Update: I went in yesterday and with all this covid crap going on you'd think the cashiers would be super short dealing with annoying people.. Nope!! Olivia was such a sweetheart! So friendly. She definitely changed my view I had of Marshall's. The employees were keeping everything wiped down and clean. They were stocked up on everything. Prices didn't change. I'm very pleased with Marshall's. Of course I'll be returning. Hopefully I'll get to run into Olivia again. She is just so easy to talk to. read more

Everytime my grandma goes into this store by herself the workers are such a Holes to her, like they got mad at her for putting all the things on the counter giving her an attitude to just leave it, today she went in, they asked her if she wants a bag, she said no she has her own, they still charged her for a bag and when she went inside asking for her money back for it, they just said "heres the bag". always check ur receipt. read more

This Marshall's in Hemet sucks a$$ they never have good things or cute hoilday stuff or spring aspired collections, nor cute modern or vintage like side tables for home like ive seen at other Marshall's. This Marshall's however has a crap tone of wicker box organizers. Surrounding areas like MoVal or Murrieta have way better selections. All I ask is to kick it up. read more

Everyone was super friendly, the store was VERY well organized, even the funkos were lined up nicer than even most targets. The cashiers made nice small talk about my Spider-Man purchase-starting talking about Deadpool for a moment Carol at my exit was super friendly and sweet. This location made me feel very welcomed, found some rare chase pops too-AND for the low! Came here to this location from out of town but I'll be sure to visit when I'm back! 11/10! read more

I enjoy going to this Marshall's b cause it's usually pretty stocked up and well kept. Overall, Marshall's stores tend to be a little more organized than the Ross stores, so that's always a plus. This Hemet location usually has the bigger sizes, (XL, 2XL) which tend to be harder to find at other locations. They have a big selection of colognes and perfumes and little gadgets. Their employees are very friendly and will assist you with whatever you need. Just today as I was paying for my stuff, the cashier was helping a customer pick out one of those reusable bags for whenever she came back, she had a bag. I thought it was cool to see her go out of her way to help the customer. read more

Still on the hunt for cute boots to replace my pair I was able to snag two years ago from one of these stores. I kick myself for not buying two at the time. They are perfect! Long story short I didn't find them but Marshall's like a new love, hold a lot of promise but make none. I came here after going to the Ross next door. In comparison it made this store look downright fancy! Seriously, I urge you to go to the Ross first and then here. It'll blow your mind. The store was neat and had a lot of product. I didn't find anything broken which was a bonus. Overall they take good care of this store. I'll be back if I'm in the area again. Who knows? I may just find what I'm looking for! read more

My mom was in this store today buy some stuff and ask because she is disabled and elderly if they could unlock the Cart so she could take her bags to her car they told her no rudely and was being loud drawing more attention to her disability then when my mom ask if someone could help her take her stuff to her car the cashmet side loudly, bringing attention to my mother once again, and said, I got to take this lady's stuff out to her car very rudely and very loudly bringing more attention to my mom that she basically did not want to help my mother take her stuff out to the car they say it's a corporate thing that they can't unlock the wheels but they've done it before and we've gone to other marshals and they can unlock it just fine This Marshall has had people cutting purses off and running out of the storm and that's OK but you can't unlock a cart for disabled person there's gonna be a lawsuit eventually. read more

I am so pleased with my visit today. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but I also experienced some of the greatest customer service I've ever had. The cashier was so nice and energetic. Her name badge said Octavia. She asked if I found what I was looking for. She complimented my purchase and offered to sign me up for a Marshall's credit card. I tried to purchase items with my rewards certificates.I had taken a picture of the certs and the associate could not scan the certs. I ask her to enter the numbers and pin number manually(they have always done this for me) . They said they were not authorized to enter the numbers! I told them that they always do it for me....I didn't understand what the issue was. They kept insisting they were not authorized..... Somehow they didn't believe me. The associate was pleasant but the manager Priscilla had an attitude. She didn't believe me. I assured her that they ALWAYS enter them manually for me because my phone is old and the scanner just doesn't pick up the barcode. The app doesn't load in the store or outside of the store either. I told her that....she didn't believe me. She told me to call customer service. I said no and for her to do it. She told me I needed a paper certificate!!OMG!!!!! She went back and forth with me instead of just taking care of her customer. Finally another manager came over and gave me the same talking points but did eventually help me and I really did appreciate her. JUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!! Pricier than Ross for sure (which is just west of this store), but when you walk in, everything is much neater and cleaner. I'm totally willing to pay an extra $5.00 if it means walking into a store that has all of their items organized. I usually buy heels here since I'm a heel addict. They've got some great deals and all of the shoes are still boxed, unlike Ross. I've had pleasant experiences with the service too. Even the staff that takes you into the fitting rooms is nice and they don't come off as though they hate their job. read more

