Busy Bee movers were excellent. The team that helped us, Alex, Nick, Emir and Kuka, were great. They worked so hard moving us from a single story to a 3 story house. They worked hard, were friendly and communicated with us throughout the entire process! Fair pricing and friendly company - highly recommend! read more

Worked with Busy Bee Movers to help me & my cousin move apartments. Our movers Chino, Kuka, and Daniel were super efficient and organized, and I felt that I could relax during the move. They were even able to maneuver our sofa up an impossible narrow stairway at our new apartment after trying different angles, and made sure it got done without damaging our sofa. They also disassembled and reassembled our furniture, and were very willing to adjust placements. Would work with them again! read more

I cannot begin to express how impressed my wife and I were with Busy Bee Movers! It all started with speaking with Nick, who was incredibly professional explaining the process and costs, nothing was hidden or added. We have a very large house and the move ended up being 13hrs, and Eric, Mark, Maha, Dimash and Alibi, never once complained or spoke about how tired they were, they continued to be true professionals and worked their butts off! We will be using them again in 6 weeks to complete the 2nd half of our move and we look forward to working with the Busy Bee team again! read more

I used Busy Bee to help me move for the second time recently because I felt I could rely on them after my first time went well. Movers were very polite, efficient, and helpful! The price was also a good deal compared to other movers that I/other people I know have used. Thank you :) read more

Well we had a hiccup but this company more than made it right. Best moving team I've ever had and that's saying a lot as I move every two years. Great attitudes, and they worked so quickly and efficiently. Took care of all of my items and needs and to make up for the hiccup they made the pricing more than reasonable. Great job helping with my move! On time, professional, reasonably priced, and made my move easy.

I scheduled my move date and needed to reschedule a few days out and they were flexible and worked with me to make it happen. Nick and Mike in the office provide high quality and consistent customer service. Pricing was good, no hidden fees or anything unexpected. Didar, Mansur, Sunkar arrived right on time day of and were efficient getting everything moved. Update- Changed from 5 to 4 stars, When I opened my living room carpet to set out, there was black dirt and shoe prints all over the cream rug. More care to pick the rug up before walking on and moving items across it should've been taken. read more

Fantastic movers and incredibly efficient. Had basically had 3 bedrooms worth of stuff on 2nd floor with no elevator and these guys got everything down 3 flights of stairs to my new place like champs. - Efficient - well equipped (they had their own packing stuff) - concise, they asked precisely what didn't need to be moved. - they moved EVERYTHING Big thanks to: Khamzat Serik Arsen read more

I had Alex & Chino as my movers today! They both worked incredibly hard considering it was hot today, a lot of walking/stairs, and a 2 hour drive to my destination. The Busy Bee rate is fair, and I would definitely recommend them (and Alex and Chino specifically) for your next move read more

We had a great experience with Busy Bee, especially Daniel and Chino. They were professional, respectful, communicated clearly throughout the move, and worked nonstop to make everything as efficient as possible. Really enjoyed the work that Didar, Niko, Daniel and Carlos did for us! They got to our house at 8:00AM sharp and loaded up a four bedroom house to the BRIM of their moving truck that Tetris champs and unloaded everything to the designated rooms with ease. We have hardwood floors and I emphasized moving blankets and no dollies upstairs. They didn't disappoint! Nothing was broken, no walls were scuffed, and the gentlemen made an otherwise hectic day a breeze. Do not hesitate!!! read more

Great experience from start to finish. The team was on time, professional, and handled our belongings with real care. These movers were nice guys and worked really hard. However, they didn't take as much care with our things as we would've hoped and a lot of our items were damaged. We noticed some of the damages at the end of the move so we brought it to their attention and received $100 off of the move. It didn't cover the cost of the items, but we decided it was fair enough in the moment. Unfortunately, after the movers left we continued to notice that more things had been damaged than we realized. Some of the items were irreplaceable and some were expensive. We felt like it was important for us to write an honest review of our experience for anyone looking for movers. If you decide to go with them for your move we'd recommend transporting any irreplaceable items yourself. read more

