Good Morning, Yesterday afternoon, I ordered food via drive-through and twice requested no mayo on the chicken sandwich. When I arrived home, my wife and I discovered both sandwiches flooded with mayo. This was not an accident; I told the employee twice, "no mayo". We will never order food again. Joe H read more

Ah yes... the Hood to Coast chaos stop. We pulled into this Burgerville absolutely delirious. We were hungry, tired, sore, and riding that post run adrenaline. The place was packed with other runners in the same zombie state and I honestly could barely keep my eyes open as I ordered. The woman at the register deserves a gold star. She was incredibly patient and kind even as I fumbled and mumbled through my chicken sandwich order. The food? Well, it was hot, fast, and exactly what we needed. It's not gourmet but when we were so, so depleted, Burgerville felt like a five star experience. Also, clean restrooms, BLESS! read more

This is the first time I'm disappointed with Burgerville as far as their coleslaw! Instead of a normal fill to the top, it's halfway filled, or halfway empty. The rest of our fish & chips are about the same as other Burgerville. It was quick, it was just blocks from my St. Helens event, and it was the first choice to go for lunch. read more

Octoberfest burger? Yes please. It was awesome. Sweet potato fries? Yes, and I think they're better than the regular fries. They're thinner, more crispy. Strawberry shake with honest to God Oregon strawberries? Oh yes. The place was clean, they brought my food out to me, staff was polite, and food was good. I mean, it's a burger joint that puts out good burgers and awesome shakes. What more do you need? read more

This had to be the best fast food burger I have ever had. Everything was so fresh!!! It was absolutely delicious. I couldn't finish it. So I left it and came back and finished it several hours later it was so good! And it was still good. read more

Ordered 3 "as is" cheese burgers and a 5 piece chicken tender with fries. Cheese burgers tasted ok but when I first unwrapped it I thought they might have forgot to put a patty on it. Flavor 7/10, portion 2/10. Chicken tenders and fries came in a nice box. Presentation 8/10 chicken was tender and well seasoned 9/10 Fries were crispy and very slightly under seasoned. 8/10 The sauce was decent. honey mustard 8/10, Burgerville sauce 7/10, sweet and spicy 9/10! I'll probably not order burgers from this place again but the chicken was great! read more

We stopped in December for two hazelnut milkshakes. Neither one had whip cream or hazelnut sprinkles. One was dark brown the was really light. When we questioned the person at the drive through window, she just said that is how we make them. They tasted like a bore made chocolate shake. That was not the first time we had that experience at this location but will be our last. read more

Burgerville St Helens Oregon used to be about 2 or 3 years ago a good place to get a hamburger but not anymore . Today I asked for the bigger hamburger with two Patties on it which cost about 569 and I wanted lettuce and tomato but she said that would be a dollar more so I said give me the smaller one for 369 and I want lettuce and tomato . They handed it to me I was used to the fact that their hamburgers don't taste like meat and are much worse than Burger King or McDonald's but I was in a hurry and I wanted the lettuce and tomato more than anything else and guess what I got one teeny smallest tomato paper thin slice of tomato and one shred of lettuce and two very thin pickles for that dollar and there was nothing else on it and my question is what do you get on it if you don't ask for lettuce and tomato apparently absolutely nothing and I tasteless bun read more

Food was expensive and Honestly wasn't really that good. Whatever you do, do not get the cheese sauce. It's just. No. Sweet potato fries were amazing and honestly the only thing I would ever order from this place again. read more

They have advertised on their message board for quite some time that today is the one dollar all day cheeseburger sale. Just went in there and was politely told sorry no buns can't sell any more dollar burgers. With this as a planned promo sale wouldn't you think it would have been planned for them to overstock their burgers and buns? if they can't do the sale any longer some sort of compensation or a rain check should be in place. The sign does clearly state all day 9/18. There was a line vehicles waiting in the drive-through at the time we went into the Bergerville and also many people waiting to be told the same thing. It is not the crew members fault and they were very polite about it but very direct. This seems to fall on the shoulders of management. read more

