We arrived at 11:30 AM on a random Sunday, and the place was not only deserted but deathly quiet. I ordered an Angus burger, which was fine, and also onion rings. The onion rings were served straight from the heat lamps, rather than made fresh, even though NO ONE was here. Sweet potato fries were nice but overall a very meh experience.

Personally I feel this place is underrated. I've been here a few times now and it's never a miss. I always get the duo or trio sliders(sometimes with bacon), the very crispy cooked fresh to order chicken strips and this last time I went with the crinkle fries. You can't miss with any of these items. I haven't tried any of the other burgers or proteins or shakes but I suspect they're also delicious as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will always return!

I've had burgerim a few times now and this location has given me the best experience. I ordered through their website; instructions were clear and easy. By the time I arrived, my food was hot and ready. I had their Grilled Chicken Breast sandwich, which was huge. The piece of chicken was very thick and fulfilling. I wasn't a huge fan of the aioli because of the strange after taste and the bread was a bit too soft. It's the kind that gets stuck in your teeth. Sweet potato fries were crunchy but still soft on the inside. They were overly salted though. I had their strawberry shake, as well, and man! It was the best shake I've ever had! I'm pretty sure they use real ice cream with strawberry chunks. For the most part, I enjoyed my meal but may experiment with other menu items next time I stop in for lunch.

Another burger joint that yours truly, Donovan H. is reviewing?!? Say it ain't so! "Burgerim" is a place that has slowly been opening up at various locations in the greater Sacramento area. And considering this place is already saturated with delicious burger joints; In-N-Out, Smashburger, The Habit, Five Guys, well you get the picture. I dined here with my lady on two separate occasions, the first time was on the evening of Sunday 9/8/19 & again on the evening of Sunday 9//15/19. Located directly on Fair Oaks Blvd. & adjacent to Manzanita Ave. in the heart of Carmichael, this place is in a quiet strip mall that includes Jamba Juice, Wingstop, & Noah's Bagels. Parking has been relatively easy to find on both occasions. As far as the inside goes, it is very well-lit, spacious, and colorful complete with big screen TV's, a self-serve fountain drink station, and a condiment area. They also have ample seating throughout as well as a few seats outdoors for the more comfortable Sacramento days and evenings. One unique thing I didn't know about Burgerim is that their first location actually opened in Tel Aviv, Israel and that the "im" in Burgerim means "many" in Hebrew. Since there are thousands of customizable creations at this place, you can make "many" different burgers to suit your taste. They currently have 8 different burgers as well as their "Classic" 3 oz. sizes which are more like sliders. In addition to their burgers, they sell chicken wings, chicken strips, fries, sweet potato fries, & onion rings. On the two separate occasions I've eaten here, I ordered their "Angus Beef" burger which is a 1/3 lb. patty, house sauce, lettuce, Roma tomatoes, pickles, shaved onions, & American cheese. The second time I tried two of their 3 oz. "Classic" sizes; one was their "Angus Beef" & the other was their "Greek Lamb" which offered Tzaziki sauce, mixed greens, shaved onions, & Roma tomatoes. Their fries are unique as they are cut round which make them taste more natural and crispy. I must say, the burgers here are quite delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and a very sizable portion. The melted cheese was a win-win while the patty was cooked very well. The prices are pretty standard but a couple bucks higher than what you'd spend at In-N-Out or even The Habit. Overall, "Burgerim" is an above average burger joint. Not to the best place by any means but considering I've already eaten here twice in one week, I'll definitely be back for many future visits! My rating, a generous four stars.

I heard some hype about this place, it opened up near my house and I wanted to give it a try. GLUTEN FREE BUN: is pretty crumbly, which I have had elsewhere and it has not been that crumbly before. SWEET POT FRIES: were good but mushy Overalll great service, overpriced for sure, and not worth the hype or the sodium.