I recently hired Busy Bee Movers to move some heavy furniture from my friend's house to my apartment, as well as get rid of some old objects/move large items into my apartment complex's dumpster. Wow--- I was genuinely impressed with the entire process. From the very beginning, Stan, was incredibly responsive and professional. He answered my Yelp request almost immediately, which was especially helpful since I was in a bit stressed trying to find help on a Sunday with less than 24 hours' notice. Haazat and Didar showed up right on time, and were very friendly and approachable. They were skilled & brought a wonderful energy that made the whole experience feel much less daunting. I had a lot of heavy items to move, including a marble table, a mattress, huge bean bag chair, an armchair, a large L-couch, and a glass table, and they approached each task with care and consideration. They also were so generous --- they helped move incredibly heavy things within the home, too (e.g., workout equipment that was staying at the first location). They're very strong! The transit time was about 45-50 minutes to the second location and they were very efficient. It was a hot summer day, so I am extra grateful that they maintained a positive attitude and worked diligently. Their professionalism really shone through as they took the time to ensure everything was loaded securely and unloaded carefully. It was great having conversation with them, too - they're both great to get to know! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they completed the move, and I felt that the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I had looked into. Overall, this experience far exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for the hard work and support from Stan, Haazat, and Didar. If you're looking for a reliable and personable moving service, I wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bee Movers. Total cost was about $500 for 3 hours and 15 minutes, not including tip. read more

Dan & Team! 10/10 would recommend!!!! I had a complicated, multi location move. I submitted to multiple companies on yelp and this was the ONLY one to message back with a completely customized reply. They had clearly read my message and asked to set up a call with me to plan out my move. All other companies just sent a generic quote. The movers were AWESOME. All three guys were hard working, careful, and detail oriented. I had a lot of fragile items and furniture pieces - zero damage to anything. The value is well worth the price. BOOK WITH THEM!! And please, tip well they deserve it!! read more

Busy Bee Movers is owning a professional liar's team we were well-experienced.Your continuous behaviors from staffs to managers is causing business losses not business earning. Continuing making excuses and lies will not help your business's growth. FYI - This is the right way how to protect the wooden floor. Your team is very good at creating stories but not professional for moving and protection. The attached photo is the proof how other mover protected their customer's wooden floors. When your team damaged our wooden floors, they said that I used the nails to damage our wooden floors by myself. That's so ridiculous I never experienced with this kind of team and manager (Mike). read more

I needed help with moving the last bit of large items I couldn't handle during a move like large flat screen tvs, a rowing machine, and other leftover boxes and furniture. I also needed help moving heavy items in my new home. Daniel and Nick from Busy Bee Movers helped me, were very friendly and professional, and completed the job faster than expected. The price was very reasonable, and I would use Busy Bee Movers again. Thanks for helping me out, I appreciate how nice your team is. read more

Moved from Irvine to Pasadena, Alex and Nick was great movers! Packed everything very well, no furniture was damaged. Also showed up on time. Overall very positive experience! read more