Burger villa is very good. But they can be a little to proud with the pricing. Come on 5 buck for a few Walls Walls onion rings??? Really??? I know the onions are good if not the best. But they are not that pricey. I can get a bag of them at Winco for less than 3 bucks. I would give a 5 star but the 4 is only because of price. read more

If you look at my history, you'll see that I love Burgerville. But this location can be so frustrating! Every one can get backed up and overwhelmed once in a while... But it happens way too frequently here. When it happens in the drive through, the traffic can back up onto the cross street. I've never seen them direct a car to the "grill waiting" area in order to move a few more cars through... What prompted this review was my last visit to the drive through. I ordered a mocha perk (which was amazing) and a cup of the ancho soup. We all know how pricey their food is. Usually worth it, but my cup of soup was barely half full when I took the lid off. If you can see the attached picture, know that the cup has an indentation in the bottom, so there's even less than it looks... Not sure I can afford the frustration of eating here any more! read more

Yes Burgerville costs a little more, yes it often takes a little bit longer to get food (at least via the drive thru, I find dining in the lobby is not as long of a wait and I like the retro vibe). I for one would rather pay a little more to ensure my food is responsibly sourced, and fresh and sustainable. Yes, BV is not perfect. It's not a vegan salad bar. It's still fast food. But it's still head and shoulders above other fast food places, as far as food quality and responsible sourcing goes. I think we SHOULD pay more for animal food sources, it would teach us to place more value on them. But I digress. I am really a fan of BV food. The normal Tillamook cheeseburger, dry, is my go to. Their milkshakes are so rich and delicious, but sadly milk and ice cream no longer agrees with my intestines *slow, sad tear* A lot of their seasonal goodies are excellent too, their Walla Walla sweet onion rings, Yukon gold waffle fries, and fried asparagus spring to mind! Yum! Also their fish is very tasty too! I will say I have never been a fan of their normal fries. They're very lackluster. Limp, barely seasoned... kind of sad. Their online presence is usually fun and active too, quick to respond to social media comments/concerns. read more

I could get better service and value at a vending machine! It's official. You have permanently lost me as a customer. As your prices go up to only provide drive through service with the lack of professionalism at the window. It's your only job! And you have the nerve to ask for a TIP in drive through as if you're providing me a continued dining experience! Your employees don't even process the payment for the tip while shoving the card reader in my face to do it myself. Are you kidding me?! To top it off I'm now seeing the skimpiest serving of fries and the smallest pieces of fish I've ever seen at your facility. No way! No more! No tip! $30 for nothing. No more patronage to your establishment from me. read more

Burgerville - A crying shame. - Fast Food Near Me - St Helens, Oregon

I've been to this location a few times and I've been underwhelmed each time. During my last visit if you weeks ago. Both burgers ordered were not even warm but we waited for our food for about 5-7 minutes, meaning the burgers were sitting around for awhile before even ordered. I usually want a well-deserved burger after kayaking in Scappoose Bay, but I'll need to find a different place to get a post-kayak burger since this Burgerville location has consistently not served fresh food. read more

Disappointed again, miniature chicken strips tasted fine. Turkey burger was just ok. The fries are terrible for the third time! Understand a bad batch once in a while but they looked and tasted undercooked, limp and soggy. My milkshake had the consistency of lumpy water by the time I drove 2 miles home.. Sure looking forward to Popeyes opening soon. read more

If it weren't for the seasonally-available Walla Walla sweet onion rings that are the size of your head, this place would be lucky to get one star. The burgers are nearly devoid of flavor. I am not a big fan of Thousand Island dressing, and so I am also not a big fan of their "secret sauce." And the meat is seriously wafer thin. If you like lettuce and unmelted cheese, this is your place. The staff is consistently friendly, which is a plus. read more

A shimmering oasis of burgers and fries after a vast desert of food appeared before us on the road. "BURGERVILLE!" she cried out in a voice that was simultaneously deliriously happy and near exhaustion. We'd started the morning at Fort Stevens State Park up near Astoria with the notion that we'd "pick something up" for breakfast along the way. Several hours, 100 mile or more and many closed cafes later, our stomachs and patience were running on extreme empty. We passed burg upon crossroads of towns here and there, desperately hoping that the next inhabited place would have something, open, not too sketchy, and not overgrown with blackberries. Each widening of the road we slowed for, showed no more opportunity for something (ANYTHING) to eat to satiate the rumblings and faintness to which we were no more accustomed to than when they started, hours before. And then, deus ex machina, Burgerville. I was so hungry, I don't even remember what we ate, but it might as well been mana from heaven. read more

