I highly suggest cutting the stem of the Brussel sprouts...maybe uts just me..but its not appealing especially when the ends don't look fresh...I had to cut them before I can eat..and they were undercooked. My wife had the Grass-Fed Tri-Tip bowl. The Tri-Tip wasn't freshly cooked. It was served well done and tasted as if it was prepared earlier and reheated. The food temperature was barely warm. The Jasmine rice was lumpy and not appealing, but the roasted brussel sprouts were delicious. On the other hand, I had the Chimichurri Tri-Tip plate. The meat was cooked perfectly (med rare), the roasted brussel sprout were delicious and the mash potatoes were just okay. We're hoping this experience was just an anomaly and should we return, our meal experience will be more enjoyable. Service was good, servers were polite. The ambiance was casual. Nothing fancy but very clean and orderly. We will give the place time to "settle-in" before we give it another try. read more

We couldn't be happier that we got a Bushfire in Riverside! My husband and I have been going to the one in Menifee and absolutely love this restaurant. We checked out the Riverside spot yesterday and they were so on point and friendly. Actually nicer than the Menifee staff. Despite how very busy they were, they got our orders out promptly and everything was fantastic. I've really never had anything here that I didn't like, but my absolute favorite is the veggie burger with extra chimichurri on the side. So happy they're here! read more

The food is really tasty, especially the fries and empanadas!!! The service was great as well. This would have been 5 stars but my order was not all the way correct. The cashier and receipt had everything right however when we arrived home some of things were wrong. Attention to detail is key! The kitchen always needs to consider allergies are real and adding cheese or mayo, etc., could have adverse reactions. We will be back to try more things. Service was slow and flat, like the workers were not interested in being there. The food was okay. Not amazing but not bad. It reminds me of Urban Plates in OC but smaller menu and simpler dishes. For the quantity and content of food, it is probably $1-2 more per plate than the value based. I'd pay for for Urbane Cafe and Urban Plates. I think probably what also was disappointing was that they messed up the burger for my child. Was supposed to be plain burger with ketchup. They forgot the fries. And the burger had cheese and a few scraps of onions, as if someone realized they messed up and tried to scrape off. We brought it to the attention of the person who took our order. She took it back to be remade (her other hand was holding a wadded bunch of dirty paper towels from wiping down an adjacent table). The burger came back and with fries. That's good. But it was the same burger, with the toppings scraped off and reheated to make it seem "fresh", which then turned the burger from medium to well done. Our child said it tasted like it had burned parts. I felt terrible giving that to my kid to eat. So basically $12.50 pre-tax for a burger destined for trash. I'm in between 2-stars and 3-stars. But after writing this and reviewing the course of that dinner, I'd have to go with the 2-star. Someone should've come back to check. Or really, they should've made a new burger. Luckily there are no allergy issues, but if there were, that would've been bad. read more

Bad, bad, bad and overpriced. There were three people in line in front of us and it took about 20 minutes before we could order. Why? The person taking the order also had to pour the beers, get the cookie etc. Then you order and are told your $15 sandwich doesn't come with anything so you have to order expensive sides. I ordered the Thai Curry Chicken Bowl and my rice was burned so I had hard, burned grains in almost every bite. And the curry was thick like an Alfredo. Thick and heavy. Just not good. My wife's tri-tip sandwich was greasy. Her fingers were covered in oil that had soaked through the bun. Just not good and not worth the money. My glass of cheap wine? $10. Just not worth it.
