They made our move stress free. They wrapped all our furniture in plastic and were extremely careful but efficient in moving our stuff. Needed an upright piano moved. Minimal stairs (4 total), and a short distance (4 miles?). Most other companies wanted to charge $100+ per hour for 3 movers with a 3 hour minimum with additional charges for pianos, steps, stairs, mileage, etc.... It was going to cost $600-800 with other companies. Royal Express worked with me on a fixed price and was probably about half the cost of everyone else. 2 movers for the move done in an hour and they were even early. Very reasonable cost and had no issues. Definitely would use these guys again in the future! read more

Nice movers. Very reliable and great with confirming the details. The move was very quick! Had it been up to me and a friend it would have taken half the day. Instead I had plenty of time to settle in and relax from cleaning my studio. I am someone who still likes to be cautious. So my only advice is if you do have a cough please wear a mask and bring sanitization. That's my only negative feedback. Otherwise, I highly recommend. Very quick and timely. I selected this company based on their commendable 4.9-star rating on Yelp, and initially, my interactions with their staff were positive. Very disappointed with their packaging. Their team was friendly, and the rates quoted were competitive, which made me hopeful for a smooth experience. However, my actual experience left a lot to be desired. During the move, not only was my 80-inch TV damaged, but two of my cherished paintings were also irreparably torn. To make matters worse, upon unpacking, I discovered that my Beats headphones, which were safely tucked inside a bag the day before the move, were missing. Additionally, a treasured Louis Vuitton bag of mine has also disappeared. The loss and damages hint at either negligence or mishandling, and possibly both. More robust and careful packaging would likely have prevented the damages to my TV and paintings. What has added to my dismay is the post-move customer service. I reached out with genuine concerns about my damaged and missing items, hoping for some acknowledgment or resolution, but have yet to receive any response. While their initial demeanor and rates might draw you in, I'd advise potential customers to exercise caution and meticulously inventory their items. The actual moving experience and the aftermath can be challenging, as I've personally experienced. based on $7,300 damages and loss of my $3500 luis Vuitton, my brand new beats headphones are all gone.. such a coincidence read more

Royal Express Solution was a lifesaver in a desperate time in need. A last minute reservation and time change and they were still able to accommodate me. They showed up on time and ready to work. They quickly and safely packed up all our belongings and all had a great attitude. The biggest challenge was getting our couch to the third floor of our new home. Dan and Ayat was on time for the scheduled appointment. They were very professional with food manners - extremely pleasant people to have in your home. They helped us move out of our apartment - 3 story - with no sweat whatsoever. Not once did they complain about anything. Usually movers would say oh more boxes? Oh you didn't mention this dresser before-that sort of thing. They took a 5-10 min lunch and got straight back to work. They never seemed to chat and take breaks.