The fries were good but the burgers were absolutely disgusting. They were made fresh none the less but they need to do something about their burgers like change the ingredients would be helpful . No longer worth the extra money. I once enjoyed Burgerville and didn't mind the slightly higher prices because the staff was attentive, the dining room was immaculate and the food was better than other fast food places. Now, while the menu still contains some potentially tasty treats, they obviously don't care about what their did looks like anymore. To be fair, I got exactly what was listed on the menu, in a package that McDonald's could have gotten better or at least as good. I can't confirm, but there was nothing local or fresh about my meal. Sadly, just an average experience now. read more

Burgerville - Name what fast food restaurant this came from. It's a fish sandwich. - Fast Food Near Me - St Helens, Oregon

Five stars. May be the best Burgerville around. When we come to town this is the first restaurant we go to. And the last. If you've never been here before, get a Tillamook Cheeseburger basket and one of their unique shakes. Pros: Mouth watering burgers. Second only to In-N-Out. Delicious shakes. Jukebox plays selections for free. Friendly staff. They even bring the food to your table. Cons: Three hours away from home. read more

Burgerville is my go to place when I need some marginally based, nutritionally compromised, fast food. What it lacks in fiscal affordability it excels in quality ingredients. Service is always friendly though not always fast. The seasonal onion rings are a delightful array of sweet Walla Walla Onions and Deep Fried Panko Type crust. If you saved all your pennies and want to treat yourself, get a shake. Can have it made with fro yo or ice cream. read more

Ben LeNoir makes THE BEST Tillamook cheeseburgers, hands down! And their milkshakes are to die for! Great service. Love this place!

I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from. Locals without many other choices, maybe? We stopped here for dinner as we passed through town. I ordered the Pepper Bacon Burger. It was barely warm when it was brought out to me. The bacon is tough and lacks the pepper flavor I chose it for. The burger patty is very thin (like thinner than a value menu burger), extreme dry and has no flavor. The fries were good though. They were cooked in fresh oil and served steaming hot. Unfortunately, I wasn't here for the fries. read more

Burgerville - Paper thin, dry, cold burger... so disappointed. - Fast Food Near Me - St Helens, Oregon

Great food but high prices for a burger joint. We love their veggie type burgers. read more

Very disappointing, cold burger, cheese seemed old. It tasted like I was eating a burger that sat out all day, it was like eating a 2 day old McDonalds burger with less flavor. I ate about 1/3 of this burger before tossing it. It's hard for me to understand how a company could serve food like this. I am only leaving two stars because the waffle fries were actually really good. I will not be returning. read more

Locally sourced food, Eco- friendly, this is a PNW business. Seasonal shakes are offered, chocolate hazelnut and pumpkin are my favorite. Good thick fries, but not crisp on the outside, or creamy in the middle. The Tillamook cheeseburger has crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, a so-so meat patty and boring sesame bun. Three of these baskets with a soda-$24. It's fast food. The orders are always correct and the hot food is served hot. What more do you expect? read more

The food is consistent, and when there has been a mistake on my order they fix it with no problems. The only issue I have with this location is the drive through which backs up into the street. Burgerville is usually really slow, so this becomes an issue. The bathrooms are also very dated. I've been to many different Burgerville locations and a lot of mistakes are made with the food. This location is no exception, however they fix it when notified with no issues. The seasonal items are nice changes to the regular menu, and the price is usually reasonable for fast food. read more

I've only been here once, and someday I may try coming back, but not anytime soon. They have pricey food and I spent $5 just for a tiny burger that seems more meant for a little kid. The staff also messed up my order and added sauces that I said I didn't want in my burger. I had to be somewhere so I didn't have time to ask them to change it. The only good thing about the place is that the staff was very nice and helpful. Because of those prices and small quality, I don't plan on coming back anytime soon, but I may give them another chance sometime in the future. read more
