In my experience, the treatment felt extremely judgmental and discriminatory. I felt like I was treated differently because of the color of my skin and because I apparently didn't look like someone they expected to spend money there. Instead of being offered help, I felt watched and treated like I was automatically suspected of stealing. That is completely unacceptable. The employees' attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright insulting. What makes it even worse is the management or lack of it. Management should be stepping in, holding employees accountable, and making sure customers are treated with dignity. Instead, the entire experience felt like nobody cared. No customer should have to walk into a store and feel unwelcome, judged, or treated like a criminal simply because of their appearance. If this is how they choose to treat people, they shouldn't be surprised when customers take their business somewhere else. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before spending your money here. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the simple concept of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.

Veronica and Jose both failed to follow through on their promises to call me back within the timeframes they gave, leaving me completely in the dark for hours. To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was a 10% discount--completely unacceptable considering they lost my order. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer care is beyond frustrating. I expected much better. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Lowe's again.

I even had someone come to my house for measurements and flooring quotes. I do not recommend lowes to do your work as they contract out the work to the lowest bidder. If anything, use them to get free measurements and thats it. For jobs, the value is not the best. Sometimes the employees don't know where things are and they always say "i'm new here"... but then I tell them "well I don't work here" and they get bamboozled. Besides that, I will continue to use this location for my home needs. I wish I could give 4.5 stars.

I disagreed. I said that that was the total with everything included Delivery as well. The gentleman that originally quoted me that was on the phone and didn't make eye contact with me at that point, I realized that this was a bad transaction. I have been overcharged by $95 beware of the females out there then do try to take advantage of us at least I've cut my losses at the beginning of this business transaction. I will go elsewhere to not be overcharged for my gas.
