This is the first time I'm disappointed with Burgerville as far as their coleslaw! Instead of a normal fill to the top, it's halfway filled, or halfway empty. Ordered 3 "as is" cheese burgers and a 5 piece chicken tender with fries. Cheese burgers tasted ok but when I first unwrapped it I thought they might have forgot to put a patty on it. Flavor 7/10, portion 2/10. Chicken tenders and fries came in a nice box. Presentation 8/10 chicken was tender and well seasoned 9/10 Fries were crispy and very slightly under seasoned. 8/10 The sauce was decent. honey mustard 8/10, Burgerville sauce 7/10, sweet and spicy 9/10! We stopped in December for two hazelnut milkshakes. Neither one had whip cream or hazelnut sprinkles. One was dark brown the was really light. When we questioned the person at the drive through window, she just said that is how we make them. They tasted like a bore made chocolate shake. Burgerville St Helens Oregon used to be about 2 or 3 years ago a good place to get a hamburger but not anymore . Today I asked for the bigger hamburger with two Patties on it which cost about 569 and I wanted lettuce and tomato but she said that would be a dollar more so I said give me the smaller one for 369 and I want lettuce and tomato . They have advertised on their message board for quite some time that today is the one dollar all day cheeseburger sale. Just went in there and was politely told sorry no buns can't sell any more dollar burgers. With this as a planned promo sale wouldn't you think it would have been planned for them to overstock their burgers and buns? if they can't do the sale any longer some sort of compensation or a rain check should be in place. The sign does clearly state all day 9/18. There was a line vehicles waiting in the drive-through at the time we went into the Bergerville and also many people waiting to be told the same thing. Yes Burgerville costs a little more, yes it often takes a little bit longer to get food (at least via the drive thru, I find dining in the lobby is not as long of a wait and I like the retro vibe). I for one would rather pay a little more to ensure my food is responsibly sourced, and fresh and sustainable. Yes, BV is not perfect. It's not a vegan salad bar. It's still fast food. But it's still head and shoulders above other fast food places, as far as food quality and responsible sourcing goes. I think we SHOULD pay more for animal food sources, it would teach us to place more value on them. But I digress. I am really a fan of BV food. The normal Tillamook cheeseburger, dry, is my go to. Their milkshakes are so rich and delicious, but sadly milk and ice cream no longer agrees with my intestines *slow, sad tear* A lot of their seasonal goodies are excellent too, their Walla Walla sweet onion rings, Yukon gold waffle fries, and fried asparagus spring to mind! If you look at my history, you'll see that I love Burgerville. But this location can be so frustrating! Every one can get backed up and overwhelmed once in a while... But it happens way too frequently here. When it happens in the drive through, the traffic can back up onto the cross street. I've never seen them direct a car to the "grill waiting" area in order to move a few more cars through... What prompted this review was my last visit to the drive through. I ordered a mocha perk (which was amazing) and a cup of the ancho soup. We all know how pricey their food is. Usually worth it, but my cup of soup was barely half full when I took the lid off. If you can see the attached picture, know that the cup has an indentation in the bottom, so there's even less than it looks... Not sure I can afford the frustration of eating here any more! read more

Both burgers ordered were not even warm but we waited for our food for about 5-7 minutes, meaning the burgers were sitting around for awhile before even ordered. I usually want a well-deserved burger after kayaking in Scappoose Bay, but I'll need to find a different place to get a post-kayak burger since this Burgerville location has consistently not served fresh food. read more

I once enjoyed Burgerville and didn't mind the slightly higher prices because the staff was attentive, the dining room was immaculate and the food was better than other fast food places. Now, while the menu still contains some potentially tasty treats, they obviously don't care about what their did looks like anymore. Service is always friendly though not always fast. The seasonal onion rings are a delightful array of sweet Walla Walla Onions and Deep Fried Panko Type crust. It was barely warm when it was brought out to me. The bacon is tough and lacks the pepper flavor I chose it for. The burger patty is very thin (like thinner than a value menu burger), extreme dry and has no flavor. The fries were good though. They were cooked in fresh oil and served steaming hot. Good thick fries, but not crisp on the outside, or creamy in the middle. The Tillamook cheeseburger has crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, a so-so meat patty and boring sesame bun. The food is consistent, and when there has been a mistake on my order they fix it with no problems. The only issue I have with this location is the drive through which backs up into the street. Burgerville is usually really slow, so this becomes an issue. The bathrooms are also very dated. I've been to many different Burgerville locations and a lot of mistakes are made with the food. This location is no exception, however they fix it when notified with no issues. The seasonal items are nice changes to the regular menu, and the price is usually reasonable for fast food. read more

I've only been here once, and someday I may try coming back, but not anytime soon. They have pricey food and I spent $5 just for a tiny burger that seems more meant for a little kid. The staff also messed up my order and added sauces that I said I didn't want in my burger. I had to be somewhere so I didn't have time to ask them to change it. I love Burgerville! I love that they get their food from local sources and meat from environmentally sustainable places. I love that the employees are treated better than other fast food restaurants.
