FANTASTIC!!!! My husband was born & grew up in Bend so we try to visit often and when we do, we are always looking for great new vegan (and gf) options to try. I found Bend Breakfast Burrito on Instagram and knew we had to stop. We literally *just* left and my husband said I had to write a review immediately. The vegan burrito is SO good! Please never get rid of it!! Also, they were amazing and made a GF breakfast burrito super fast when it was originally expected to be 30 minutes. Amazing for a quick stop! I dropped in for a burrito before church. They are all premade and kept warm. Amazing for grab and go, but not great if you want a substitution. The inside is very cute. Ingredients taste cheap except the burrito costs a lot of money for what you get. Nastiest breakfast burrito I've ever had. I didn't know that was possible. I tossed mine at Ponch's place. I guess if you like cheese that tastes like watery powdered cheese mixed with spray cheese and cheap lunch meat tasting "ham" (disgusting ham!) mixed with watery eggs... like I imagine if I wanted to make this at home I would do that and put it in a blender at low speed for 8 seconds. We were looking for breakfast while here for the weekend and love a good breakfast burrito. This is a stand outside of the coffee shop and seems to have a steady stream of customers. At first glance, the burritos seemed small for $10. But once trying them, they are very filling! The avocado cream for $1 is a delicious and was enough for both of our burritos. We also got some of their spiciest salsa and that tasted fresh with a good kick. It's a good burrito, but there wasn't too much bacon to be found and very very cheesy. No. Just no. No. Not acceptable. It looks like they made a mass of gloppy eggs and potatoes and some spices and filled up each burrito with the mess. It doesn't taste horrible but it has zero texture or bite. You could suck it thru a straw I guess. I like my B burrito with texture. Yummy breakfast burrito stand that is open early! The dipping sauce (extra charge) is a generous portion for what you pay for- usually not the case! I loved my selection, the chorizo, our friends got the original and thought too much cheese, but we're still happy. It's nice that it's co-located with a delicious coffee bar!
