It is conveniently located by an area I go to frequently so, help me (!!!) I always find a reason to get in this store. Do I like everything I find here, no but I try my best to pick certain very specific items like seasonal stuff, party supplies, or like now, closet organizer containers. Found everything I needed. I am also pretty excited that they now have a gift card section where you can get popular gift cards like Amazon, Target, video games ones, restaurants etc, that tends to be very helpful too. I don't find the store to be super clean but I can imagine places like that are very high traffic but I kind of keep my expectations low for this type of store based on that. All in all, I am excited I bought the containers I needed today to keep sprinting towards keeping my brand new home organized from start.

Items were priced reasonably compared to Savers and Goodwill. Books were $0.75-$2, men's t-shirts $2-3, and men's dress shirts $6-8. Your money could go a long way here! Budget Tip: fill out the survey on the receipt and get 15% off your next clothing purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

The racks are labeled, the clothes are color-coded, and for the most part, everything is super organized (minus a slightly chaotic home goods section, but honestly... that's part of the treasure hunt). I'm not even going to lie--I felt a little overwhelmed at first because there's so much to look at. You can absolutely get lost in here, so give yourself time. They've got separate dressing rooms for men and women, and the restroom? Spotless. Like, exceptionally clean--with a baby changing station too. We love to see it. Now let's talk about what really sets this place apart: there is zero thrift store smell. None. No mustiness, no funky mystery scent, no "digging through old clothes" vibe. It's cool, comfortable, and actually enjoyable to shop in. You feel like you're in a regular retail store... just scoring insane deals. Prices? Don't even get me started. I grabbed three items for $21. Shirts were around $4, jackets about $10, and yes--they even have wedding dresses (I saw one for $95!). Like... be serious. The store itself is clean, the floors looked well-maintained, and it's clearly family-friendly--I saw kids just casually walking around, living their best lives. Honestly, I'm a little put off that we don't have this chain in my state because this place is a whole experience. If you love thrifting but hate the chaos and the smell, this is your spot. AND, a major plus is "Whenever you donate or shop at a Deseret Industries location, you are contributing to our mission by helping individuals access resources that will help them succeed in future jobs" (https://www.deseretindustries.org).

I actually think that concept is interesting and it does show in the quality of what's on the floor. That said, let's talk about the prices, because this is not your typical thrift store experience. The minimum I saw for a dress was $15, and Lululemon leggings were running anywhere from $30 to $45. Yes, that is cheaper than buying them new, but if you walk in expecting Goodwill prices you will be caught off guard. There were a lot of cute boutique brands throughout the store, just know you are paying for them accordingly. The sizing situation also stood out to me. There was a solid selection of extra small and small in basically every category, but the medium and up sections were noticeably smaller in comparison. Not impossible to shop if you are a larger size, just slimmer pickings. I saw plenty of cute stuff but nothing that I couldn't also find elsewhere for less, so I left empty handed. The clothes are genuinely nice, it just comes down to what you are looking for and what you are willing to spend. If you are hunting for higher end brands at a discount this is your spot. If you are looking for a classic thrift store haul on a budget, you might leave a little underwhelmed. I am a cheapskate with taste, but I guess I'm cheaper than this store allows. One highlight: the first song playing when we walked in was Fate of Ophelia by Taylor Swift, so I appreciated that immensely.

They regularly mark items down so if you see a red price tag on it, it's usually a steal of a deal. The employees are pretty helpful if you need help. I like that the stores also carry some exotic food items like different kinds of ramen/noodles and chips. If you're into coffee, they have a lot of that, too, along with flavored syrups (usually priced around $4.99 each). I find that most, if not all of their locations have cluttered aisles, and they are pretty narrow. About the only aisles that are wide tend to be bedding and bath. They do have a pretty large selection of lamps for every room in your home. Since TJMaxx is their sister store, they also have an aisle of temptation when you check out to pay, lol. With a little will power, you can defy the odds and NOT pick up anything while you're waiting in line!! Home Goods has some unique items, so if you're thinking about something while you're in there, just buy it!! You can always return it later so hold on to your receipts! If you don't buy it and try to go back later, you may never see it again! Don't say I didn't warn you, lol.

The seasonal items are always a hit, and they usually bring in new items every few weeks or so. The store is always clean and well organized. I also like the frozen aisle, as it's nice and wide and easy to navigate when the store is crowded. Overall, this is a great location to do your Trader Joe's shopping.
