The staff was incredibly friendly, they were very patient while I reviewed the website for allergy and nutrition information about the sauces to ensure everything is gluten-free. They really made it a comfortable experience. What a Gem !! Tired, unfamiliar with the area, and hungry. I did a quick search for nearby food and found Mod Pizza. The team member that answered my call was kind and courteous, patient with my questions, and very efficient! We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and a Greek salad, with a couple drinks, oh, and the no name cake! We ordered at 7:40 and the food was delivered by 8:06. And, it was all sealed, so we knew our food wasn't touched in between packaging and delivery. And, the pizza was super tasty. Plenty of cheese, definitely no skimping on cheese, ham or pineapple. The crust was lovely! Thin, soft, not soggy or greasy. All around A+ on the pizza. The Greek Salad was super fresh! Feta, cucumbers, chick peas. Red peppers. Tomatoes. Sweet pickled peppers. Black olives. We ordered the Mod size, and it was definitely as described, entree size. Fed both of us and had leftovers for next day. Let's not forget the no name cake. Great food. However.....and this applies to all Mod I took the effort to drive in a place my order in person. In such instances you need to IMMEDIATELY stop working on online orders and tend to me. I should be made to stand and wait on your cement floor while the online customer sits around elsewhere Secondly, as soon as my Oder is complete, don't make me wait another 10 mins to pay. I would love to leave a higher review, however or order was not made to our specifications! We placed an online order and when my husband went to pick it up they gave him our order missing 1 pizza. He had to go back to get the pizza they forgot. Secondly I customized the Dillion James pizza which is supposed to have sliced tomatoes. I added diced tomatoes because I wanted a lot of tomatoes, however my pizza only had diced tomatoes. Also in the note I asked for extra basil and I definitely did not get that, in fact I got minimal basil, you can hardly even see it on the pizza. I think this is due to careless workers not paying attention and I would love to try Mod again, but I am concerned that I would be disappointed yet again. read more

I wanted a regular large cheese pizza. Think Papa Johns or Dominoes. This place wasn't it. It is a frou frou Subway of pizza stores where they offer you an individualized pizza crust (only one size) similar to a small pizza. You can make it to order and they apply the toppings very carefully so as to not put too much of any topping on it unless you ask for extra and then they also measure that out. Ok, fine. My littles needed a pizza so I bought them one cheese pizza to share. It worked out fine, One pizza, two chocolate milks set me back $11 and change. read more

We had a very friendly young man wait on us and engage in conversation that didn't sound scripted ("doing anything special today?" UGH). When he found out we were from out of town he gave us several recommendations of things to see and do in town. He was like a regular tour guide. We took our food to go and so it wasn't until the next day that I realized I left my debit card in their machine. By this point we were to 2 to 3 hours out of town. They promptly mailed my card back to me which I received in a couple of days. If I am that way again, I will definitely stop in to this mod pizza. read more

Hands down the best pizza in Columbia county. Their Ceasar salad is delicious. Crispy thin crust, cooked in a traditional pizza oven. They use quality ingredients. The service is quick. My last visit i walked in, ordered two individual salads and three pizzas with different ingredients. I was out of there in ten minutes. I was so glad i tried it. I dont have to go to Portland anymore for decent pizza. They have nice booths and tables and serve wine and beer also for dining in. read more

Normally I love this place. Normally they're very friendly. This time however the short haired lady was extremely rude. My kids were sitting on the kid chairs and she asked them to get off. I took them off. It was just fine. The remainder of our stay was extremely rude and awkward. The lady just glared at my children the whole time. And that's unacceptable. I will never go back to this place and I will tell absolutely everyone I know how bad of an experience I had with this judgmental rude girl. My wife and I stopped in for a bite on a Sunday evening. We have the side salads which were prepared in front of us- they were great with excellent fresh ingredients and great dressings. This is a terrible place with dishonest employees. My wife took our kids there and the employees added a $520.00 tip to her bill. When we went back for them to reverse the charge, the manager couldn't show her face. Coward! The employee and manager should be fired! I will never go back to this place and you shouldn't either. We love pizza and were happy to see that a new version was coming to our little town and were hoping for the best, NOT! This is someones idea of fast food pizza and for us it does not meet the number one criteria of good tasting food. They seem friendly though a little forced in the script. They are fast and the prices or ok but the pizza is not much better than what you get out of the freezer at Safeway. The dough is tasteless and has no chew to it. You can have it made in front of you and they will put what ever they have on it to your request but it still lacks taste. There are much better options nearby so we will not be going back unless we are desperate and in a real big hurry. read more
