I have had the veggie bowl from Bushfire a few times but this was my first time trying the salmon bowl. I was very impressed with the freshness and flavor of this dish. The basmati rice was perfectly cooked and topped with veggies and a small piece of well cooked salmon. The salmon was on the smaller/thin side but maybe I was being greedy on this day..:-). We have been here a number of times now and it's always great. We get the bowls. Between the base, meat, topping and side option, it's a huge amount of food for the price. A bowl is more than enough for one or two people. To date, I have had the chicken bowl, and the chicken is always cooked just right. The brussels sprouts and grilled veggies are solid, and we like the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Just tried the brisket and it was fork tender.
