I call this location "The Good WingStop," though it's only because I haven't really had good experiences at other WingStops in the area (though I've had a few in Orlando). I've had three orders filled here, and they were all prepared well and the order was correct. The location is clean, there's a decent amount of parking, and the crew were pretty friendly. Unfortunately, none of my orders were ready on time (avg. 10 ~ 12 minutes wait). In fairness, each time was a little bit after the dinner rush, and I could tell the kitchen crew were still catching up. It was a bit of a nuisance as I was on a little bit of a tight schedule, but this location is still the best WingStop I've been to in the area (compared to Wheeling, Prospect Heights, North Chicago, and the one between Oswego and Aurora). I kind of wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I have to adjust because there are so many other really good wing and chicken sandwich places within a mile like Kickin' Burgers & Wings, Nash Bros. Hot Chicken, Chaser's Bar, etc.. Maybe I'll try again sometime later, because I really love their Mango Habanero and Spicy Korean Q sauces. Me and my friends came in and ate our food we ordered. My friend forgot her belt bag and we walked out and realized 30 seconds later and walk back in and it was gone. We looked around for it everywhere and it was nowhere to be found. We asked the worker to check in the back and she came back with a different bag that wasn't ours. A few minutes later she sees my friend getting frustrated and asks if we want her to check again and she took a minute to go check and when she came back it was magically in the back. I placed an order over the phone to take out some bone in wings. I paid in the store and drove home after long day at work. I opened the bag to take out the food. It didn't take too long to realize that I got boneless wings!! It's a big deal one since I don't call boneless wings as wings! Also I called twice to make sure they got the order right! Even that case it was wrong item. I called them with the complaint they refused to accept they got it wrong and argued with me . When they realize it was wrong they asked me to go back in there while the weather is -20 degrees!!! Very unprofessional and irresponsible to ask customer to go back in to refund the item. My boyfriend and I got a bad case of food poisoning after eating here. We ordered food at 5:45pm. Started eating at 6:30. By 7:00 we were feeling nauseous and stomach pains. I'll save you the details but from 7-10:30 we were in and out of the bathroom. Day two my boyfriend feels better but I'm still experiencing stomach pains that come and go, along with headaches weakness and nausea. We informed the management and they mentioned that the doors will remained closed until that do a full walkthrough of the restaurant to ensure there's no sanitation issues. Excited to have a Wing Stop in the area. I'm super picky about Buffalo wings and this place isn't bad. I, personally, don't like wings that aren't crispy...so I really like that you can order them well done!!! If I don't get them well done, I don't really care for their bone-in wings. The boneless are pretty good, I like that they have that option. They have a good variety of sauces, which is good for any of your wing moods. As for sides, the fries are on the sweet side, which I DO NOT like! :( The cheese is good though. The buns/rolls are good...remind me of Hawaiian bread, a little sweet. Yum! My husband said the coleslaw is good, but I didn't try it. They also have individual meals and meals for two. They do offer a split in flavors and allow you to do a mix of boneless and bone-in. Defiantly one addicting location! Glad they opened a location near me. Food is great, I always order the classic Louisiana Rub wings. One tip I have is I always ask for all flats. Just don't enjoy the wings when they are not smaller and crispy. 4 star reason is I made an online order which they said would be ready by 4:45 got there at 4:50 and waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. This is my first time ever coming to wing stop. I got 6 mild wings and cheese fries. I really liked the mild sauce bc it was actually mild with a tiny kick.