On Sunday as a belated Mother's Day present to my daughter's grandma we stopped in for lunch and the staff were friendly, helpful and our order came out in probably 10 min, wow! To drink I sipped on their sweet tea from their soda machine, which was soo delicious and flavorful as well! For the main course I ordered The Duo Combo and chose the Lamb burger with added grilled onions, which tasted good, but bit of an aftertaste since I hadn't tried a lamb burger before. For my second slider I went with the Angus Beef Burger which was delicious with cheddar, added avocado and bacon, great combo! I would definitely recommend stopping into the fastest growing burger franchise since 2008 with hundreds of locations, not to mention their burgers are bigger than your typical sliders! I was so stuffed with their Duo Combo, that I barely made a dent with my fries, definitely sharing them next time or just ordering a burger! If you haven't tried them, their Burgerim Fries are good and shaped like potato chips which are unique and cooked nicely without being too crisp! They also have full size burgers as well with the option of salmon, chicken, turkey, falafel, beef or lamb patties with several unique toppings and milkshakes too! I'll be back with my sweetheart to try more off their extensive menu!

My first time stopping by this restaurant was for lunch on a Saturday with my DIL & GD. The staff was friendly when taking our order, answered our questions kindly and advised us of their loyalty program. The menu gives you a variety of 8 meat choices, choice of two buns types or lettuce wrap, and a variety of toppings to put on your sliders or burger. The restaurant had quite a few patrons which is always a great sign of good eats. For my lunch, I chose the Duo Slider Combo. Choice of any two sliders, fries and a drink. I chose the 3 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Slider and 3 oz Angus Beef Slider, both came as is no additional toppings. Roma Tomato, Leaf Lettuce, Shaved Onions, Pickles, American Cheese & House Sauce. I also tried their Cookies & Cream Shake. The sliders were delicious, juicy, flavorful and perfect size. Alittle bigger than the sliders I have had in the past at other restaurants. The fries are not your typical long string fries, these are silver dollar to quarter size rounds. They were really good, not too thick or thin, just perfect. The Cookies & Cream shake was also really good, not to thin, but not too thick you can't drink with a straw. Everything I tried was delicious and I will definitely be bringing my husband back here to try the different types of burgers.

I came to this location this weekend.I was very disappointed with the service and my old chicken that had been covered in overlying sauce.The bone was midnight black when I took a bite.My fries were disgusting.I was over the establishment.I asked for my money and they refused telling me to call the Police .I couldn't believe it.Then told me I was disgusting the one family they had there.Shut the whole place down!!!!!Terrible food.Terrible service.I will be taking further action.This guy was so aggressive.So the owner sent me a message today.If you reviewed the video you will see you employee was rude to me .I never said anything disrespectful.why would you tell me to call the police?????The Bay Area we don't have a no refund policy on food are you ??.So yes I went in expecting my money back for this poor quality of food.If you really want to know The Health Department needs to be involved!.That's my next email!!!He's argumentive with a lady over food.zI bit into 1piece of chicken and it was dark to the bone and horrible.The fries UNBELIEVABLE)Fries So no don't lie and day I ate shit!!!!Anybody that knows me knows You Can Not. Love this spot for burgers and wings. The food is always cooked fresh and tasty. They have a rewards program that is also worth signing up for. If you want more traditional style fries ask for the triangle cut fries instead of their coin shaped ones. Their onion rings are also really crunchy and portion sizes are perfect for the price. read more

McDonalds makes a better burger at half the price. What a disappointment. I ordered the Greek Lamb Burger..it was dry, the bun was about as substantial as a slice of Winder bread and literally crumbled to pieces while I was eating it. They put what is essentially and entire tomato and a bag of arugula on it..so much that I had to literally open the burger and scoop out ALL of it, to be able to eat this burger. All at "burger joint" prices! Not saying they did anything wrong, just that they make garbage food and should be ashamed of the product they put out. read more

I came by tonight with my family of 4. We ordered the family box and it came with burger, wings, onion rings and fries. The cashier was very nice and was very informative of the different options. Our family enjoyed everything and especially the milkshakes! Those are a must try! I would recommend everyone to come try out this place for dinner. The food came out fast also! read more

