutes and the cashier asked if we would take it to go. (It did not take 20 minutes) As someone who works in the restaurant industry I've never asked someone to take their food to go for a dine in order. Even close to closing. It's actually one of those big 'NOs' because even if someone doesn't take it rudely it rubs a guest the wrong way. At the moment I didn't take it rudely and took the food to go. I didn't plan on sitting for 30 minutes but just wanted to eat the burger there and leave, but I guess they didn't know that. It was pretty good (cowboy burger I think) and even brought my boyfriend to come try it today. Sadly the tables were filthy, floor was filthy and chairs were astray. Again the cashier had horrible customer service barely looking us in the eye. The food paled in comparison to the first visit and was very bland with no seasoning at all.
