I went to look at chicks yesterday and saw a baby chick with severe pasty butt. It looks like it's never been cleaned I told them I wanted to buy it or else it's going to die. They let me buy it along with 3 other chicks. Today the baby chick died. It's sad this happened because someone wasn't doing their job of cleaning their butts. It shouldn't take a customer having to buy the chick to try and save its life. When I called management she was really rude and told me that the chicks are only " one week" old. I primarily come here for chicken supplies and used to also buy some horse supplies when I had a horse. I really love this store, as they have a huge selection of products and their prices are relatively cheap. When it came to the horse supplies, I mostly would purchase their shavings. The shavings are of awesome quality, and my horse loved them. I have also gotten horse treats and salt blocks from here, and my horse enjoyed those as well. I always buy my chicken food at this location, and I find the price of it to be reasonable. The food is of a good quality, and my hens enjoy it. They also have a large variety of chicken treats, including mealworms, cracked corn, etc. The staff is great. I've always had friendly interactions with them, and if I have any questions, they never hesitate to help me out. It's obvious that the individuals who work here love their jobs. This is a great store. If you have chickens, horses, cows, etc. then I would recommend stopping by and seeing what they have on offer. read more

There are a few excellent deals here. Dog food, clothing, and concentrated weed killer. Their seasonal items are interesting to browse. And the clearance sections sometimes yield amazing deals. Most of the staff are great as they greet, help me find pieces for projects, and recommend items they have used or have knowledge on and have gotten good reviews from other customers. It's also nice to browse the chicks. We love when they get specialty breeds. It's also great to see the chicks taken care of. I've seen employees cleaning out the pens, refilling food / water, and taking care of the ones who were pasting up. read more

Was there yesterday to pick up pet supplies after some local business. I usually shop at stores closer to my home. After loading my purchase, a wind blew my door shut locking my keys in my van. A young man at the store was asked if he could help by their cashier. Everything, phone, wallet, all in the van. He pulled out his AAA card and called for help, then made sure to follow up when they showed up. I wish I could remember his name. He saved my day. Went above and beyond. We came in first day of a sale on a barbecue griddle. We were told they sold out instantly, but gave us a raincheck. We called back a few days later and we're told they'd be back in stock on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and no phone call. So, she calls them and they say none this week; try next week. Garbage customer service. Went to get propane and the guys told me it was too windy. Too Windy!?!? Called in to tractor supply riverside too see if it was too windy get some propane? Manager said that is not a policy they have, so I went there. Any type of inclement weather and they won't help. Crazy part is is the propane refill area is covered. read more

So yes, I buy tractor parts and horse tack, chicken feed and wire in bushels, but I went there for a Schleich Horse toy for #3 child, and was really impressed with price and service. Looking at the tools, I couldn't tell if this was Harbor Freight + Farm tools, but the place was organized and the employees were all easy to work with and informative. I ask what did you guys see her take... 4 people no reply... they have her empty her purse in front of store in door way.. My experience was horrible I have anxiety and panic attacks so I cannot function wearing a mask most days when I was greeted at the door I was firmly prompted to put my mask on I had thanked the employed while stating I had a medical condition not ten feet in I was greeted by Store manager Rick (damel)( or at least I think as he was sure to write it very sloppy) who once again firmly pointed me to go get a mask from from the front when I had informed him that I could not wear one he then asked if I what I was looking for and offered to grab it for me and I agreed and thanked him he then followed directly in front of my cart to the isle and put the item in my cart and gestured for me to walk back wards with my cart thru the isle at this point I realized I was being targeted for not having a mask he then followed me very closely as if he was making sure I was not going to touch anything as if I was contaminated for simply not wearing a mask when I asked to make a complaint he gave me the wrong number and I had to go back to ask for the correct number a second time at that point he walked me outside as if I was to dirty to be in the store and was very short and abrupt he was very passive aggressive and is not fit to be a manager read more

I go here strictly for the dog food so I can't really comment on their other items. They have premium brands that Petsmart or Petco don't carry, such as TOTW, and it won't break the bank. Their prices are pretty competitive with Amazon and when they're having a sale they're actually better. Worst customer service I have come across in a long time. Only one representative in the store was helpful and he is no longer with them. I was told four times that a feed that I needed was ordered and after waiting 8 weeks the store manager did not have the decency to call me, he had an associate give me the bad news that they couldn't get the feed because they have to order 50 bags. I was lied to four different times when I went in to pick up the feed. When I talked to the store manager I was lied to again. We were very excited when this store opened, now I go to Banning for our feed and avoid this and all other Tractor Supply stores at all costs. Better management would certainly help. read more

I have been coming to this store since I moved into the area about a year ago and every time I come in, it's always the best experience! I first went here to get my pig some food, and realized it's a perfect store to get all of my food and necessities for my dogs and pig, along with any yard supplies or tools for my husband. Right when you walk into the store the employees are always so quick to greet you and they're always in such a happy mood, it makes you smile every time! They always play country music, which is my favorite kind of music, and they usually have baby chicks and ducks that you hear chirping right when you walk inside, which are so fun to go look at. They always have the exact brands of foods I need for my dogs and pig, and they have great quality dog toys, which in my opinion are better than the average pet store toys. (my dogs destroy every toy very quickly, and these ones last the longest). When I have questions about my pig, the employees are always so quick to help me and give advice on anything that I need. When I come in for big purchases, for example hay bails for my pig pen or the 50 pound bags of dog food, the cashier always helps me to my car out of generosity, I have never even had to ask! Great place for do it your self pest control. Get the 7.9 product and put in 1 oz. in a one gallon hand sprayer. Get the Fresh Cab for Mice and rats if you dont want to bait them. If you bait them get the Tomcat box so nothing else eats it. The people are nice so be nice to them ,the CO makes them push bs at the check out counter like Ffa donations, customer cards etc. The dogs snacks are fair priced when on sale.
