I also noticed that the patties seemed thinner than I remembered, which made me wonder if the product had changed. The second burger was even more disappointing. It had been stored properly, but after warming it for 30 seconds in the microwave just to take the chill off, it was extremely dry. I called the restaurant and spoke with Josiah, who told me to bring the burger and my receipt back. I did exactly that. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the assistant manager and asked if I could get chicken tenders instead of another burger because, after that experience, I didn't want another burger. Instead, I was initially told they would make me another cheeseburger. After I said I didn't want one and that I would reach out to corporate, the district manager was contacted and ultimately approved the chicken tenders.
