Khamzat, Aday, and Nurgazy helped us with our move today and I couldn't recommend them enough! They wrapped all of our furniture extremely well and made sure it got to our location damage free. We had some pretty heavy and delicate pieces and they made sure to handle with care. They also worked very efficiently and overall made our move such a smooth process! Highly recommend busy bee movers! read more

Mike was very easy to work with in setting up the move and responsive to questions. When the guys were running late from an earlier job, he made sure to let us know. The two movers we had were excellent. They worked well as a team and were very speedy. No lagging on the job, just down to business but friendly as well. This was our second experience with Busy Bee Movers and we are just as satisfied as last time. Highly recommend. If we need moving services again, they will be out first call. read more

Dan and John are the best movers I've ever had, and I've done quite a few moves within SoCal! They are kind, honest, and hard working, and I am more than happy to have supported them. I won't be moving again anytime soon but if I did I would rehire them without a second thought. Their prices are fair and they don't try to nickel and dime you into extra fees. They were so thoughtful in how they moved my furniture -- not a single thing was broken or dented, not even my glass display cases or glass tabletop. Thank you Dan and John for your work and for making my move far easier! read more

10/10 would recommend! If we ever decide to move again we will always use Busy Bee Movers. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They always told us how they will wrap and secure our valuable items to ensure no damage during transportation. Alex and his team were so great, made sure to move all our furniture to the rooms we needed them at in the new place. Nick was also great is giving pricing and ensuring our move went smoothly. read more

Two movers came out for a 2 bedroom house and were efficient and very professional during the entire move. It was a long day with lots of hiccups and some adjustments to the stops and they were very accommodating and so positive the whole time. They helped set up every room just as requested and took off all the shrink wrap and disposed of it. I couldn't say enough about their positivity and professionalism. Highly recommend hiring them for your next move and will be using them again for future moves. read more

Elle and his team did a great job helping us move. We apologize for the 3 flights of stairs! They are very hard worker and took great care of our belongings! Highly recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you!! read more

This was my second time hiring Busy Bee Movers. They did such a great job with my move. They helped me pack, disassemble and reassemble my furniture at the new location while also helping me move my things to storage. I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone! read more

Amat and his team did a great job. We expect that movers move stuff, but this team was also caring about protecting every piece of furniture and appliances. Everything was covered with cardboard and wrapped with film. Our new home is a 4-story townhome and guys were very careful navigating the stairs and preventing any damage to the walls. Given very competitive price I highly recommend this company. Thank you. read more

Getting an estimate was upfront, there were no hidden fees. The movers were very efficient and thorough with their work and ensured our items were safe through each process. They helped our first move be successful as the other movers we hired kept having miscommunication problems. Thank you Didar and Serik, you guys really clutched up. read more

Busy Bee movers were quick to respond to my inquiry, and professional every step of the way. They called to confirm the amount/kind of items I needed to move and covered their bases in terms of accessibility/stairs/heavy furniture. The two gentlemen that help me move were very sweet and did an excellent job. I didn't have a lot of furniture but the bed was a California King and they moved it like it was a twin. I definitely recommend. Best value out there! read more

We had a very difficult. kove with a lot of stairs and several really heavy and bulky items. We also had a brand new renovation so lots of fresh paint and new floors. The Royal express team brought 6 guys and cranked out our move flawlessly in just over 3 hours which is quite impressive with the sheer amount of stuff we had to move and the elevation they had to climb to get it inside. The price was really fair and the communication, planning, and customer service were all awesome. Most importantly I never needed to push them to keep working or ask them to hustle because they worked really hard and kicked out the move way faster than I expected them to. The only minor complaint is a few items landed in the wrong rooms but that easily could have been me saying the wrong room read more

Busy Bee Movers - Royal express moving team lifting a 400 lb stove up 58 stairs - Movers Near Me - Irvine, California

This is a long overdue review. I used Royal Express to help me with my move in September 2023. My first interaction with them was positive and they seemed to be organized and communicative. The day before my moving appointment, they asked if I could push the start time. I told them this would not work for me since the storage unit would be closed by the time they finished. They gave me the impression that everything would work out. On the day of the move, they were late and texted me after my appointment time that they would be running late. They said they would be there at the original time that they proposed to me the day before. I spoke with Stan and got the run around about why they couldn't make it on time. In retrospect, I should not have been surprised. They had offered to come on the same day, hold our belongings in the truck, and then complete the move to the storage locker the next morning, but my husband and I weren't comfortable with that. This was very disappointing since we both took time off work for the move and didn't have enough time to clean the apartment before the move out date. They had offered to give me a discount for the incident but the crew was not aware. I followed up with Stan and he said he would check with his supervisor but I never heard back from him. Again, not surprised. The move itself was fine and they were careful with our belongings. Nothing was broken but I can't say that I would recommend them. read more

It was a little hard communicating with whoever is speaking through their yelp messaging services and the truck they brought was a little beat up but Dan and Rashid were amazing to work with. They didn't take any breaks or chit chat idly to waste time which I really appreciated. Clothing boxes were provided, and although it took around 5 hours to complete, they did so efficiently and effectively. One of my dressers was really wobbly after they removed the protective blanket from it and they immediately asked if it was like that before and if it needed fixing. I assured them it was an old Ikea dresser and was already losing it's shape so it wasn't their fault. I really admired their honesty. My couch was actually too big to fit up the stairs but they were able to hoist it up and get it through the balcony door. I mean, talk about going above and beyond to get the job done! If you are looking for professional movers, I definitely recommend this team. read more

