Lol absolute worst service ever. I ordered the meal. The dumb lady (Mayra) that works at the drive through says that the meal includes the burger, frie, and a drink for $15. Doesn't give me the fries. I go back and say she forgot it and she says well I don't remember you saying you want it. This may well be the best Carl's Jr. In the Northwest. It was clean and fast, with all of the standards prepared well and tasting right. The crew was friendly and courteous, which is always a pleasant surprise in fast food. I've eaten at many Carl's from San Diego to Washington state, and noticed a variance in quality the farther afield you get. This shop is the exception. read more

Woodland Washington: Terrible customer service, employees and management bumping into each other and order was only partially complete. Had to go inside from drive thru to request the rest of my order after waiting for what seemed like 10 mins for the order. Would NOT recommend going here. Will never go back. Came here at 9:40 on my way home from airport wanted to get some food and use the restroom doors were locked and a workers saw me and look right at me and backed up so I could see her. Huge group of girls inside with doors locked. So I go through the drive through and ask Tessa the girl working why the door was locked and all she said was I don't know very rude unprofessional and shity service. read more

HORRIBLE customer service I pulled in and was finishing a quick phone call NO ONE was in the parking spots that were reserved for drive thru so I sat there for 3 minutes wrapping up my call so I wouldn't be inconvenient for the lady's in the drive thru... the lady... LUPE was her name came out and pointed at the reserved sign looking at me like I was a complete idiot then... I went through the drive-through she was the one that was taking my order I could barely understand her she had a thicker accentAfter I finally got my order and I pulled up to the window there was another gal there that was super sweet and nice and friendly and had a smile on her face... Great customer service then the gal that told me to move out of the parking spots came up and all she did was a glare at me roll her eyes and didn't even say thank you when I got my food and left this was my first time here won't be going back... rude. update! Worst food ever on 06/15/2016 Woodland, WA Car's Jr! Egg was like rubber. Sausage was under cooked and pink. Roll was hard. I said no cheese and given cheese. Coffee was ok. overall 18 mins for order. Who ever is cooking should be fired for serving bad food!!! read more

First visit was breakfast, no coffee, wasn't ready until we had finished eating and were ready to leave. Second chance: Order took way too long, only one fry in the bag and had to ask for the second one I had paid for, on the way out saw a sign that said "Mix and Match any 2 for $5.55"....I had two of the mix and match in my bag and was charged full price. I didn't feel like going back in to dispute it so I just won't go back. If I want Carl's Jr there are two in Vancouver by my office where I've never had problems.
