In and out is always a good stop especially after a long hike! It was packed as usual. Very busy but worth the wait. Nice seating area outside as well. The burger hit the spot!

I was fortunate to see a spot open up in the lot when I arrived as there were any others available. Loads of folks driving in circles hoping to get as lucky as me. The line inside was long, but the staff handled everyone quickly. When I ordered they were calling #5. I was order #54. Gulp. Finding a spot to sit was the next challenge and I happened to spy an open stool seat and grabbed it. Others waited long enough that they decided to eat in the car. My food out just under 10 minutes. The burger was excellent, as were the fresh fries. Perfectly salted and a quick dip in catsup to seal the deal. Yum. I had pondered a second burger but didn't want to take up table space while waiting for another 10 minutes. I always look forward to these burgers when I get a chance, which is usually already over a few years.

This was a long awaited three hour road trip for The Homie from Shoreline to Ridgefield, WA (6/11/26). We missed out while in San Diego six years ago. After a brief detour in Fife, we continued on the uneventful southbound drive. The exit to Ridgefield definitely had new development. The In-N-Out Burger had large signage by its building & drive-through. Note that this site is not noted on the Food sign on I-5. Found a parking slot and ventured in. Crowded outdoor & indoor dining areas. Crowded with folks awaiting their respective orders. Crowded with folks queueing up for beverages. The counter folks were well staffed to take orders. Best to buy branded merch online. Ordered a double double combo with fries & 7up soda. The Homie had a double double minus lettuce & tomato, animal style fries, and a milkshake shake. I thought the burger was fine. I didn't like the fries though, but The Homie was happy to inhale them with rest of his meal. Would I make this long drive again for In-N-Out (closest WA site vs Grants Pass or Keizur OR sites)? No. Maybe someday they'll consider a better situated one further north in the greater Puget Sound region/Western WA. I appreciated the souvenir hat and stickers, thanks!

I've been to other In-N-Out Burgers in California in the past. But I must say, this is truly the first time I enjoyed it. We went this Sunday and the place was packed! The drive in had a long line of cars. The inside was filled with people sitting on small tables, people standing waiting for their orders. The line to order was pretty fast, with maybe 6 cashiers. We found a table and maybe we got our number called after 25 minutes. We each had a double cheeseburger and Animal Fries. The fries were better with melted cheese and caramelized onions. The burgers were compact, but still moist. Now I remember why it's so good. For a chaotic scene, we enjoyed our little meal. There were lots of seatings outside, as well.

First visit to an In-n-out Burger in WA state. We had this burger in CA and Nevada years ago. We ordered a double double , animal fries, regular fries and pink lemonade. We enjoyed every bite of this burger and every fries we ate. We really enjoyed them so much. We can't even recall how good it was until today. Ordering the burger was quick. The place was filled with people - whether drive thru or not. We waited 30 minutes before we got our order. It wasn't really chaotic, it's organized. A single line to order but several people to serve you. Then the real waiting game starts. It's not difficult to get a seat while you wait for your number to be called. Even the bathroom has a wait. Only 3 cubicles so there is also a line. Lots of tables outside too. Lots of parking . It's a party place when you visit this place. Had a good time. Hope to see one in Seattle soon!

In-N-Out burger in Washington state!!! Ok it's just 20 miles from the Oregon border, but hey that's progress! Someday we will have one in Tacoma and Seattle! Came at 1:50pm on a Monday and they were BUSY!!!! Place was packed! Ordered my double double with grilled onions and fries. In 10 minutes they called my number and it was as delicious as ever! Still the best fast food burger out there! Just need a franchise up north!

Typical sized In-N-Out, employees on the floor keeping things clean and restocked. Prompt, friendly service. Food order correct and served at the proper temperature. Only negative - the drive through orders seem to have preference.

Came at 11pm...line was still long. Took a little less than an hour to make it through the line and get our food. The young woman at the window could not calculate proper change when handed cash. Even when explained, she did not understand. The fries were cold. Like they were just making batch after batch with the finished ones sitting to be put into orders. I love In n Out, but it has to be fresh--otherwise it is just not as good. Hoping they can step their game up a bit!

