I ordered grilled chicken tacos and they weren't good. Overcooked meat and no flavor. I added some salsa and that helped a bit. I'm sure it's an us thing. We are used to so much more flavor.

It started with my son ordering a shirley temple and being brought a starry. When we asked for the correct drink again the waiter wasn't very happy to fix the mistake. It only got worse. We ordered our food. My daughter ordered a plain burrito, beans and cheese only, no sauce. It came out covered in sauce. We told her the waiter didn't seem very willing to help so to just eat it as was. We didn't complain. Then my son ordered a steak burrito with no tomatoes. It came out covered in tomatoes. Again we told him to just pick them off. Then I ordered a chicken burrito. I took three bites and only got beans. I asked my daughter if her burrito had chicken, maybe they mixed up our meals, nope only beans in hers too. I told my husband I didn't see any chicken in my burrito. He told me to look on the other side, maybe there was only chicken on one side. Nope. I finally sliced the burrito down the middle and still only found beans. So my husband called over the waiter and explained the issue. He rudely grabbed my plate and took it to the back. He came back to tell us they were remaking it and I asked for it to go since my family was already done eating at this point. He was visibly angry, but went back and did it. Then came back and very loudly told the people behind us he was so sorry for the inconvenience. NEVER did he tell us he was sorry for the mistakes we did bring up and we only brought up 2 of the 4. Our bill came and there was NO compensation for the wrong meal, that I didn't even get to enjoy with my family. No apology, no nothing. We headed home and my daughter was upset. I told her it was fine. Then she informed us that she had tried to talk to the waiter on her way to the restroom to tell him it was my birthday so it could be celebrated and he put his hand up and told her not to talk to him. This was our first time at your restaurant, it wasn't a busy night, and we were treated like complete garbage. I was so disappointed that we traveled so far just to get the service we got.
