I was told it would be rescheduled for the same day, July 18, and I even received a text confirmation. However, when my partner and I arrived at the Los Gatos location, we found out that our appointments had accidentally been booked for August 18 instead of July 18. As someone with a very busy schedule, I was understandably frustrated because I wasn't able to come back another day. I explained the situation to the front desk associate, but there wasn't much she could do. I left feeling disappointed. What happened next completely changed my experience. Areli came outside after us, sincerely apologized for everything that had happened including the issues with the Sunnyvale location and genuinely took ownership of trying to make things right. She was compassionate, understanding, and never made me feel like I was just another customer. With the help of her manager, she was able to accommodate both me and my partner that same day. Please note I had had this email to fill out the health questionnaire for less than 12 hours and my appointment was not for six more days. Then I received an email today subsequent changing my appointment time not acknowledging the change of my appointment time as if, people can just reschedule without being asked to reschedule, which I will note is the second time they've done this to me and reasons why I canceled my original appointment with them about a year ago because they assume everyone else's schedule is completely irrelevant to theirs. Once again I'm supposed to fill out a form that I received at 1 AM before noon, not even allowing me 24 hours of the form and when I don't return it immediately, I get texted every half an hour, to remind me!?!? I'm threatened that my appointment will be canceled if I don't get it done, but then my appointment just gets unilaterally moved to a completely different time as if I have nothing else going on, when in fact I do and I will have to be at work, extremely shortly after, the new appointment time, which doesn't work for me but, after waiting on hold for 25 minutes, to address with them, I had to give up. They refused to resolve the issue and instead informed me that someone named Cinnamon would follow up to "discuss further," by EOW -- note that summer is passing and time is limited. This has been truly disappointing. I'm generally a very positive person who prefers to focus on the good, but this involves my hard-earned money and a clear matter of principle. All in all: 6+ minutes wasted on the phone after phone tag + time spent waiting at the front desk IN PERSON with no receptionist in sight. I should be charging ya'll at this point.SMH! The total appointment time was 30 minutes, including the 10 minute waiting time to be seen. Waiting reception area showed they had a consistent level of clients waiting to be seen or leaving. Staff were very friendly and kind, they handle our requested service professionally and with ease. There's ample parking in the back of the building with a back entrance as well. There was a slight mishap as they wanted to charge $500 for our service but it was quickly corrected before we paid and they apologized for the miscommunication. We will not hesitate to come back for a future procedure.

I again paid the $50 copay, only to be taken into an exam room by Physician Assistant Julie Lam and told that the laser machine was broken and the treatment could not be performed. What was most frustrating is that nobody called me beforehand to let me know the equipment was unavailable. I was told the appointment also included a consultation, which made little sense because I had already seen the doctor and knew exactly what treatment I was there for. I requested a refund of the $50 copay, which is currently being processed. While I appreciate that, it doesn't change the fact that I wasted approximately 40 minutes driving through Bay Area traffic for an appointment that should have been canceled or rescheduled in advance. In my experience, the staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating, and the overall communication and customer service were disappointing. I have PPO insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. Patients' time matters, and if a critical piece of medical equipment is unavailable, they should be notified before making the trip. You're welcome!!! I found Quinn on Yelp and although there were no reviews for specifically this condition I thought I'd go in for a consult. On the day of the consult itself she cauterized them all in under 15 mins! It's been about 2 weeks and everything is healed and looks great! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even if they come back I'll just go to Quinn again and have them cauterized. I can't even begin to express how nice it feels to not have them on my face! Quinn was great to work with and clearly knows what she's doing.