The prices are okay. Higher than you'd expect for a "discount store". But they do have many brand name items. Their purse and shoe selection is nice, I'd recommend coming here first if you're looking for one of those things. The clothing racks are usually pretty cluttered, not as bad as Ross. But you do have to do some digging to find items. They do have some displays up towards the front and sides that are clear with just a few items on them ( I suppose their new arrival merch). Fitting rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. And checkout is fast and MUCH MUCH easier than Ross! read more

Kind of surprised me how much more pricier it is here than other discount type stores. But, they do have cute jeans for cheap here among other things. There's not much in Hemet and this is definitely one of my go to places to get cute clothes/shoes and some other home items too. Service was very nice at the cashier and the fitting rooms. Love that they have brand name jeans for way cheaper than normal. But, still some of their non brand items are kind of expensive for what it is. read more

This was my first visit to the Hemet location. The prices seem to be a little higher than the Carlsbad store I am use to shopping at. There was also a lot less of a selection at this store. As a fluffy woman my section of the store is already small. I was disappointed because they did not have even one pair of sweats for the gym in my size. I looked for a sales associate for help, but they were all up front working registers. This store must have a large problem with theft. Anything that can be fitted with an anti - theft device is. Not a problem unless you want to try on a blouse and they place such a device in the wrong section. I'll give this Marshalls another try on a different day. I did find a tub of my protein powder for less than $20. I will save my opinion on their customer service for another visit. read more

I would rate this place a 3 start ive been shopping at this marshalls for over 7 years and i have had the pleasure to meet the employees and so far i have always been treated very nice and pleasant. On January 7 i came to do some returns and i had alot of things that didnt work out for me for one reason or another. So i at the beginning i was taking care of by Clarissa this is the employee at Marshals i notice she was shaking her head at alot but didnt quickly register in mind for what reason she was shaking her head until she was slamming my returns and getting more up set so then i told her you know am gonna return my thing with someone else and she said "oh thats fine" so i asked her "who can i talk to about this can i talk to your supervisor" and she responded "you know we are not even supposed to be returning all this but you can go talk to them to about it" so yes i waited and talk to a supervisor and ask "what exaclly was the return policy" mind you i know the policy i work for homegoods before its still the same corporation. She said as "longest you have your receipt and its not pass your final date and the product its in good shape and not damage"so i told her what happend and she said "am very sorry i dont know why she would say and do what she did" witch it feels good for someone to tell you that employee was in the wrong i told her "its not far that as a buying costumer i get treated like this" supervisor said she would have a talk with her witch its nice to hear.i never understood why if an employee is having a bad day witch is still not an excuse but just call in sick or if there not happy working then why are they there still working and us as costumers have to pay the price. Who ever reads this just know that an employee name Clarissa older looking lady tall ,burgundy hair color if you guys get an attitude by her dont hold back and talk to a supervisor thats the only way this would get better at this location and always give a review theres people like my self that read this reviews. read more

I had a bad experience i waited as my cashier called for a manager because i needed help with a question and watched as the manager was gossiping with another employee. I waited for about 15 minutes for the manager to help me and she was very impolite and seemed in a rush. I believe her name tag said Estela. Really Marshals you guys need to change some things! Well first off I bought a pair of swimming trunks at the store. I tried to return them with the receipt but the manager told me that without a tag on the shorts they cannot be returned. Wow what bad customer service. How can a clothing store still be in business if they won't even return a pair of unworn swimming trunks that had the tag removed with the receipt? Wow!!! This chain of stores is getting worst and worst, first I can't exchange a pair of shoes that my daughter wore just once in the carpet, but where to tight.. ( I had bought them without her being present ) they said no... Now after carefully picking a pair of outfits, I realized I don't have my card on me...I asked if they could hold my items for 30 minutes while I go home and grab my card, they said NO..... why not? So disappointed because I'm sure when I go back, if I go back my items won't be there :( ..... so freaking unbelievable .... I think I'll just stick with shopping at other stores... read more

I love this Marshalls. This is the only "Nice" place to go shopping. In a town where the only thing that stays in business is Wal-mart and food places, it is nice to have a clean place to buy nice clothes without blowing up the bank. The only problem is that the place gets really messy and the staff can't always keep the place organized. read more

This is the only one near my house and I needed to find shoes. This place is on the main street of Hemet and is a strip mall. This place always have deals and it is neat compared to Ross which is in the same complex. They had some nice shoes for a decent price but didn't have my size. I would have spent more time here but had to go. Always a plus in my book. read more

Terrible customer service waited for my cashier for over 15 minutes just to send someone to get my layaway. Finally my very rude cashier tells me she couldnt find my layaway so she had me wait another 10 minutes by then I almost wanted to walk out! I love this Marshalls. The Marshall's in Hemet has selections of higher end brands. When visiting with family, we went to the one in Riverside. We will have to bring the family out to our Hemet store, better products, better selections. read more
