I'm new to the area and after Intensive research and reviews decided to pick Pets R People 2 I went online to setup my appointment. Online setup was for one dog and I called ahead to say I actually have 2 dogs, 2 small Maltese mix dogs both under 10lbs and Roxanne told me it was fine and schedule both my dogs for an 11am appointment. Everyone was so friendly and nice. My dogs groomer was Marissa and OMG she did better then what I expected. She did such an amazing job they both came out looking so good, they definitely have my business because I couldn't believe how they both came out, she did such an amazing, great job. Roxanne & Coco & all were so helpful! My babies were treated so well! It really was the full service grooming. I appreciated the security camera zoned location. The little one had never had a professional grooming and she felt comfortable enough to give kisses right off the bat and all through the appointment I'm told. LOL! Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I wanted to rave about how wonderful Pets R People 2 are. Tina my favorite groomer! She genuinely cares about your pet - at least as much as you do. Tina is the best at caring for dogs with skin conditions. Poor Paxie suffered for several years...and I am not saying Tina cured him - but her hard work and willingness to try different solutions has made Paxie a happy happy boy. No more medications...just a high and tight cut and his skin condition is 98% cured. Paxie's Sister, Rudy does not have any special conditions - she just likes a nice wash, clean ears and tidy toe nails. Roxane is wonderful and does pick-up and delivery - although I do drop-off and pick up my Paxie and Ruby - I bet the pick-up up is pretty nice for us busy peeps. read more

Been coming to this place since late 2019. I will not be doing business with this establishment. The last few visit I have been very disappointed. Here's why.... Back in January 2022- I set up an appointment and when the day comes they tell me I do not have an appointment. Thank god for screen shots. They acknowledged their mistake and I set another appointment until February (a whole month later) May 2022- they don't have my file. And ask for cash payment right before pick up. This is annoying because it's an inconvenience. I have to go out my way to the bank. August 2022- I drop off my dogs at 9:45am. So I go pick them up at 1:45-2pm. They tell me my dogs aren't ready. They usually take 4 hours for both dogs so I assumed they would be ready. I say no problem, my mistake. They call me at 3:40pm and ask again for cash and tell me they close at 4pm. (I think if they should probably label their business as only cash transactions) December 2022- they call me at 330 for pick up. And tell me they close at 4. And once again ask for cash. I tell them I can not pay cash it's an extra stop and they close at 4. When I get there they charge me $110 total. I ask if the prices went up and the girl tells me "we always charge $55/dog" This is a lie!! I will attach a screenshot of my previous payments using my card. (Not including the cash payments) This screenshot proves that I use to pay $45/dog. X 2 =90$ and I'd leave a $10 tip. On the last visit the gal stated "we always charge $55/dog X 2 =$110 Paying $110 is not the issue, it's the lack of honesty and professionalism. I will take my business elsewhere. I felt undervalued because I've been a loyal client for relatively a long time since late 2019. read more

This grooming salon is so beautiful, the entire atmosphere is homey and clean! My dogs always come out of this appointment happy wagging their tail. I used to take my dogs to Clippendales which is in San Jacinto, I was taking them there for 1 year and decided to end it due to rude staff and extreme aggressive groomers that literally had my dogs crying when I would enter the building. You just know when your dog feels safe and I felt that at Pets R People 2. The owner is super friendly and professional and the groomers are precise and quick. Great customer service and communication... we had our 2 year old husky & chow chow mix pup groomed for the very first time. They came and picked her up, gave us updates on her behavior since we were also worried because it was her first groom. They have done absolutely awesome work both of our dogs, cleaning conditioning, and brushing of their fur always makes them look and smell so good! Both of our dogs can have some issues, but they always do a great job of making sure that they are okay during the grooming, we go back there every month to get the dogs groomed. read more

I had adopted my lil Archie (silky Yorkie) April 2021. He is 8 years old, previous owner went into hospice....Archie was attacked by a pit bull 2x after I adopted him. ( pit bull not on a leash)..... needless to say, he does not like other dogs now, but is always happy to go see Morgan at Pets are people too.... She is aware of my concerns and aware of Archie not getting along with other dogs. Morgan takes great care of my baby boy and I know I don't have to stress when dropping him off. She is the only one that gets my Yorkie looking like a Yorkie. After first adopting Archie, I took him to Pet smart and they did a HORRIBLE job, on his hair cut, AND he was so scared and acting unlike himself. I had some concerns regarding food & why he was chewing his legs and they had no problem taking their time & explaining everything to me. Roxanne has doing my dogs for ten years all rescued Pittes or mixes. They have been very gracious working around my work schedule taking them on Saturday. They always leave happy and smell great ! The employees there love the dogs and know all by name.