My experience with Busy Bee Moving was great! I was completely satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We went with a 3 person crew to move all our belongings out of an interim storage unit to our new home. Everything was handled extremely efficiently and with care. My wife and I were very impressed with how quickly everything was moved into our new home. The entire walking area of our carpet was lined to protect the new floor, and our large items (including water and dryer) were moved upstairs with care. I did a walkthrough afterwards, and found zero marks on our walls or floor. Best of all, no surprise fees in the end! Very honest and hardworking team. Would use again. read more

From start to finish everything was done with such precision, care, and professionalism. 1) When calling to get an estimate a live person answered promptly, unlike some other companies that would repeatedly go to voice mail. The estimate/quote was presented in a clear and understandable manner, relayed with much patience and detail, enabling the customer to understand fully what costs were included, and why - no surprises with such a well presented estimate. 2) Movers arrived ahead of scheduled time, and they called prior to arrival to confirm address and means of entry to the condominium complex. The two gentlemen were very efficient in the use of time, as they were careful and meticulous in wrapping, preparing, and moving all items into the truck. Both movers were personable and friendly, unlike some moving companies have had in the past, where the movers were stone faced and rigid, making a customer wonder if they were possibly part of a burglary crew that may show up later at your new residence. 3) After completion of the move, explanation for the final bill, and how it was calculated, was very professional and precise, as the start/end times, and the drive time were all logged digitally, and when final bill was presented, the amount clearly corresponded to fair and precise assessment of entirety of the move. In a nut shell - You can trust this company. Their procedures and systems in place, along with the hard working conscientious staff, will make any move stress free, knowing that Busy Bees will do their best to satisfy the customer, by satisfying their own desire to be the best they can be, as a company that takes pride in their work. Thanks Busy Bee Movers for all your efforts. Much appreciated. read more

We decided to select Busy Bee Movers after a Zoom call with Mike; the call allowed us both to understand how much time and space the move would require. On the day of the move, they sent two extra people to help Ben and Rashid loan the truck. They started at 7am and the items were fully delivered from Newport to Burlingame by 7:30 (including a 2-stop delivery). Ben and Rashid were careful and cautious with our items, but also efficient in packing. We are so grateful for the great service! read more

Everything started off smoothly with the pick-up on February 17, 2025, from both the storage facility and my home in California. The boxes were already packed, so there was no packing needed on their end. The team seemed pleased with how prepared everything was, and loading into the truck went without issue. I was told delivery would happen during the first week of March in Charlotte, North Carolina. But instead, after multiple delays, my shipment finally arrived -- partially -- on the evening of Sunday, March 16, after 4 p.m. To my surprise, only the driver showed up. I helped him -- as a senior citizen -- unload everything from the trailer hitched to his pickup truck. When I asked about the rest of my items, he climbed into the bed of his truck, and I was horrified to see the remaining boxes completely soaked through -- including my high chair and personal belongings. The boxes were in such poor shape they couldn't even be lifted without falling apart. I had to climb onto the truck myself, wring out my soaked clothes, and salvage what I could. My important documents were drenched. I had to spread wet papers across my apartment just to try and salvage anything. My clothes were wet, stained, and ruined. I had to use my only suitcase to carry the damaged clothes upstairs. By the time everything was finally in my apartment, it was close to 9 p.m. To add insult to injury, when I updated "Mike," the person in charge, he had the nerve to ask if "the guys" had completed the delivery. What guys? It was just me and the driver doing everything -- no professional unloading crew, no help, nothing. We paid for: Professional loading and unloading Shrink wrap, tape, and moving blankets for fragile items Placement of items in our home according to our preferences None of this was provided. What I got instead were ruined belongings, soaking wet boxes, and a total lack of professionalism or empathy. When I asked why the remaining boxes weren't in the trailer (where they would have been protected), I was told by the driver that they had to make room for two cars. Mike simply blamed the rain in Tennessee. Not once did anyone take responsibility for this disaster. Mike offered a half-hearted apology and kept bringing up how they "didn't make any money" on this trip -- as if that excuses their complete negligence. To their credit, they did offer $1,000 in compensation after I raised my concerns -- but given the extent of the damage and stress this caused, it hardly feels like enough. This was a traumatic experience and a complete failure of service. I want to strongly caution anyone even thinking about using this company -- please think twice... read more

Amazing experience with Royal express. They were responsive and quick to answer all my questions. They gave me a very accurate quote from the start. They showed up on time (to the exact minute). They were very quick and efficient. They wrapped up all my furniture and loaded up the truck quickly. Unloading was fast and they made sure to handle my items with care. Overall this was my first time working with a moving company and I will never move without one again! I would highly recommend Royal Express! read more

This is the second time I have used Busy Bee and they do great work. Very safe with our goods and very communicative

Scheduling the move of a few furniture pieces of furniture was very easy and professional. He asked all the right questions and provided a fair quote. On the day of the move, I discovered I had provided the wrong date. Despite my error, Stan coordinated to have a Dan and his partner make the move that very day. And the move itself went very well with Dan and his team taking great care of my furniture. I will definitely give them a call for my next move. read more

This is a long overdue review for Royal Express Solution, which I hired in August 2023. I coordinated with Stan for a move from SoCal to NorCal, and he was responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. I appreciated that the cost was all-inclusive, instead of other companies that charge additionally for things like a walk to an elevator or for stairs. On top of that, they were one of the most cost-effective moving companies I spoke with. Huge shoutout to Rashid and his team! Rashid was the head mover both during pick-up and drop-off. He was friendly, professional, kind, and accommodating, especially when I had to delay my drop-off time. The wardrobe boxes were plentiful and clean, and there was minimal damage. Payment was easy - through Zelle. This was the best moving experience I'd ever had. I cannot recommend them enough. read more
