We live pretty close to Kahoots, and I come occasionally to pick up a treat or two for my pup, and always find the staff helpful and kind. But, a super high five for the shot and services clinic they hold every few weeks. Check their website for details. I brought our dog in as her rabies was due, and found the whole process great. They do everything from rabies to all shots needed for boarding as well as teeth cleanings, gland expression, and testing for heart worm (with that,I believe you have to come back in a few weeks later to find out the results). What I like about it was the costs were really good, and you don't pay for that expensive "exam" visit. You get the certificate there to take for boarding or getting a dog license. It is really straight forward and reasonable. Thanks to Kahoots for offering this service and saving everyone lots of money! read more

I love how educational the staff is, specially when needing help with dog food! recommend coming here, and they offer military discount. Veterans too! they have helped me with nutritional needs with my dogs and the out come was great. They even had no issue with returning whatever my picky dog doesn't cling to. The sales girl passed me time and time again and never said one word to me, never acknowledged me. Eventually a couple came in and she immediately greeted them and started a full on conversation. I did end up buying something only because I had a coupon and she was not friendly at the register either. For years I've been going to Kahoots because they have the best natural dog food around. My dogs have tried many of the name brands foods but we always came back to Kahoots brand. I have 4 small dogs that seem to have seizures when eating certain foods. As soon as we switched to Kahoots brand, the seizures stopped. Not sure what's in the other brands that cause the seizures but it's not in Kahoots brand. They also have natural treats and all sorts of animal accessories. From horses to rabbits. I highly recommend Kahoots. read more

Another gem that I found in Menifee. This pet store is super cute and John was very helpful. The store was very clean they also had the cutest Guinea Pigs that you can pet. They also had lots of different pet foods, toys and clothes. They also do vaccinations and teeth cleaning at different times. I will definitely come back when I'm in Menifee. read more

I take my dog here for his vaccinations. The process is very easy and the staff members are very helpful.

We bring our pups in for the vet services that are once a month. Nail trimming, anal glands etc. Everyone is very friendly, lots of products to choose from and the employees seem to be knowledgeable about thier products unlike some of the other big pet supply stores. read more

They sell premium ingredients for our cats, dogs and rabbit. Even the pet supplies and vitamins work very well. Definitely check out this store if you haven't already. I thought I posted this a month ago, but it didnt post for some reason. This is a post that must be shared . Thanks to one of the very smart associates there ,John, my baby boy Orangey is still with us. The good Lord put me in touch with a savior for my family member . I was truly discouraged with my cats rapid decline in health and called Kahoots only for a request on info on the next vaccine clinic, but after talking to John a few minuets about my cats symptoms, he reccomeded Lysine . John recognized my voice and knew me and info about my cat. He was SPOT ON . I went from expecting to likely loose sweet cat to him stabilizing and even healing . Fur started growing back on his nose and i noticed the improvement in him UNQUESTIONABLY. He still has an uphill battle, but thanks to the quick thinking and experience of this man at Kahoots , I know he is to thanks for my baby still being with me . Everyone in the store is so helpful, and more then that.. caring, truly caring . Kahoots and the staff will always have a place in my heart and im filled with gratitude. WoW..kahoots in menifee is our favorite place to check out at least 2x a week! Denise (mgr) makes us feel like family and answers all of our questions about caring for our furry babies. My husband & I are retired and have been befuddled at times with assembly instructions on our new indoor doggie gates. Denise always greets us with warm big smiles (as do all the staff) and if NOT busy Denise has come to our rescue!! Thank you denise :) We have a shout out for vanessa at kahoots in menifee. This is a well organized store with great inventory. Although we drive from a different city, we this is our go-to store. However, what attracted us was the friendly staff that was truly interested in our puppy. We signed up for puppy training--a truly great decision! What great instruction we got (yes, puppy training is mostly "parental training." The tracing was well suited to our puppy (6 month old Cavalier). We originally tried a different trainer. It really did not work (probably our problem). The difference is that at Kahoots, the trainer takes the time to be sure you (the parent) understand the puppy's responses and motivations. Truly a MAJOR difference from other trainers! Our puppy, Ellie, achieved far more than we ever expected. We highly recommend the Kahoots training program! read more

So I've been a little overwhelmed after I adopted my St.Bernard mix, especially with a 5 and 4 year old little girls at home. I wasn't sure what type of food to continue feeding him so I came into Kahoots for the first time and I have to say that these guys are great.....the young lady Sidnie helped me while I was shopping with my kids and she has over the top customer service. I went to the new Kahoots in my neighborhood because we've got a lot of new businesses around and I'd like to patronize them. When I walked into the store it was clean and well organized , very well lit, and there was plenty of staff. The store was pretty empty of shoppers but that's to be expected for my Neighborhood and the time of day. With that said, I didn't feel welcome. One of the staff asked if I needed help. I said no because the store is pretty no-frills. I thought I had it. I Have 3 pets so I came into the store with a list of items that I needed and went straight for the dog food. I didn't find our regular brand. So I headed over to the small animal section. There two em0loyees walking together stopped and asked if I needed help. Yes, I don't think you carry my dog's food. I showed a picture from my phone. She responded, "No, I think that's Petco. Do you need anything else?" I thought to myself, I still need dog food. I told her I was gonna look for rabbit food and she said that she hoped that they had the kind I wanted as they walked away. I was pretty flabbergasted that they were gonna send me to another store for the dog food instead of trying to find a comparable product in their store. I went back to the dog food section and found a replacement on my own. When I finish shopping I went back to the front of the store and waited by the unmanned registers while 3 employees stood off to the side talking. After waiting a few minutes finally somebody came up from behind me, one of the ladies who 'helped' me from before. No smiles, no chit chat... I left the store not feeling very good about my shopping experience. The prices are higher than Pet Smart and PetCo. I don't know if they have a loyalty program, none was offered to me. read more

Price gougers! Beware! We went to comparison shop cat tree towers. The store employee told us to come back after a certain day as those and other items would be going on sale for 20% off. We picked out a couple we really liked and we noted the prices. We were still paying a little more than Petsmart or Petco but the trees were also a little fancier so that was ok. When we came back to purchase it for 20% off, they had increased the prices on all of the cat tree towers by $20.00-$25.00!! As we were leaving the store empty-handed, the employee asked if we found one and I told her the fact of the price increase. She said, "Have a nice evening." And we left. We won't be back and we are telling all of our friends with pets to boycott them for assuming we consumers are fools. read more

Been looking forward to Kahoots since they announced it and we live in Menifee. Took a trip with the fam to see what this one has and it's half the size of any other Kahoots! That being said there were no other customers in the store, only 4 female employees and not once were we greeted, asked if we needed help and when we were ready to purchase a cat toy we found we had to wait at the register while all of them chatted for a good 5 minutes! Such a let down especially since their fish section is nonexistent and there isn't an equine section, will keep driving 30 minutes going to the other stores in the area. read more

My puppy did dog training with Vanessa at the Menifee location and I can't say enough about her. She's amazing! She was a great teacher and we learned so much from here over the course of our training. I Highly recommend her. And I also loved all the staff at the store. First off let me start off by saying that this is the most adorable, friendly, chipper, pleasant environment. I called first to see if I could bring my terrier into the store rather than just assuming and the woman that answered responded with a hilarious half shout that it was perfect and to come on over. I went in and a young lady helped me find a rain coat for my doggy who is frightened by rain drops. She played with him and even helped me get him all cozied into his coat. She was amazing. The lady at checkout was sweet as pie and made the end of my visit as pleasant as the beginning. No longer will I go to petco or petsmart, kahoots is my jam now. read more
