I've tried this with 3 other aestheticians prior -- one had recommended Erica while she was traveling and the other two I never went back to because the results were mediocre and one even caused my lashes to crinkle (!!!). Btw if you don't know what a lash lift is, it's like a push-up bra for your lashes. The treatment uses chemicals to lift and curl your lashes and can last from 6-8 weeks. Because there are chemicals, it's important you go to a reputable and knowledge person that understands how to adjust the process according to your lashes to avoid damaging / over processing. Plus the treatment Erica uses has keratin which is less damaging! Although I live almost an hour drive away from Erica, I religiously drive to see her every 6-8 weeks to get my straight Asian lashes lifted. Erica is super meticulous and will get every lash (including the baby ones on the corners) lifted beautifully! I always come out feeling like a million bucks and can get away with not putting on makeup every day which saves so much time. Tl;dr I LOVE the results of getting my lashes lifted with Erica, and trust Erica 150% with my lashes!! Also, recommend doing a growth lash serum every day (like Rodan & Fields which I find works really and saw results after 2 months) to lengthen your lashes. Her name was mentioned several times all with great things to say so I scheduled the same day to find all the reviews were true. Highly recommend you book with her if visiting this location! Nina was friendly, informative, so kind, funny and overall professional. She took great care to ensure I was happy with my service. Really important to share that the waxers at EWC locations have a limited window of time to help you so it's important you show up on time so they have all that time to help you instead of doing a fast job to stay in that window. Rooms are very bright and they ask you to undress while the waxer is in the room. Not sure if this is for me as my esthetician's space has a light dimmer and she also provides privacy and a cover for you to use so you're not completely naked on your bottom half. She then uses those glasses with lights to do her job. Plays soothing music. Whole 9 yards. She also charges significantly less than this place. She charges me $45. EWC charges $70! She can't be beat especially when she books out an hour for your Brazilian vs the 15 minutes waxers get here. Place likely won't be one I come back to regularly but I will return for Nina when I need to.

She also explained the process, how the upper lip area may be painful but to me it hardly hurt at all, and also explained that chin hair may take a year, at first every 2 weeks, then 1X a month, to permanently remove. Very informative which I appreciated, It was also helpful for her to explain what I should do post procedure (saline rinse with a cotton pad.).
