I had a PET scan in Albany for which I had to fast on this day and have zero carbs the day before. When we left the hospital my kid said, can we have lunch now? I can't speak to the brand, but this location is garbage... I ordered multiple burgers and fries and asked for fry sauce. Normal intelligence would assume one sauce per fry order, yet when I got home, there was only one in the whole bag. They had some things on their menu that caught my eye, like the rosemary fries. After trying it, we were left wondering if we should've went to McDonald's. My wife didn't like her crispy halibut sandwich. My daughter tried their northwest burger, but, didn't finish it. I ordered their original burger. The only reason this place deserves 2 stars is for the coconut bliss shakes, which are amazing. I love a dairy free option, and coconut bliss is amazing. 5 stars for coconut bliss, but 0 stars for Burgerville. We stopped during a lunch rush today, and got two burger, two fries, a shake and a drink, the line was long and we waited. I don't mind waiting in line usually because that means food isn't sitting around in warming bins. Not the case here. We unwrapped and started eating less than 60 seconds after getting our food. One burger was lukewarm and had black lettuce on it. The other burger was cold, and the cheese had started to congeal. (Picture posted). The fries were half and half.. some hot and fresh, other hard and cold. The shake was supposed to be caramel sea salt and it had a drop of caramel, no discernible sea salt. But, it was coconut bliss which is good no matter what. People always say how burgerville is better than in n out, and the best fast food burger but definitely not my experience. I ordered the pepper bacon cheeseburger, which comes with Tillamook cheddar (one of my fav cheeses), dressed in mayonnaise, onions, pickles, tomato, and lettuce. The flavors were spot-on. Only drawback is that if you want to make it a "basket" -which is basically combo meal with a drink and fries- it can be pretty pricey.
