    Sauce packet. Fing brilliant

WTF happened!??? In one week this place went into the can! Just got home with what used to be my favorite carne asada burrito. First change you'll notice is that now your hot sauce is in packets. Again WTF!! Meat has no flavor...at all. What a gd shame. Don't waste your time going here. It's over. Sooo sad

Stopped by here on our way back from a concert the other night. Not gonna lie, it was late, and we were hungry. This place was close to where we were staying and was open after 11pm. Pulled through the drive thru and ordered. Food was very well priced, and done quickly. We asked the worker for some of their mild and hot sauces and were on our way. I got a bean and cheese burrito and it was solid. Tortilla was not too hard but not too soft. Wasn't floury. Plenty of cheese. Beans were creamy but not runny. Still had a little bite to them. Hot sauce came in a nice packet that was easy to apply to my burrito and it was delicious sauce. Downfalls, the cheese was all at one end of my burrito and not evenly spread throughout. Also, it was like WAY too much tortilla for the burrito. Like I said, the tortilla itself was solid, but I don't want a mouthful of tortilla with every bite. 7/10 I'd definitely swing by again late at night. Maybe try a breakfast burrito next time.

    Adobada Taco

How can they feel proud of serving this to a customer? These tacos were supposed to be for my daughter. I asked for an order of the adobada mini tacos but instead I got some kind of burnt meat with a side of limes.

This is a solid little shop, and in my unscientific observations, is somewhat authentic/seems to be frequented by actual Latino folks. In other words, it's not El Sancho. If anything this place is a bit of an underrated spot; they pump out decent food that's on par with Los Jalapeños/taco salsa/Don Gabino's/Lucy's/etc. It's also very clean inside which is never a bad sign.

    3 carne asada tacos.

Hubby had classic Eggs Benedict that he said was very good. I started with a warm Chai and a Bobbin for Apples Mimosa which was magical. Having read the reviews I was prepared to order the stuffed croissant French toast. Last minute change of heart- I ordered the Gobbler, a roast turkey sandwich on a croissant with a flavor profile reminiscent of Thanksgiving. The sweetness of the fig jam played well with the poached pear, savory turkey and peppery arugula. Dessert will have to wait until our next visit. The pastry counter at the front of the restaurant displays cinnamon roles, scones, muffins and impressive cakes. There's even a marionberry and white chocolate bread pudding that would make a wonderful brunch choice.

That's really the only factor I can point to that's remotely negative but also not complaining it's an observation. I see after being there why this works for the restaurant. You order at the counter, get a number, and then sit. Since it was our first time, we wanted to look over the menu, but we ended up just going with the specials -- and honestly, they were incredible. We had a unique and delicious Portuguese sausage biscuits‑and‑gravy dish with bacon on the side, and the other plate was an eggs benedict on an amazingly light, airy muffin with tomato, perfectly poached eggs, and a Portuguese sausage link, plus potatoes. Our plates were spotless by the end. The house iced tea was also a standout -- infused with fruit and specialty tea, but without actual fruit pieces in the cup. It tasted elevated and refreshing. I also ordered a cinnamon‑cardamom coffee, which was divine. Next time -- because there will be a next time -- we're thinking of sharing the special of the day and getting a spread of fresh pastries. Highly recommend.

It's a walk in sit down spot - you place your order at the counter and they give you a number - decent size for busy food times - so usually plenty of seating. Over the phone ordering was a snap and the dude was super polite and helpful - not rushed. My wife got the traditional breakfast - she loved the local links and flaky biscuit - I think it was peach marmalade - not sure, but it was LEGIT. I got the pozole roja (I think that's the menu name) and - yo, it was the best pozole I've had. The ingredients were plenty, the chicken was tender and flavorful, they put the radishes, cilantro and cabbage on the side for you to add so it's not soggy. Sourdough was so good to dip - mouth is watering writing this. Service th morning we were headed out at 7amish was great also - wife got coffee cake (warmed in their brick oven) and I got two citrus muffins and a sourdough cinnamon roll for later - all were scrumptious and delightful. I would got a half dozen muffins if I knew they were that good before. People were kind and the service is quick. We ate there these two time on $52 dollars - both to-go orders. We will absolutely be back - every time we are near bend, I'll be stopping for pozole for sure! Well done, Jacksons Corner, well done!

Set in an old home, this establishment has become one of Bend's favorite restaurants. The menus have range with breakfast by far being my favorite. However, their pizzas are spectacular and I've never had a pastry yet that I didn't really enjoy. They serve coffee from a local roaster called Lone Pine. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have frequently positive interactions with them when I stop by. Prices are reasonable, and the food is very high-quality while also being consistently fresh. Parking can be a challenge at times, but it's always worth the effort. Not to mention a chance for a nice stroll around downtown Bend after my meal... just the perfect end to complement a perfect day here in this lovely place. Thank you Jackson's corner for being a staple in this community and consistently making every meal here a little bit more joyful.