I've passed this place over and over again wanted to go For the longest time, but my boyfriend didnt want to go so we kept pushing it off. But we finally went! And I am so glad we did!!! Number one thing they have a amazing menu where you can actually get two or 3 small versions of a full burger just in case you can't pick one!! People who can't decide on what to get for the love going here! Not only is the menu awesome, but The food is just delicious!! And I mean like one of the best burgers I've had in a very very long time. It takes a little bit to get your food but that's fine because of how amazing everything is! The fries are cool because they're made like potato chips. Which is unique. I haven't seen that before. I just wish I had a little bit more salt on them to get a little bit more flavor. They were pretty good. I would definitely recommend getting onion rings though because they were perfect. Like they were the best onion rings ever they weren't soggy they were perfectly fried. I even had them sit for a little bit, but they kept the crunchy goodness! And of course I had to get a milkshake because I love gnocchi's and man their milkshake was so thick!!!! Anytime I need to feed a small group of people for lunch I order their burger box. You get 8 burgers, chicken wings, fries, and onion rings. It is always a hit. I have eaten at the restaurant a few times as well. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is completely customizable. Order was wrong. (But correct on receipt) Over charged - got charged for wanting sauce on side instead of on burger (didn'tknow if I'd like the house sauce). Over priced for what you get in food. Plain bland bun, bland falafel, itty bitty amount of lettuce, tiny sliver of onion... Crinkle cut french fries were good. Everything was bagged up nicely and included mustard, ketchup, and TONS of napkins. read more

Went here two nights ago and had a less than positive experience. Both my burgers were made incorrectly (discovered when I got home) and they were just tossed in the bag and the container wasn't shut so the food was all over. When I went to pick my order up, the employees seemed more concerned with talking to each other instead of helping patrons. Especially talking to the cooks. There were three tables that were dirty and it looked like they had sat there awhile. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've had bad service. I really hope they get it together. My first few visits were so much better. I'm really disappointed. read more

Hardly Strictly Covid review - This place opened before the virus tinkled violently on America and the rest of the world via Wuhan. We loved the variety of meats for the gourmet burgers. Who could argue? If you love crunchy onion rings too, you were in burger heaven. So, then the crapstorm came, awash with tinkle and the world sucked. We ordered take out from Burgerim and found out the owner quit his other job to focus on keeping the place afloat. Seriously, the dedication of the people there not to sacrifice an ounce of quality was admirable. No difference in quality. We still loved everything, all the way down to the crunchy perfection of the onion rings. So in the next few weeks we went back several time and will continue. This is a chain, but it's a joint we don't want to lose. read more

Meh. Today was my first time at Bugerim and it was a bit underwhelming. After looking at the menu online I stopped in to pick up lunch for myself and a co-worker. Unfortunately, they don't carry the Veggie option and the Falafel burger is only available as a big burger. So after a few text messages between myself and my co-worker, I ordered 2 falafel burgers, extra crispy fries and a drink. The young lady taking my order had to struggle a bit with the register while trying to place the order and eventually called over a manager for assistance. The food itself, was just ok. The falafel patty was tasty but nothing special and the fries were not extra crispy but not pale and sad like the ones I noticed coming out while waiting at the counter. To be fair, this location is very new and they clearly have some kinks to work out but the staff was pleasant and quick considering it isn't fast food. read more

Driving through Carmichael and went to the bank and decided before we headed out for Washington we would stop and get a burger. A little worried about trying a new place but we decided what the heck and took a chance on it. From the moment we walked in we had impeccable service, Armando was very energetic and broke down the whole menu. Although it wasn't a complicated menu, he gave us idea on how to improve the burgers. We got our food quick and it was hot, the bacon cheese fries were to die for, highly recommended! I hadn't even gotten to my burger yet I was already so impressed with how fresh the potatoes were. We had two burger, the angus burger which I added avocados and jalapeños and the burger was so delicious with so much flavor. The other burger was the Spanish burger that is made with chorizo inside the patty, the flavors all went together perfectly. I highly recommend this place!!!! Will drive all the way out there again for the burgers and especially fries!! read more

This place was really good! The food was done on time and the staff was very cordial! We fed the whole family for just 47 bucks plus tip! :) I had the crispy chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon added and it was just excellent! Also the French fries here are super cute too! The cut them in disks like au gratin! It was a really good way of doing them, almost like, very thick and soft potato chips. It was great! I'll definitely be going back for more! read more

