I feel blessed to have found Crystal at All Bodies Welcome. After years of dealing with facial hair, my results have been amazing. Crystal put me at ease in a judgement-free environment. I enjoy Crystal's personality as an added plus. read more

I would highly recommend Chrystal to anyone seeking out permanent hair removal. I tried laser on my face, and only saw more hair on my chin and cheeks. From the first consultation, Chrystal was clear about expectations for this process, whereas in the past with Laseraway I felt extremely mislead. Even though electrolysis is not painless, I look forward to all of my appointments! Since the process does take some time, I couldn't find a better person I'd rather spend that time with! read more

I have been a client for over 2 years and cannot recommend Chrystal enough. She is not only extremely professional and an expert in her field, but also is a riot to talk to. Makes 45 mins feel like 5. So glad I found her. read more

Chrystal is the BEST!!! She is an expert and knows her stuff! I was a tad scared and she was a pro with explaining the entire process to me! It was an easy appointment and she even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing! I will definitely be referring her to others! Thanks Chrystal!!! read more

Chrystal is so wonderful! I was referred by a dear friend to her services and boy was that spot on! Not only does Chrystal make you feel extremely comfortable, she provides a space that is very clean and walks you through every step of the process (as someone with some anxiety this is something I really love!) she is so informed in electrolysis. I will 10/10 be returning to All Bodies Welcome and highly recommend Chrystals hair body removal services to you!!! read more

I started the process of removing my underarm hair, and am so happy to have begun this process with Chrystal! She is very knowledgeable, and has a calming demeanor during the session. I was very worried about pain, since I'm a big chicken. She walked me through the first "zap" and I was able to continue. It;s a process, and I love seeing the progress. The hairless area is so smooth, I love it, and can't wait to be hair free! I highly recommend All Bodies Welcome. read more

I tried to get an appointment for chin hair removal. I emailed and called several times with no response. The wait time on their website for a first time appointment was 3 months out, I understand this as they have a large clientele. However, no one responded to my emails or my phone calls. I'm in business myself so I understand being busy, but not returning phone calls or emails is just rude and says they are not interested in my business. They may take "all bodies", but they won't get mine. read more

Crystal is great. She removes the hair and is very friendly and professional. She gives you a mini facial at the end leaving your skin glowing. She's great and I'll keep coming back. read more

I suffer from PCOS which gives me a lot of unwanted facial hair. I was really suprised at how effect the process was for removal. She is also honest on certain areas being more sensitive, chin hair removal not painful at all for me. Removal from the cheek area stung a bit more but was nice to be forwarned. I honestly feel like it hurts less then getting my face waxed. She also has a very gentle hand. Every area shes removed hair from in 2019 has not grown back as of yet. We were also taking photos of my process for others suffering feom PCOS considering this type of hair removal. read more

It's such a great feeling to leave this place a little less furry and a lot more me. This place is amazingly clean, I feel safe even in the heat of COVID. My wife loves her too and it is amazing how well it works. No regrowth! It's just gone, those cat whiskers are GONE! I'll take pictures next time. Common Santa Clara open up our salons. read more

Just started coming here, have had two session so far and have been very happy with it! Chrystal has a very easy going demeanor and is pleasant to be around, especially in an environment that may be new to most people. She thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect from this and has taken every precaution in regards to keeping everyone safe during COVID. its hard to tell results yet since I'm so new to this but so far it all seems to be going in the direction I'd hoped for! read more

I will admit I was so nervous to have this done!! But Chrystal was AMAZING!!! Not only was she welcoming, she made me feel comfortable and accepted. Being a larger body I find myself a lot of times worrying more if I will fit in a space, then what I am actually going in to get done. All bodies welcome went above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable on the table and with the whole process. It also so comforting with how much info Chrystal knows and shares with you. She will go through every step with you and explain to you the whole process, and what is actually happening in your hair follicles. Can I also say the conversation was so fun and time flew by! I cannot wait to go back and get my upper lip done! read more

I was very nervous to have electrolysis, but Chrystal put me at ease right away. She explained everything, how the hair grows, how electrolysis works to kill follicles, etc. She is calm & personable, and I find that her demeanor puts me at ease. Everything is meticulously clean & organized, a professional class act! And, I love the results, makes me feel so much better about myself! read more

