I ordered the Panang chicken curry ($10.95). I wanted the focaccia bread so to keep my carbs down, I asked for veggies as a rice replacement. Yes, with a charge~ no problem. My meal came to $15 and change. A bit pricey for chicken and veggies, but no problem. The problem! My bowl was half full. I inquired. That is the measured amount, they said. I had ordered sweet potatoes as one side and I probably got 5 tiny slices of them. Having owned a business in the past, I would have brought my customer a side of veggies. There have been a few times that I have stopped in for dinner and the chef always comes out to ask you how your meal is. What restaurant even does that anymore? It just shows how much pride he takes in his restaurant to mingle and create rapport. And I have so much respect for someone who is willing to accept compliments and criticism alike. Their food reminds me of no one else's, very original and delicious. It's a unique little gem in a small and kind of awkward location, but I'm certain they will grow. There's no way to keep people out of here! They make everything fresh and bake their own focaccia bread daily. Very good! I had the tri tip bowl. I picked mash potatoes and let me say they are amazing! The tri tip was good also. My favorites where the grilled veggies and the Greek salad. The tropical Iced Tea was very good too! Must go again much more to try!!! read more

I really hate to give them 3 stars because their food is 5 stars. We waited 55 min for our food and as soon as they went to plate it it got dropped in the floor so it had to be made again . They sweet lady who helped us was very sympathetic and I appreciate that . We had our 3 year old with us in the cold outside for an hour and he was just done . When we did get our food we boxed it up . So so disappointing . On a side not the sweet potato fries she gave us were amaZing best I have had. Uh-mazing. Had their original Bushfire burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever devoted. Sweet potato fries were delicious but they could have added some more. I was definitely let down though. i ordered some kind of steak sandwich which they recommended but it was a little funky, ya the steak was good but everything including the greasy bread just didn't do it for me. Bushfire grill used to be a favorite. However I will not be going there again. First thing that was rather annoying was they took a few sandwiches off the menu, one of which was my girlfriends favorite. After that it was hard to get her to go back as that was really a favorite of hers and rightfully so it was good! This was a rather unfortunate negative for her, but something that I was willing to overlook as nothing that I liked was removed. Fast forward to today; I convince my girlfriend to go back as she had received a $10 off birthday coupon. As we have no printer we examined the emailed coupon to see if it mentioned anything about needing to be printed. It DID NOT, which was not a suprise as most good establishments now and days will take coupons off your smartphone. (This is 2015 after all and everyone has a smartphone Iphone dealio right?) So both of us liking a good value decided to go back and she agreed she would try something different. However after waiting in line for a good 10 mins we get up to the front all ready to order and use the coupon when... NOPE. They couldn't accept it as we had not printed it out.. Excuse me? It doesn't say anywhere about needing to be printed? The girl helping us asks another girl if they can accept it and she replies with "No, sorry we can't because we switched to a new system and we need it (it being a piece of paper with the word coupon $10 on it) for our records." We asked "Is there nothing you can do as we do not have a printer?" Her reply was "Umm you can go to Kinko's and have them print it for a small price?" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! They were. They wanted us to leave go to Kinko's pay someone to print out a piece of paper that says birthday $10 off coupon. Then come back and wait in the long line AGAIN so that they would "have something for their records". STOP I know what your thinking, "they must have needed to scan a Barcode or something!" No. This email had no numbers no bar code no nothing. It just says happy birthday get $10 off... This is why I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Terrible customer service as they LITERALLY could have wrote this on a piece of paper "for their records". Appalling is what that was. The food was excellent however I experienced a very long wait time for take out order (30 minutes +) for two meals. My husband had the Sweet and Spicy BLT and he said it was the best BLT he has ever had. Huge compliment as he rarely gets as excited about food like I do! I had the Argentina burger and a home made gluten free bun! I haven't had a burger with a bun for years because they taste terrible. This was a dense bun like a biscuit and it was to die for! My mom got the veggie burger and I got the bushfire special sandwich, which is a Tri tip sandwich with horseradish mayo. Both were delicious. I had a bite of the veggie burger and it felt like a real burger, not a veggie burger. The tri tip sandwich was amaaaazing and the horseradish mayo is perfect. Also, the focaccia bread could only be described as the most delightful bread eating experience of my life. And the sweet potato fries were perfect. I've also tried the roasted chicken and the chicken veggie bowl and my cousin tried the veggie bowl and it was excellent. And the staff is so nice! read more

So honestly i pull up too bushfire, and am not sure what to expect. Was not sure if it was going to be real quality food, or one of those stupid, trendy, hipster like restaurants. I ordered the EN FUEGO burger and some mac n cheese. Was easily one of the best tasting burgers in the valley. The quality of the meat was definitely there, and so was the quality of the mac n cheese. Pricing isnt too high, but you are also paying for quality. I wouldnt mind if the portion on the mac n cheese was a bit more, but i was very satisfied, and will be returning more. Its a good place to take your side chicks as well. Very lowkey but elegant. This place has tasty food that is very fresh. We had the chicken plate with mac and cheese and the strawberry salad as well as the Gaucho Steak sandwich with Natural Beans n' Bacon. The chicken tastes like chicken should taste, super fresh and juicy. The mac and cheese was good. The strawberry salad was a delightful surprise. One of my favorite things is their chimichurri which was absolutely delicious with the chicken. The hubs enjoyed his steak sandwich very much and the beans were great. The focaccia was very good also. We also had the chocolate gelato and it was rich and decadent. We're definitely fans and will be back for sure. read more

I've been to Bushfire three times now and have not been disappointed. A friend of mine suggested this place for their yummy foods and I figured it would not hurt to stop by. I have tried the chicken and veggie bowls and the tri-tip sandwich, which I believe comes with sauerkraut--a little too spicy for me though. On my third visit I had the mixed sides; four sides as an entree, AND yes you can double a side...hell, you can probably triple one if you'd like. I went with the chicken and avocado caesar salad, the sweet potato slices, and the mac n cheese. Everything was SO delicious...I loved it all, especially the sweet potatoes. I had a taste of my friend's mashed potatoes and they were to die for!!! Love this place, but it is very small with limited seating which makes it difficult on a Friday or Saturday night, but I do recommend to friends and family. read more
