This location gets BUSY on the weekend. Went for drive thru and it was pretty organized with how much people the workers have to assist. It's an In-n-out so you're getting burgers and fries (of course) but something about their burgers just tastes so good. Love the slight crunch the burgers have and the flavor of it every time we go to any In-N-Out. This was my first one in WA so I can't complain. Finally tried the famous In-N-Out Burger. My favorite part definitely is the atmosphere. Very welcoming and open late night, family friendly, tourist friendly, and helpful employees. We even got the free hats when we asked. Location is easy to find at night with the bright outdoor signage with a large and spacious parking lot. Staff were very efficient. Friendly and answered all questions. I am basic and ordered my double double plain with cheese add mustard and ketchup with extra pickles. Almost forgot but half way through the meal I asked for the free chili peppers! My absolute favorite part is taking a bite and putting the juice on my burger. The free chili peppers are Cascabella peppers which are small with a medium to hot level spice. Only get this if you're a spicy lover. For me this elevated the experience and meal. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the burgers but were not impressed with the fries being honest. The burger was good and reminded me almost of Dairy Queen burgers with that charbroiled taste. Really enjoyed In-N-Out! The building is really nice and you can see it right off the highway. The drive thru line was VERY long though, probably a 30 minute wait. The order taker was really nice, but we did feel a little rushed when ordering so we ended up forgetting a few things. We were able to add them at the pay window though and the employee was really nice about it! I will say the wait is definitely worth it though. The food has such a nice presentation and it actually tastes SO good. Everything was fresh and the prices are really cheap too! We only paid $39 for 2 double doubles, a cheeseburger, a hamburger, and a protein style hamburger, plus 3 fries, a large lite lemonade and a vanilla shake. Overall really good experience and I'd definitely come back, just be prepared for a long drive thru line if you go that route. They done burnt the buns that I ordered to be extra toasted ._. The buns were black underneath where it contacted the meat and vegetable of my double double cheeseburger. Animal fries tasted great and they were indeed well done, as I ordered, which is a detail that often gets missed by in n out locations. Went in on a hot day yesterday and did not have to wait in line in the restaurant more than 2 mins. I got to park pretty close too. I ordered the animal style double double cheeseburger with fries and a drink all for a whopping $11.00. It took a few mins for me to get my order. When I got it I noticed my fries were kind of cold. Probably because of the heat outside and they had the AC way down low. I asked for another order that was hot and they gave me another order of fries. This was a long awaited three hour road trip for The Homie from Shoreline to Ridgefield, WA (6/11/26). We missed out while in San Diego six years ago. Best to buy branded merch online. Ordered a double double combo with fries & 7up soda. The Homie had a double double minus lettuce & tomato, animal style fries, and a milkshake shake. I thought the burger was fine. I didn't like the fries though, but The Homie was happy to inhale them with rest of his meal. I was fortunate to see a spot open up in the lot when I arrived as there were any others available. Loads of folks driving in circles hoping to get as lucky as me. The line inside was long, but the staff handled everyone quickly. When I ordered they were calling #5. I was order #54. Gulp. Finding a spot to sit was the next challenge and I happened to spy an open stool seat and grabbed it. Others waited long enough that they decided to eat in the car. My food out just under 10 minutes. I was stoked when I learned that In-N-Out Burger was in Washington. My husband and I drove from the Tacoma area for a roadtrip to Stevenson, so we knew that we had to plan a pitstop for a burger. However, if you are in a rush and don't want to wait then it's not worth it because during the time we were there we had 2 cars back to back waiting with 5 kids all together. We arrived at noon and a lot attendant informed us the drive-thru would be an hour or we could cut our wait in half by going inside. We opted to park and walk in. After 20 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter to inquire since the orders being called were now no longer in the 90s. A kind worker determined our order had somehow been overlooked. At first we thought order 99 took order 98 by mistake but later order 99 came for their meal so we were told the staff had no idea where our meal wound up. They quickly remade our order but missed a second boat of fries and fry sauce so I needed to return to the counter for a correction. Even with the mishaps, our total wait time was 37 minutes. We waited four months after In N Out opened to try their burgers for the first time. It was a Monday, December 1st around 11:30 a.m. and the place was already full. We didn't have to wait long to order, but the place was so noisy that I don't think the young lady who took our order got it right. We had to scramble to get a table inside but got one when someone next to where we were standing left. A larger indoor dining is definitely needed. Our order arrived quickly enough, but the burgers looked very skimpy to me. I had ordered our cheeseburgers "animal style" but I don't think that was what we received. There was way more lettuce and tomato than there was beef. The cheeseburgers tasted good but were enough for our appetite. The fries were just horrible--chalky with a terrible texture and not even very hot. We were glad we only ordered one order. We definitely won't order the fries again. The ambience was not much to be desired since it was so noisy with the servers calling out order numbers one after another to be picked up. The food at In N Out was good. It came out hot and ready after we waited an hour for our food. The wait was not due to crowds or anything like that. It was due to incompetence and lack of listening when we kept asking about our food. I had to be a little more than assertive to get someone to listen. Finally, I came across Janelle and she finally listened. She took our receipt, went to the back, then came back without an update. Eventually Reed, who said he was the manager, came up and apologized and said they were working on our food now. He asked if there was anything he could do. Not very manager-ish to me. I've been to In N Out in various states and cities and have never had this type of experience. I don't know if I'll go back or not.