Excellent customer service, very fast and friendly: I found the chicken wings here to be one of the best i ever had (roasted wings with bbq sauce on the side). The outer layer of the wings are crispy while the inside still hot and moist with very well balanced flavor. It was so good that i forgot to dip it with the bbq sauce. The burgers were all very well prepared and the taste was outstanding. Each bite gives you a refreshing taste of the juicy patties and balance out with fresh veggies. The American Wagyu is a MUST try item here. read more

Most important thing that I did not come here for a free meal I pay for my order everywhere I go....second when you advertise your menu in pic whatever you put out it's should look the same.....third however is cooking should know difference between medium, medium well,well done meats...That's why you can use same ingredients as other location but you don't have same people who works there and that makes big difference in quality and service...that's why everywhere I go and if I'm not satisfied with my purchase I'm writing about my experience that I got.. read more

We gave burger IM our second chance after having chatted with the store manager and came out very very pleased! He made it a point to make sure we were happy and the only reason I didn't give us the five stars was nothing to do with burger IM, it was because we couldn't sit down inside and make it feel like a meal out. We both love the burgers and the french fries and will be going back plenty often! read more

This spot is a family favorite! My kids and I enjoy eating here since we can all customize our own burgers! The staff is amazing! Unfortunately, they are very understaffed and the orders may take a little longer but that's understandable. So please be kind. There's been a shortage on onion rings so they make the onion rings from scratch which tastes INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Oh and the chicken tenders! Which is also made from scratch! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, pair it with a side of ranch and bbq sauce. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Price has increased a little but so has everything else. I don't mind paying extra for the good food & service! read more

Outstanding burgers of excellent quality! My family really enjoys ordering from Burgerim and we have never been disappointed. The quality of the meat is terrific and the space is very clean. The service is great; the people who work there are professional and make the atmosphere very welcoming. We typically get take out orders and have never been disappointed with the food or service. When my son had his 8th birthday party, he asked for Burgerim. All of the families were blown-away with the taste and quality of the burgers, fries, and onion rings. Although I don't like getting fast food and prefer to cook at home, I have made Burgerim an exception. I would strongly recommend Burgerim for people who expect good quality food and a clean location. read more

Update: Went to the store today to speak with the manager and they remade the burgers. Burgers were tasty. Thank you. Burgers looked delicious until I took a bite. The buns were burnt and very crunchy, making it hard to bite. The place hasn't been open for long, but more caution should be taken. No one wants to eat a burger that has buns half burnt and difficult to bite. read more

We came here for lunch the other day. I had the angus burger my wife had the dry-aged beef burger. The angus burger is your standard cheeseburger and the dry-aged beef is a western cheeseburger with an onion ring on it. The burgers were very good, I wish they offered more just American cheese. The French fries were round cut like chips. We felt the fries would have been better if they were cooked a little longer. The combo meal is $10 which is comparable to more fast food restaurants, but Burgerim is better. Definitely coming back, I subtracted a star because of the cheese and fries. read more

My son and daughter recommended this burger joint so my husband and me went to check it out. We were greeted by Armando with hospitality, he went through the menu thoroughly with my husband as I already knew what I wanted, my husband got the Spanish Burger I believe and I got the trio regular angus beef one protein style.. to make a long story short we had an amazing experience and we loved and enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness from all 3 staffs working on 06/05/2019 between 3-4 pm. Came here off a whim because it's a new spot by our house. Came here and got a burger and some of their chip fries. Chip fries are French fries in a circular form and we got the nacho cheese version, so they were smothered in nacho cheese which is amazing!!!! Don't leave them for too long or they get soggy. Burger wasn't anything to write home about. read more

