My boyfriend, brother, and I came on a Saturday evening. The place wasn't too busy and we were helped as soon as we walked to the counter. My boyfriend ordered the all day breakfast burger, my brother got a cheese burger with bacon and I got a cheese burger with a fried egg and we got a side of fries. Our orders came out at a decent time, we didn't have to wait long to pick it up. My boyfriend said his burger was okay, my brother liked his burger and ate the whole thing (he doesn't usually finish his food) and I didn't find my burger to be anything special. All the burgers come with their "secret sauce". I wasn't very fond of it because it has relish and I don't like relish, but no complaints from my boys. For the price of the burgers I think I would've enjoyed my burger from somewhere else more. This place reminds me of a dressed up mix of Shake Shack (hit or miss for me) and Five Guys (not a fan) but just less greasy than Five Guys. The facility was clean and very spacious, and I like the seating variety (inside, outside, booth, tables, high tables) The staff was very helpful, being it was our first time there the girl that took our order was patient and answered our questions and gave suggestions. Wow. Just wow. How have I not discovered this chain sooner??? My boyfriend and I both got the breakfast burger which has hashbrowns and a fried egg on top, and a side of their parmesan fries. Holy smokes, the fries were amazing! The portions are huge, I would say a regular fries would be enough for 3-4 people to share. Also definitely try the strawberry lemonade! I always passed this Burger Place because I don't eat red meat but I eat chicken! I went to the counter to order and Meghan was wonderful! She talked me thru the menu and told me what was the good burger that would be great for substituting grilled or crispy chicken! When BURGERFI first opened in downtown silver spring the service, menu and depth of flavor was exceptional. However, now it is less then desirable and extremely overpriced. First I tried to order a double Wagu burger with American cheese but was told the Wagu patties only come with the CEO burger which toppings include candied bacon jam and Swiss. Not appetizing to me. So I ordered the CEO and asked to have American cheese instead of Swiss, hold the candied bacon jam and add lettuce tomato, pickles, raw onion and jalapeños, with a small onion rings and soda on the side. $19.30 wow! This better be a good burger. It was not. The texture of the burger was present but the flavor was without any merit expect for the overly sweet candied bacon jam which I did not want on the burger. The patty had no salt or garlic only texture, the onion rings were crunched oil delivering a burst of grease in my mouth with my first bite and even that was void of flavor. Nothing resembles onion. The BURGERFI sauce I asked for on the side tasted like thick sugary relish juice. So much sweetness between the jam and sauce with zero savory salt or garlic to balance the experience left me not wanting to order a shake to go. For $19.03 this was the most ridiculously overpriced meal I have spent good money on in a long time. Save your money and get a double quarter pounder where you can order it your way at another establishment. The service was ok, the place very clean, the decor very cool, the lights way to bright. Unfortunately the latter does not make up for the overpriced flavorless menu. read more

Waited about 30 minutes for 4 burgers. Waited in the front after the buzzer didn't go off. Stared at my burgers for about 10 minutes, but was waiting for fries. I am a veg ( not vegan),as well as many of my friends. We love the quinoa burger. Last visit,there was a slight problem with our order,and the gave us one meal gratis with apologies. The frozen custard is also great. I'd give all five stars if they didn't serve meat. read more

I went a few weeks ago with my church for a fundraiser and had a great experience. Food was served quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Breakfast All Day burger and it's exactly as it's named. I do like a good burger and fries, even though I don't eat them that often, and wanted to try the new place downtown for a while. The burger was quite good, comparable to a place like Elevation and probably as good as Five Guys or Good Stuff, say. Lots of topping options, although I got mine pretty basic. Fries are large and a regular was more than enough for two of us. They're hand-cut and fairly crispy, which is a something I can never seem to get at Five Guys. Onion rings are MUCH better than their fries. This is a place I go to for burgers in the Silver Spring area. Expect a slow service as it somehow it usually takes take about 15- 20 minutes to get your order placed, made, and delivered. I always have the breakfast burger. All the things I like! The service was horrific. The food was cold. I returned my fries because they were just extremely cold, after which a Caucasian patron returned hers. They went to her and apologized and she quickly got new fries. She had to remind them that I never received my fries after which I received fries they were largely uncooked. The burger is excellent as always, but at this location the fries could use more cheese, like the one near me puts the cheese on the fries to gauge how much cheese is enough for the portion of fries. Three stars because the customer service was decent; not their best, but decent. Ive had better experience with the employees. I ordered a vegefi burger with a fried egg over hard & well done French fries. When I got my food, my fries were perfect! But the egg yolk ran faster than Usain Bolt. I was going to eat it anyway, but my mind wouldn't allow me to. I brought it back, and the woman at the counter asked the cooks to redo the whole order. When I received my food a second time, my fries were not well done and the burger was cold. I'm not sure if it was rushed to save time, or if they took that Patty from the first burger and put it on a new bun.