Chrystal is such a caring and gentle electrologist. She does everything by the book. She gives you a little warning before a removal that might be a bit uncomfortable. And since she has that big magnifying thingie she can see hairs in spots that I might not have noticed. She's just a very calm person to be around, and you really want that when you're getting this kind of hair removal. She's never judgmental and I feel like she's seen or heard of pretty much everything, and she's very open to solving whatever hair removal needs a person might have. Like she says, all bodies welcome! read more

Chrystal is the best I feel so lucky to have found her studio! She has a warm demeanor and is a great conversationist. It's a no judgement zone and you can really feel that the moment you step on the bed. She really makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole (generally uncomfortable) process. As far as pain goes, it's up to the person, and I don't find it too bad, but she makes sure that you let her know when it is unbearable. Pricing is not too bad, you're paying for her time/expertise and she's good at what she does! I always leave feeling more confident and happy because I know what we are doing is working (and Chrystal is just a delight to be around in general.) I'm excited to continue my journey with her and am thrilled with the results so far! read more

Very thorough, respectful, and you can tell she loves her job!! I will be going back and will refer other people to her as well.

I'm fair skinned and though a towhead as a child, my hair has definitely darkened over time. About a year ago, out of the blue, I started seeing 2-3 dark whisker type hairs on my chin plus crazy long and wiry grey hairs, yuk! I managed them by plucking, seemed like the obvious thing to do. Chrystal let me know plucking was exacerbating the problem as I was stimulating more growth, double yuk! Upon her examination, she found many more than the 2-3 dark whiskers I could see. I've had a couple sessions and it's all taken care of. It was easy, simple, quick, and she always talked me through what she was doing, what to expect sensation wise as well as ongoing. I appreciate Chrystal's professionalism, care, and respect for everyone's body, and doing her part to ensure we all feel comfortable in our skin. read more

I love working with Chrystal! It is a judgment free zone and she will help you with your hair wherever it may be. Her office is very clean and there is plenty of parking nearby. She is also a really great human which makes going to see her very enjoyable :) read more

I originally started off as a contest winner and had some free sessions. I had already been thinking about doing laser, Chrystal was knowledgeable about laser as well and let me know the electrolysis was actually best for me. So it was perfect timing when I won. She has a very nice set up, clean and chill atmosphere. Eased my nerves the first session since I did not know if it was going to be painful or not, which to me it is not. Shes definitely got a client for life! read more

Best yet & I've been to several over the years. Chrystal is as gentle as they come and a lot of fun too. I could not be happier nor recommend her enough!! A class act. read more

I am so glad I decided to give Electrolysis a try! and even happier I ended up in Chrystal's hands :) She is very personable and knowledgeable. The time goes by fast and she is very efficient and removes lots of hairs in one session! I have not experienced any pain or discomfort and can already see the benefit after just a few sessions. read more

Chrystal has been absolutely amazing. I'm 8 sessions in for my PCOS related hair removal. I can see a huge different already. Chrystal is so welcoming and makes you feel instantly comfortable. As a fat person, having a service as personal as hair removal on your body, having an electrologist that practices fat acceptance and provides a space that I am comfortable in is amazing. I highly recommend Chrystal to anyone in need of hair removal! read more

Chrystal is amazing! I had electrolysis done a few years back and it's amazing the difference a second opinion can make. I've never had the electrolysis process explained to me the way Chrystal explained it and I'm definitely seeing much better results than the last time I tried it. I have black, stubborn hair so if it can work for me, it can definitely work for others! read more

I started seeing Chrystal almost one year ago, and since then, I have seen a massive reduction in hair growth on my face. Before seeing Chrystal, I was very self conscious and embarrassed about my facial hair. I did not have good results with laser hair removal and was just about ready to give up trying, until I met Chrystal. Chrystal makes you feel so comfortable and welcome as you walk through her door and it feels like you are catching up with an old friend the entire time you are with her. While electrolysis is not a pain free process, Chrystal goes at your pace and guides you throughout the session, making you feel calm and at ease knowing what to expect. As of right now, I'd say my facial hair growth has been permanently removed by about 70% - something I never imagined within just a year! Also, her shop is always kept super clean and she does a great job at maintaining all safety practices during the pandemic. I highly recommend Chrystal if you are looking to get rid of your pesky unwanted hair for good. Thank you for taking good care of me Chrystal :) read more

I am so happy I've found Chrystal. I've had electrology in the past, but Chrystal is careful, as painless as it gets, and very thoughtful about how to care for your skin afterwards. It is VERY easy to schedule and she is always on time, with a very clean studio. Added benefit, she is a GREAT human being! I cannot recommend her enough. read more
