I pushed the help button and then looked at my watch. 20 minutes later and three separate button pushes and no one ever showed up. Employees walking back and forth no one stopped. I know that you can't just ask anyone for help because they are actually supposed to be there to cut the material for you. I left feeling deflated and embarrassed because my husband was there irritated because I dragged him along with me. That is all.

The clasp came apart about 2 weeks after purchasing it. I asked to exchange and Steve the manager/owner said for $10.00 I could. I told him I didn't want to spend more money and The same thing possibly happen again. He told me he wouldn't exchange it. I even asked if I could get a basic case, not a wallet one so I could get something for the $25.00. He said no he wasn't giving me anything for "free." I told him that was messed up, that I shop there all the time and the woman worker knows me. He stopped talking to me and picked up the phone when I was showing him how the clasp was obviously a defect. He actually called security on me! Lol. Security was really nice, and was very sympathetic. I asked Steve one last time to help me out and he just Ignored me, he wouldn't even look at me. He was really rude. So I just want others to be aware of their no exchanges policy, even if you get a defected case. Bummer, now I'm out $25.00 and no case. Guess shopping locally and helping small businesses isn't all it's cracked up to be. I will definitely go back to the mall, just won't be spending my money at Mimi's cell zone.

I was certainly impressed with the quality of customer service at Hemet's JCPenney! This is one of the best stores at the Hemet Valley Mall. There's a good selection of clothing for kids and women. I personally wasn't thrilled this time with the men's inventory. However, I've bought great button-ups at this location before.

I finally got a chance to visit this store. Store front looked great with merchandise stacked, nice…read moreand neat, a little dusty but then again in this area it's hard to keep surfaces dust free--anyway, it looked like an ole fashion mercantile spot, Loved it! I was looking for a replacement tire for my wheelbarrow and spoke with sales associate, Rene. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I purchased a replacement tire and he offered to assist me in installing it, unfortunately the lug nuts and parts of the wheelbarrow had a lot of rust and I wasn't going to be a quick tire change. I really appreciate Rene's effort and really liked the assistance and courtesy extended to me as well as the excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!
