I pushed the help button and then looked at my watch. 20 minutes later and three separate button pushes and no one ever showed up. Employees walking back and forth no one stopped. I know that you can't just ask anyone for help because they are actually supposed to be there to cut the material for you. I left feeling deflated and embarrassed because my husband was there irritated because I dragged him along with me. That is all.

There's no music playing in this store yet that makes this target have a retro feeling when I was a kid in the pre 2010s target stores didn't do that till nearly 2020s 3. Bigger toy varieties Fast service and you get better value at this target in the men T-shirt area there only $10 a T-shirt that's rare to find in another target stores

The clasp came apart about 2 weeks after purchasing it. I asked to exchange and Steve the manager/owner said for $10.00 I could. I told him I didn't want to spend more money and The same thing possibly happen again. He told me he wouldn't exchange it. I even asked if I could get a basic case, not a wallet one so I could get something for the $25.00. He said no he wasn't giving me anything for "free." I told him that was messed up, that I shop there all the time and the woman worker knows me. He stopped talking to me and picked up the phone when I was showing him how the clasp was obviously a defect. He actually called security on me! Lol. Security was really nice, and was very sympathetic. I asked Steve one last time to help me out and he just Ignored me, he wouldn't even look at me. He was really rude. So I just want others to be aware of their no exchanges policy, even if you get a defected case. Bummer, now I'm out $25.00 and no case. Guess shopping locally and helping small businesses isn't all it's cracked up to be. I will definitely go back to the mall, just won't be spending my money at Mimi's cell zone.

These pictures were taken on a Saturday and the attendance here was abysmal. Hemet Valley Mall is a reminder of how city officials have failed the citizens of this town and refuse to bring in and support new businesses. The city said they would put a second story, never happened. They also said they'd build a new iteration of this mall a couple miles away, never happened. Here we are years later and nothing has improved nor happened. It's a damn shame that this mall was remodeled as some of the last surviving businesses NEED support but the city is not given these hard workers the time of day. The main businesses that are popping are Hobby Lobby, Magic Brow, Hot Topic, and JCPenney, that's it. Yes, not even Claire's is bringing people in. Years ago, when people still had hope in expanding or getting a "new mall" this mall was pretty busy... not anymore. It's depressing coming in here and the fact that malls are on their way out in certain parts of America, doesn't help this awful situation. I will never totally hate on this mall as I've had good times during community college here and it's super clean. The restrooms here are a lifesaver! If you're in Hemet I will not discourage coming as there's businesses to be supported. However, I want to be honest with you about the current climate of this mall. Oh and you can find good deals every so often!

The young floor attendant ensured everyone in the store got one, she was walking across the store looking for customers to include. Additionally, she helped a confused customer who lost a valuable. I was certainly impressed with the quality of customer service at Hemet's JCPenney! This is one of the best stores at the Hemet Valley Mall. There's a good selection of clothing for kids and women. I personally wasn't thrilled this time with the men's inventory. However, I've bought great button-ups at this location before.
