Aweful grooming experience,I'll never go back! Each time I ck my dog in with the same groomer I've had for a very long time. I'm very specific on my dogs cut. This time she looks AWEFUL. The groomer cut the hair off her tail, my dog is a Maltese, she looks like a poodle! Her face / top of her head wasn't even done..!!! As I said I'll NEVER go back!!!! read more

Did Petsmart group training with Dana (puppy, intermediate and advanced) for our new pup. Dana was extremely knowledgeable in dog behavior and the classes gave us a good foundation to start on. Would recommend. read more

I had an amazing time in PetSmart in hemet,Ca Dylan was my cashier super helpful,very professional,he's doing an awesome job.

If I could rate this store zero stars I would, this is by the WORST pet smart store I've ever been to. This morning at 11ish I went and it started as a good happy time with my toddler. We were looking for a new cat, it was quickly ruined by one of the employees. She was an Caucasian girl mid 30s or older. Had her hair up and was a blonde. She was pushing a rolling cart, because she had a lot of items (this happened by the hamster area & birds) I quickly moved my toddler out of her way and made room bc I thought she was trying to get through- she didn't say excuse me or anything. Well doing this my daughter spilled milk which I was going to clean but I was trying to be nice and move out the way- she then says rudely " CAN YOU MOVE IM GOING THIS WAY" which I reply "normally people say excuse me" which she replied "THE NAPKINS ARE OVER THERE SO YOU CAN GET THEM NOW AND CLEAN UP THE MILK NOW" which I then replied "I was going to clean that up but since you wanna be a (b word, which I said proudly) you can because I won't now with that attitude after I was being nice". I'm sorry but you reap what you sow, she had a mad face since I first seen her but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt - if you are having a bad day whether it's in your home life, with customers, or with your management- as an employee you should never take it out on someone who didn't make your life bad. I don't regret giving her the same energy back at all- disappointing how this is how employees are here, no wonder they got bad reviews. Never going here again, I'll take my happy self back to other ones with good customer service. read more

Communication with their Clients!! After several appointments (all ending the same), I'm extremely frustrated with never getting a call that my dog was ready for pickup. And it's been every time, although I've asked each time to get notified. I believe that 5 hrs is extreme and the fact that my groomer had left an hour earlier, just added to my frustration. This is a horrible way to conduct a business, if you wish to succeed. we love petsmart and come here at least once a week for our kitties. Avery was so nice and helpful the other day! He has the best customer service skills and can carry a conversation. We also get a lot of food when we go and he kept everything orderly and organized which means a lot since cat food is a lot of single pouches. read more

*WARNING* PRICE CHECK EVERYTHING ON PETSMART WEBSITE BEFORE CHECK OUT **UPDATE AS SEEN ON TV PLEASE SEE LINK AT BOTTOM FOR VIDEO*** I have been working hand and hand with PetSmart Company now for over 8yrs. This location is the only location that up sales and treats customers like liars, as well as, thieves. I'm not from this area and have come to find it is known for high theft and more. I have been working with this location prior to it moving to the new location and sadly it's been brought down by unprofessionalism. For someone to come full hearted to bring up information to be question by new associates,not knowing the system, to aggressive managers talking down about you to the worker as you stand in front of them. End of the day I was correct and everything was fixed, but not after being put into an awkward situation by the Managers and their team. I really wish the other Managers who were at this location would come back because it's sadly becoming more toxic. I do have to say the dark long haired cashier is amazing. There are a handful of other good workers that should not be associated with this post, but this unfortunately was over due. What is even worse some of the managers I knew as a worker prior to promotions and they are not the same smiling helpful individual that I grew to enjoy working with. If I could rate this place with zero stars I would! Worst customer service at the grooming center, the people who work there definitely hate their job . I thought of giving them a second chance but this time was the worst . I called in advance to make an appointment for my dog and I spoke to someone who said they do accept vaccines from other countries so I plan my day ahead and took my dog just to find out , that no one in the grooming center could read the paperwork so they called a translator name Jessica I believe the was her name well she is ignorant and said she didn't see where was the stamps ! I think she need glasses or go back to school to learn how to read ! I called next door PETCO and they took my dog in without any problems. They were efficient and respectful with my time ! What a waste of time at PetSmart read more

Worst grooming ever. Several months ago, I took my Aussie, and they did a horrible job. They shaved her nude on the hind legs and raggedy on the sides. It will take forever to grow back. But I didn't say anything because I just thought someone might be having a bad day. Today I took my poodle/mix, and it was the worst haircut he ever received in his little nine years of life. Even he's embarrassed. They charged extra for tangles on his ears (which he did have), but they shaved his entire ears and body anyways. They left a schnauzer cut on his face, and the top was so uneven I had to turn back before I left the store to get it fixed. After today's experience, to me, it wasn't just a one-time thing. I will never come back. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I should comment on today's totally bad grooming service. read more

I'm giving a bad review on this business simply because of the woman that was working today. She was a Caucasian woman wearing glasses working the dog grooming. I was in the store at around 8 am. I saw people walking in and the doors were open so I didn't think anything of it. I grab my dog food and walk to the counter I was waiting for someone to walk up and I didn't know that they didn't open until 9. I thought nothing of it because the doors were open. When I walk back and asked the employee if anyone could simply ring me up for the dog food, she walks up to me and says "I'm going to have to ask you to leave we're not open." I said I'm sorry I saw the doors open and people walking in. I told her I was just there for the dog food. She said "we open at 9, we're open at 7 for dog grooming" I apologized because I didn't know I remained friendly because that was my mistake. But she said again and even walked me to the door as if I didn't know where the exit was and told me again she was "going to have to ask me to leave". You need to teach that employee how to speak kindly to people. Anywhere you go where you see people walking into a business you're going to assume is open. read more