We got the family pack - 8 sliders, wings, onion rings, and their version of fries (really chips). I love sliders but there was nothing special about these. The wings were a little too sweet. My daughter enjoyed the onion rings. Not a fan of the "fries" - they are more like thick-cut chips. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while. I ordered at the beginning of the month via postmates. I got the falafel burger with sweet potato fries, and a side of ranch. Falafel was hard and overcooked. Not much flavor nor sauce. Fries were soft and mushy. Would not recommend or come back. They did add the ranch, utensils and extra napkins (2 star). read more

Ok. Based on the response from the company, we decided to give it another try. We ordered two 1/3 angus burgers WELL DONE. I specified well done on both burgers. This is what I got. Both were raw. We tossed them and only ate the fries. I'm contemplating calling the health department because I really don't think this is the best food safety practices. read more

There was at least 40 other things on the menu that I wanted to order, but figured this was a solid order for our first time. There was a little confusion with the cashier over the jalapeño burger, but I refuse to dock stars for a cashier who looked like they were still in training. The important part of the mix up, was the chef came out to clarify exactly what we wanted, so it was never really a problem to begin with. That chocolate shake has been living in my head rent free ever since, because it was perfect. The jalapeño burger (we ended up with 3 patties instead of two, per the menu confusion) basically brought tears to my partners eyes because it was so perfect. And they actually season their fries!!! I would give 6 stars if I could. Don't sleep on this gem. Whether you would call it a drive in or just fast food it is AWESOME.

The food was hot and fresh and the fries were nicely cooked crinkle cut fries. The fried okra as good, but needed a bit more seasoning or sauce to dip (we had ranch). The cheese curds were great, hot and the cheese was perfectly melty. My husband got the mushroom cheeseburger with just mushrooms, cheese, pickles and added bacon. He said it was a good burger and satisfied his craving, but isn't something he'd specifically seek out. I got the pastrami burger with everything on it and thought it was delicious, but the pastrami was a bit overcooked and dried out so the texture was a bit hard to bite through with the burger and I found myself eating the pastrami separately from the burger. There's plenty of parking here and they have a drive through. I heard the milkshakes are great, so if we stop by again we'll try one.

And while the wings are also excellent (I didn't try any of the other offerings), it is the smashburger that I highly recommend, and for which I am adding my 5-star rating. Finding TTB was a bit of an adventure. There is no visible signage from the parking lot. You enter from the parking lot under a sign that reads "SF Super Market". Then you walk toward the supermarket ahead, but turn left to go under the sign that says Saigon Street Food Court. And then you need to locate the TTB counter inside. And for this smashburger fan, the journey was definitely worth it. The smashburger patties are large, with the requisite crispy edges, yet juicy and beefy in the middle. And even with all that goodness inside the bun, the bun itself remains perfectly intact. It is a giant, yet easily navigable sandwich, and it is delicious. Just the right amount of melted cheese and condiments, everything fresh-tasting. We also tried the onion rings (perfectly crispy) and the wings (with a crunchy coating over juicy, tasty chicken). The fries were a bit thicker than I like, as I am a shoestring-fries fan. But they had a bit of crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. The chef/owner, Young, took our order, went back inside the kitchen, and then brought everything out to our table. He is a terrific guy, and so pleasant to interact with. With eight or so restaurants in the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs for eating inside. The whole burger experience was comfortable, and I definitely look forward to returning. All of Young's offerings are fairly priced, and as should be obvious, I highly recommend TTB for an outstanding smashburger experience.

Apparently yelp likes to block out people review so here it is ill try it again. Food was delicious, stopped by for the first time. I like my food well done and they made sure it was. I also ordered milk shakes for the kids and they enjoyed it. Will be back one day. Also the owner was nice. He told me how corporate screwed over the franchises so its basically every store for themselves. Highly suggest if you like a good burger and want to support a family owned small business. read more

I have eaten here a few times and it has always been a pretty good experience, but this time I got a burger that had a raw spot on the inside. One half of the burger was almost uncooked and the other half was cooked great. I am fine with little bit of pink left in my burger, but this raw pocket inside the burger was very offputting. Good food, but not good service. I've been now three times thinking that it would improve but it has not. They make the checking out process much more difficult than it should be. They add "hidden" upgrade fees that are not on the menu. It would go a long way if the employees cared to speak loud enough and slow enough to be understood.