If you love burger for the right price the. IRS totally worth it specially with the grilled onions. However, if you are in a rush and don't want to wait then it's not worth it because during the time we were there we had 2 cars back to back waiting with 5 kids all together. So imagine , all the kids wanting to potty or you yourself but you needed to drive and wait. It was a crazy experiences for sure!! I'm just glad I was there to help my friends relieved themselves but if you were on your own with just your kids then be ready to just park inside and wait because waiting in the drive through was not the best experienced. I gave them three because they ended up not closing the lid on our large soda and it spilled all over the van when they handed it over and it was the worst trying to get everything cleaned and the person who were giving the drink asked if we needed napkins like duh!!! lol and the funny part is she only have like 4 pieces which didn't even cover 10 percent of the problem. It was our first time doing the driver through so they asked what sauce we wanted and we really don't know there was other options until our other friend in the car mentioned there was the special sauce. The lady who helped us just offered if we wanted Ketchup and that's it !! ‍. Anyways, for the price the special or double double is worth it but if you asked just for plain cheeseburger without anything else except the burger and cheese and bread you still pay around $4-7 with tax . So I say just keep things for the same price then when you get the burger just take it off for the kids and then keep the veggies and such to add to yours Anyways, we were hungry and went through a lot with the dropped drink on top of waiting almost an hour . The ambiance and was super crowded and there was no place to sit. There were maybe 4-5 lines of maybe around 30 cars waiting so only 1 car alternating gets through so it does goes by quick, but once you get closer your patience runs dry with kids screaming . So we told ourselves when we're on this side again we will definitely give it another go without the kids this time :P. It's best eating it right away because they make everything fresh and pretty quick, so I enjoyed my food very much. The overall score is from all the experience, service and food . Now we know what to do next time .

Double Double Burger, regular or protein style, 5 Stars. Fries, always gonna be 1 Star. Milkshake, 4 Stars. Made a dedicated 3+hr trip for the nostalgia. Borderline worth it as a dedicated trip cuz the burger is just so good. Fresh, tasty, crunchy, fluffy. Pickles are underrated. Haven't ordered fries from In N Out in last 10 visits, don't know why anyone does?! As always with hyped up new spots, plan your visits strategically. Don't go during prime time lunch/dinner hrs. This second trip we arrived around 230pm, walked in, one person in front of us only. Ordered, got out food within 10 minutes of entering the door. Skip the drive thru. If you start right at the edge of the entrance of the drive thru, you're gonna wait 35 minutes minimum, it was still that packed at 230pm.

Finally had a chance to stop here and grab a burger and I really enjoyed it! Loved the generous amount of onions and gooey cheese mixed with the spread they use. Also loved the toasted buns which made the burger more satisfying to bite into! The fries were ok. Nothing spectacular but I did appreciate that they were only lightly salted rather than being drenched in salt. Next time I'd probably get the double cheeseburger and skip the fries but I'd definitely eat here again just for their burgers!

We were on our way Oregon and stopped by the closest in and out to Tacoma! Be prepared that the wait will take an hour to an hour and a half.. we went through the drive thru inside was just as busy. Everything tasted fresh they did forget the chilis we asked but it's ok. Glad we got to try it but I don't think I would wait in line again.

The line looked intimidating but actually moved fast. We probably waited 20 minutes total from beginning to get in line and getting our food. Once they took our order it was only about 10 minutes to food in hand. We got 2 burgers, a fry, and a shake to share and the fries were piping hot - the freshest we've had in years from In-N-Out. The shake was consistent as always. Here's where it gets a little disappointing- the burgers. We both thought our burgers weren't fresh and they definitely weren't hot, huge letdown considering that's the appeal of In-N-Out. Overall we spent $15 for two people for full meals, which is simply unbeatable.

    Interior all the workers!

Woodland and Ridgefield are about the same distance for me, so I'll be choosing Woodland from now on. If you're traveling on I-5, Woodland is only about 10 minutes away and Vancouver has plenty of options too. Might be worth skipping this stop. Unless you want In-N-Out!

The salad mix was heavily spinach, which I like, but just FYI for anyone who may not. The tomato salsa is my go-to; I'm a little wimpy and find the medium heat corn salsa to be too spicy. The person who had the barbacoa said it was good but didn't have as much of a barbecued flavor to it as they remembered. They added guacamole to theirs and other than the missing barbecued flavor they'd anticipated, they liked it a lot. Order was ready and no wait at all. Very friendly staff member with whom I interacted. Clean and attractive lot, but then this is a location that's only been open a matter of months. I continue to believe Chipotle is slightly overpriced; a reduction of a buck per dish seems appropriate, but what are you gonna do?

The potatoes and broccolini served with it were good, but the plentiful carrots that came on the plate were significantly undercooked; you could not put a fork through them even. We had a hot pretzel as an appetizer, and I've gotta say it was fantastic, just phenomenal! We ordered an additional vegetable (broccolini) for the child with us and I was pleased to see that that was just three dollars for a generous portion. We were sitting in a corner and the music was very loud. Loud enough, that I had to go to the car to get the child's headphones for them to wear, and one adult in our party actually put in earplugs. I suspect in a more central location it wouldn't have been as intolerably loud. Prices are average. Our server was very pleasant.