Nick and Mike were very communicative and responded super quickly! Setting the date for my move was easy, and they were so flexible with my changing schedule. I was surprised that they were able to fit me in during the holidays since I was looking to move by the end of the year but didn't start looking until a little over a week before my deadline (my procrastination.) After looking at and reaching out to several businesses, I found Busy Bee Movers to have reasonable rates that were transparent and felt suitable based on the quality of communication. They made sure that I was aware of all rates charges in case I missed reading them in their initial contact message! I truly appreciated that. The movers did a fantastic job. I had Miguel, Daniel, and Dee (sorry, I'm not sure how to spell his name. Maybe Deiter?), and they were professional and careful with my items. I was in an uncommon situation where the door to my old unit had to be removed to take out my fridge, mattress, and box spring. I gave them a heads up, and they had the tools needed to make sure it was done right. As far as I can tell, nothing scraped against the walls in the narrow stairway or hallway, and my old landlord didn't reach out to me for any issues with the doors after the movers replaced them! That's a lot more than I can say about the people who moved me in there a year prior from a different company. It began lightly raining, so they had a blanket and wrapped my fridge to make sure it stayed dry which I really liked. The part that I was most appreciative of was that they had this little roll-out mat (like a utility version of a red carpet) that they used at my new unit to reduce chance of damage to the new floors when they brought things in! It also helped to reduce the cleaning I'd need to do from the unavoidable rain. Daniel was very communicative in making sure everything was done the way I wanted. Everything went quickly, and I was happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them! read more

This was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 AM but didn't show up until 9:30 AM without any notice or communication. To begin with, only two people showed up, and from the start, we had a serious communication problem because neither of them could speak English. We had to use a translator app just to communicate the basics, which slowed everything down significantly. The estimate I received was that the entire move would take three to four hours. Instead, it took nine hours -- and that was with three movers by the end. I had a one-bedroom apartment with only 14 boxes and three major pieces of furniture: my couch, my work desk, and my bed. I had already done all the prep work before their arrival: everything was boxed, shelves were removed, and nothing required any additional packing. They didn't have to touch a single item beyond simply moving it. Despite all that, they moved painfully slow. It took them over an hour just to open the bed -- not even to move it, just to open it. For comparison, in my previous move, it only took 15 minutes. I eventually had to ask them to send a third person to help speed things up, but even that barely made a difference. They were completely unprepared, showed up without any tools or proper equipment, and had to carry every item by hand. The total distance between my old and new apartments was less than five miles, and there were no stairs involved and the walking distance from the unit to the elevator was less than three minutes -- yet somehow, they still managed to take nine hours to finish a simple one-bedroom move. At the end of the move, I asked if everything had been unloaded, and they said yes. Unfortunately, I didn't personally check the truck at the time -- a mistake I won't make again -- because I later realized that two of my boxes were missing. If you ever use this company, make sure to thoroughly check their truck yourself before they leave. For all the stress and inconvenience they caused, they offered me a measly 5% discount, which I refused because it didn't come close to making up for the hardship they put me through. They even charged me for the third mover -- someone I shouldn't have had to request in the first place. This was an incredibly frustrating and exhausting experience. Everyone I've spoken to has been shocked that a one-bedroom apartment move took nine hours. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration -- go with professionals who are actually equipped and capable of doing the job right. read more

Would highly recommend!!!! Top notch service! From my first call with Nick to moving day. Let's face it moving (at least for me) can be very daunting. I called a few places off of Yelp and as soon as I talked to Nick I felt at ease. He walked me through the process, gathering all my information and quote. He was so flexible as I changed my move date on him, but he rolled with it, ensuring they'd handle it all. The day before the move Nick called to solidify all the details, and after reviewing my items and how much I had, he suggested adding another crew member to help speed the process along. I'm so glad I did! Moving day came and Sam, who led the crew, was great! Super communicative and walked me through the move. He had 3 additional guys who were top notch. So organized, quick but detailed. They got the job done in 4 hours and I have nothing but the best the highest praise for them. Thank you Busy Bee for making my move stress free! read more

Beka and Chino did an amazing job together!!! They wrapped up everything very safely, and carefully packed items inside boxes. I asked them to teach me how to assemble back my Queen bed later on, so Beka draw a diagram of my bed and explained everything to me completely in details where each screw goes. They both disassembled my bed in a very organized way, so it would be easier for me to assemble it back together myself later on. They also stacked up all my items very nicely inside my storage. Beka and Chino were very nice guys, and overall I am very very satisfied with their work. I give them a 5+ rating. Their prices are very fair and reasonable as well.
