Just another fried burger and they look nothing like their pictures. They only offer American cheese. No cheddar which makes a burger better I had The CEO minus the garlic aioli. I couldn't taste any Truffle aioli and very little of the bacon-tomato jam. Fries were good but not great. Order taker needed deodorant. (BO). On the condiment table the Fork and Knife dispensers were completely empty. The other condiment pumps were either empty or the labels worn thin. I did find the ketchup one. I called, they said they would replace immediately, but we had to go get it. My partner went because I had just gotten home from my volunteer shift. Their customer service was fantastic, the guys at the counter were very friendly and opted I choose their lunch special instead, which came with fries and a drink. It was around $10, a little steep for just a burger. I didn't get that wow factor from their burgers. Tasted kind of bland. I know their focus is on have fresh ingredients never frozen blah blah blah, what they should put a heavy focus on is having a burger that taste amazing to justify the price. Their fries were good, but I made the mistake of ordering chili cheese fries instead for a few bucks more. So overall a $14 meal was not worth it. I should of just stick with plain fries. I've been here several times and not one disappointing experience yet! My go-to burger is the CEO because of the ingredients and it is quite substantial and filling; I never regret it. I've also gotten the grilled chicken sandwich, which is one of the better ones I've had for sure due to its flavor and juiciness. There was one time I went waaaaay out on a limb and tried the Vegan Beyond burger and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Not good enough to replace the CEO but still good, haha. I also like the fact that they have the Freestyle soda fountain and serve alcohol with a bit of a sports bar atmosphere, but without the obnoxious parts. Will definitely be back! read more

Will never be returning to this place no matter how close it is to me. Have had 3 different issues with this establishment, and the last issue was the last straw. There was an offer last week for buy 1 burger, get the other burger for $1. Called in my order, confirmed the offer, and had my mother pick up for me and pay in store. She came home and I saw I was charged full price! I called to complain and was put on hold for over 15 minutes (would have been faster to go in but I have 3 kids and one is a newborn and not convenient to head out) After finally getting a hold of manager JOE, he was rude about explaining that I had to order in the store to get the promotion. In their Facebook it did not say it excluded phone orders. And the lady that took my order told me I would be charged the promotional price in store. He told me there was nothing he could do and hung up as it was not his problem that the order was taken by a call center and out of his hands I called the call center and they told me to talk to the manager again because he absolutely had the authority to correct my order. I called back as did my husband and we got the same rude response. Joe is rude and has horrible customer service. Wrote an email to the customer service head quarters and got no response. I have been a patron to this establishment since it opened and to be dismissed like this is disappointing. Will advice all my friends And family against this place and head to Five Guys where it is cheaper, and you don't get charged extra for lettuce. A little further out of my way, but rather take my business elsewhere. I ordered food online for pickup. First of all it took the restaurant 20 minutes to even confirm they would take the order. When they finally said the order was ready I was there within 5 minutes. There is no separate counter to pickup online orders so I had to stand in line and wait for a bunch of people to order food even though I could see my order sitting behind the counter (not under a heater). I ordered two meals and they forgot the drinks which I had to ask for. When we finally tried the food it was all cold. Such a disappointment! The food didn't taste bad and would have been good if only they could get organized so your food isn't sitting there so long. I like burgers and I like the feel of burgerfi. I've been wanting to try this place for some time. Apparently it's a chain because I saw one in ATL as well. The concept is good, beer, burgers and a modern casual feel with freestyle Coca-Cola machines and all natural dependable ingredients. Fridays have a pretty good special with $1 fries with a drink at 3-5pm. then 8pm to close. Customizable options..(sometimes I feel they should just have a checklist to fill out for the burgers because there are so many add in options). It'll make life easier on the cashier for ringing up. I think they missed one of the sauces I requested in my burger. After ordering and paying, you get a device that will notify you of your order for pickup. My impressions 1. Burger is good, but uber greasy, the wrap was soaked in grease. 2. Bun is too small for the beef patty (and the ingredients do not lay out properly, it's all fall apart style without the grease paper wrap. 3. concrete Custard totally worth getting and large enough to be shared (PB vanilla is a great combo)! 4. Awesome fries, parmasean + herb fries with garlic aioli (urban style folks!) I noticed that everyone that was eating there ordered the lettuced wrapped burger. Must be a thing...(possibly a way to overcome grease soaked wrapper!) I'd come back, I really like the feel with TV's and the open feel. it's a good place. Literally inedible I go here with my girlfriend and spend 53 dollars for 2 burgers and 2 fries. The food is horrible, then I asked the lady who sits on her phone behind the counter if I could have a couple packets of honey mustard for my fries and she says "no you can't" so I asked why not and she said that I already paid and that honey mustar was at an extra cost, so I said whatever I'm not giving any more money to these people and then I get home to find out all of the food is wrong.... Burgers that were double burgers when ordered are singles, wrong types of fries, and there was some piece of chewy plastic in my burger. I live near this location and they just reopened from being closed.... Horrible. Never again will I order from BurgerFi. First off I made a online order in which you can add additional ingredients/toppings. Once I arrived at the restaurant I received my burger with NONE of the extra ingredients I specified on the app. Then the cashier then told me it was a possible glitch even tho my receipt clearly said special prep. I let that go and then left. But to add insult to injury the burger was very very dry and thrown together even after adding mayo,special sauce etc. Not to mention the female cook seemed to be bothered that I ask for my burger to be the way that I ordered it.
