I've used Busy Bee Movers twice now, and both times the service was absolutely amazing. The first time, they helped pack and move everything from my old home into a storage unit. A few months later, I didn't hesitate to call them again to move everything from storage into my new home. Their team is professional, punctual, and extremely careful with every item, handling my belongings as if they were their own. I'm so glad I chose them. If you're looking for a reliable and respectful moving company, I'd recommend Busy Bee Movers 100%. They've earned every one of these five stars! read more

Alex and his team were amazing! Alex was early and surveyed the move and when the moving truck came, they went to work. We moved our 4 bedroom house in 7 hours with 5 movers. They were a great group that worked well together. Now the hard part, unpacking. Thank you Busy Bee! read more

Alex, Nick, Mick, and Chino were absolutely sanity savers. My move from my home of 20 years after a divorce was chaotic and emotional and the crew handled it all in stride. I had tons of books, fragile items, and furniture and everything was perfect on arrival. I am so grateful for their help and I highly recommend them for packing and moving. read more

The management staff was so quick to turnaround on messages (thank you, Nick!!!) and they were incredibly transparent with pricing. I gave tentative dates and times and even had to modify my move date and they were so easy to work with despite my sudden adjustment request. $109/hour cash (3 hour minimum). We packed a lot but Raymond and another mover were so efficient, professional, and took care of all our items. Not a single item was broken in our move. We did it all in 3.5 hours. They really hustled and were consistently working. I even asked them not to wear shoes on carpet and they gave me no problems with that. I will 100% be using this service again for my next move. :) read more

I requested for next day moving service and they accommodate the moving date. They were prompt and the two movers carefully wrapped my leather recliner and my flat screen. They also install the flat screen tv at my new place. When they move my stuff to new place they made sure with me where to place the stuff. I would definitely recommend them. Moving is going to be expensive, that's a given but you want to make sure they can take care of your belongings. They did just that! read more

We hired Busy Bee Movers for our 2 bedroom apartment move to a townhome a few cities over and had a great experience! We had 3 movers: Erik, Beka and Chino and they were incredibly helpful and professional. Our move took extra long due to the location of our apartment being down long hallways, and they handled it like champs. Would definitely recommend hiring them going forward. read more

The beginning process was very smooth and I was contacted immediately and all my questions were answered. The price seemed fair and all was good. I was told that I would get a call the day prior to my move date confirming that all was set for the move. The day before the move, I didn't think much of it and then it got to be evening time the night before and I remembered I was supposed to get a call confirming. I reached out a couple of times to attempt to confirm if my move was still on but did not receive a text or call back. We went into that evening not knowing if our move would be happening or not. So as a family we sat down and decided to give the movers 1 hr before our scheduled move before we started calling other movers for a last minute move. The next morning we received an automated message stating that our move time was approved, but still no confirmation of any movers being able to show up. Roughly 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time, I received a call from an out of area number that I normally would reject but perhaps it was the movers. In this case it was the movers and we were able to get a time confirmed. The team started out very strong and were working hard. The two movers we had were fairly communicative and were focused on getting us moved in time. They thanked me a couple of times for having the place packed up and organized. Overall I would have given a 4 star review for this but I found damage to multiple walls/corners of both locations (old and the new location) that I ultimately would have to fix (at the old location to help get my deposit back AND the new location because that's where we will be living). I also docked off a star because I was told verbally and in text that I would receive a call/text/message confirming my move the night before. Unfortunately that did not happen and it was an unnecessary stress that my family had to endure the night before our move. Overall though (minus the damages and communication) it was a decent moving experience. read more

5/5 for the amazing move, customer service, and quality skill. My fiance and I were moving from SoCal to NorCal and was recommended Royal Express Solution from friends of ours who moved from SoCal to Las Vegas. I had the absolute worst experience with the movers (Erkin's Relocation - TERRIBLE) that I chose when moving to SoCal from Norcal and was hesitant about Royal Express Solution. The experience was NIGHT and DAY - I am SO happy that we went with Royal Express Solution. MOVE/DEPARTURE: We were moving from a 1b/1ba to a 3b/2.5ba. Stan had let my fiance and I know the night before that the movers would arrive at 9am. Rashid and Robert came right at 9am and started to move the small boxes into their moving van. They had politely asked us if we preferred shoes on or off in our apartment, and I really appreciated that. They went ahead and took care of everything. What was so awesome was that it felt like they treated our items like their own. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to move our items into their moving truck. I watched them put our items into the moving truck and they were delicate with it. DRIVE: They had communicated to us that it would take about 7 hours to get to our destination. I appreciated that they drove slow so that our items would not get damaged. ARRIVAL: When they arrived at our new home, they (again) politely asked us if wanted their shoes off/on. They placed all the boxes in the specific room and carefully moved our bed frame, dresser, stand-up desk, and upright piano up THREE, yes THREE flights of stairs. When my fiance and I did the final check, there were little to no scratches. The total move started at 9am and was completed around 10pm that same night. PRICING: Very reasonable. For the quality of the work they do, I knew it was a no brainer. Rashid and Robert, you both were amazing, thank you thank you! My previous moving experience was so horrific and I am so glad that you both eased my experience. I really appreciated the hard work you both did, it did not go unnoticed! Thank you for being so careful and thoughtful. We appreciate you both! Would definitely reach out to you both if we are ever moving again! - Jessa and Allen read more

I had Alex and Pedro as my movers and they were very helpful and careful with all of the furniture and items I needed moved

They were right on time, professional, and handled our items with care. They wrapped everything that could be loose and even remembered to bring the little things that I forgot like the hose and a watering can. We also appreciated the ongoing communications with Stan before the move to ensure that we were both on the same page and there were no changes to the scheduled move. Based on my research their prices were on par with most companies. So I just went with them since they had good customer service. read more

Efficient and great service. I would recommend these guys for a move in the Orange County area!

Movers were ok overall. Moved out of a 4th story apartment and put things into a garage. They were quite careful with wrapping items and putting them into their truck and storage. However, an easily 3-4 hour move turned into almost 7 hours because they were quite slow coming up and down apartment. They also had trouble understanding us as they didn't speak fluent English. They were fine overall but wouldn't book again. read more

From the time of getting a quote to the move-in, everything went great. The service was fast. Nick got back to us quickly with a quote even on a weekend which I really appreciate because we were in a time crunch. On the day of move in, Rashid, Sam, Carlos, Cuba understood what was needed for our move. They packed everything carefully and reassembled everything well. We really appreciated their service. Also Nick quoted us 7 hours but the team finished everything under 7 hours. Totally worth the money! Since a family friend is moving soon too, I am recommend busy bees to them as well! read more
