I wanted to rave about how wonderful Pets R People 2 are. Tina my favorite groomer! She genuinely…read morecares about your pet - at least as much as you do. Tina is the best at caring for dogs with skin conditions. Poor Paxie suffered for several years...and I am not saying Tina cured him - but her hard work and willingness to try different solutions has made Paxie a happy happy boy. No more medications...just a high and tight cut and his skin condition is 98% cured. Paxie's Sister, Rudy does not have any special conditions - she just likes a nice wash, clean ears and tidy toe nails. Roxane is wonderful and does pick-up and delivery - although I do drop-off and pick up my Paxie and Ruby - I bet the pick-up up is pretty nice for us busy peeps.

She trapped it and took it here to see if they could help, she was told by riverside animal control to take the cat here to Maybe euthanize so it would no longer suffer. I get you don't do those things here but for an 80 year old grandmother who is just trying to do the right thing, you could of shown compassion. Instead, you make her feel ashamed because "she probably was feeding the stray cat!" You made her leave where she was lost on what to do and she cried because nobody could be bothered to help an old lady. Im not asking much but for you guys to do better. That front staff is what is wrong with the world. Id say have a great day but ehh I could careless. P.s we like the accountability your employees made when we called to try and figure out what happened and you didnt like the tone and hung up the phone. That's professionalism at its finest
