You can't beat their lunch specials on Monday and Tuesday. Either 3 piece tender or 5 piece boneless work fries and a drink for $6.69. Their tenders are so good and the fries are tasty. Can't wait until next Monday! read more

This place literally burnt my food!!!! Like it was actually black and tasted nasty. And then on top of that, they gave us fries that were still undercooked and soggy. I'm not even trying to be picky, but if I'm paying for food, I expect it to at least be cooked right. Super disappointed and I honestly don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Wingstop - Soggy under cooked fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Niles, Illinois

I love wingstop I just got some food from there and the employees were very nice and respectful and my food was amazing they got exactly what I wanted and unlike some other fast food chains they actually placed my sauce that I wanted definitely a five star read more

Disappointing Visit to This Wingstop I'm usually a big fan of Wingstop, and I've had great experiences at other locations, but this particular one was a letdown. I'd give it a 3-star rating, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. The biggest issue was the low quality of the food. The wings themselves felt a bit off, and they certainly didn't live up to the crispy, flavorful standard I've come to expect from the brand. Beyond the food, the overall appearance of the place was quite dirty-looking. It wasn't just a little untidy; it genuinely looked like it needed a good scrub, which definitely detracted from the dining experience. While I love Wingstop as a brand, this specific location doesn't do it justice. I'd suggest finding a different Wingstop if you're craving their wings. Due to low appeal of food, I didn't take pictures! read more

This was the worst Wingstop I have ever had. The fries were wet with grease and not crispy in the slightest. I ordered the hot honey wings and they were barely seasoned. I ordered here maybe four months ago but the food was so bad I have thought of my disappointment multiple times since and when I saw the restaurant in my reccs I felt glad for the opportunity to give others a heads up read more

I call this location "The Good WingStop," though it's only because I haven't really had good experiences at other WingStops in the area (though I've had a few in Orlando). I've had three orders filled here, and they were all prepared well and the order was correct. The location is clean, there's a decent amount of parking, and the crew were pretty friendly. Unfortunately, none of my orders were ready on time (avg. 10 ~ 12 minutes wait). In fairness, each time was a little bit after the dinner rush, and I could tell the kitchen crew were still catching up. It was a bit of a nuisance as I was on a little bit of a tight schedule, but this location is still the best WingStop I've been to in the area (compared to Wheeling, Prospect Heights, North Chicago, and the one between Oswego and Aurora). I kind of wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I have to adjust because there are so many other really good wing and chicken sandwich places within a mile like Kickin' Burgers & Wings, Nash Bros. Hot Chicken, Chaser's Bar, etc.. Maybe I'll try again sometime later, because I really love their Mango Habanero and Spicy Korean Q sauces. If they ever bring back their Serrano Pepper sauce, this is the closest store I'd come back to. read more

* Delicious * * Clean * * Aggravating * As much as certain things aggravate you, delicious wings help ease the pain. Trying to communicate what you want and someone completely ignoring it drives me nuts! That being said, the place is spotless. Not a dirty table to be seen. I've been here a few times and have always found it in tip top shape. Started ordering ahead of time to skip the wait. Otherwise one star for the wait, but let's face it, it's chicken and that takes time. Do yourselves a favor and order ahead. I'll be back for some delicious delicious wings!! read more

Not friendly. Service was horrible. I was here to pick up but did not even said anything or ask when I pick up my order.

Me and my friends came in and ate our food we ordered. My friend forgot her belt bag and we walked out and realized 30 seconds later and walk back in and it was gone. We looked around for it everywhere and it was nowhere to be found. We asked the worker to check in the back and she came back with a different bag that wasn't ours. A few minutes later she sees my friend getting frustrated and asks if we want her to check again and she took a minute to go check and when she came back it was magically in the back. She stole our shit. read more

In the beginning my first visit was grand! They cooked the wings fresh and the fries were fresh cut and perfectly done. The second and third time made it my last. Chicken wings were pre-cooked even though it took a long time and only the fries were good. It's a clean place and washrooms were tidy but they can't pay me to go again. read more

Stop by for a quick order of fries. Can't even do that. No one's running the register. One guy cooking and that's it. Poorly run establishment. Three others waiting, twiddling their thumbs to order. Horrible experience. read more

Sorry to report but this ranks low on the edibility scale. Overly saturated with salt and sauce deficient of flavor, the boneless wings did NOT satisfy. But maybe that's just me. 2 start because, we'll, it was real chicken and not some mashed together chicken bits. Guys please step up the quality control or open a different franchise. read more

Really these fries are really garbage. Please change the oil or something. People deserve better. read more

This is a great location! The guys are always nice when I come in and food is always fresh. Thanks guys!

I placed an order over the phone to take out some bone in wings. I paid in the store and drove home after long day at work. I opened the bag to take out the food. It didn't take too long to realize that I got boneless wings!! It's a big deal one since I don't call boneless wings as wings! Also I called twice to make sure they got the order right! Even that case it was wrong item. I called them with the complaint they refused to accept they got it wrong and argued with me . When they realize it was wrong they asked me to go back in there while the weather is -20 degrees!!! Very unprofessional and irresponsible to ask customer to go back in to refund the item. Obviously I didn't go since I didn't want to increase the chance of getting sick! I don't think I'm ever going back again! read more

I wish if I can give this place 0 star !! I placed an order online and it's says it will be ready for pickup at 9:07pm I went there 9:15 just so I don't wait (to be on the safe side and not wait) guess what??! The employee couldn't find the order in system and tried to argue with me she thought I was lying !! Then couple minutes after she finally found it somehow and gave an attitude, she made me wait another half an hour to get my order ready, so total waiting since I placed my order was about 50-55 minutes. She was super rude to me when she gave my order didn't even apologize for the inconvenient. I went home opened the order, they missed it up, so after wasting my time and pissing me off there I didn't even get what I ordered they missed up my order !! I will never come back again to this place. read more

My boyfriend and I got a bad case of food poisoning after eating here. We ordered food at 5:45pm. Started eating at 6:30. By 7:00 we were feeling nauseous and stomach pains. I'll save you the details but from 7-10:30 we were in and out of the bathroom. Day two my boyfriend feels better but I'm still experiencing stomach pains that come and go, along with headaches weakness and nausea. We informed the management and they mentioned that the doors will remained closed until that do a full walkthrough of the restaurant to ensure there's no sanitation issues. Safe to say I will not be ordering food from here or any wingstop ever again. However I do appreciate the management taking action so quickly. read more

I come here all the time and they never disappoint! My favorite order is boneless wings with Louisiana dry rub, celery and carrots with ranch on the side. The staff is nice too and the place is clean and organized. If you're looking to dine-in or take-out they're quick but everything is still fresh. I come here a lot since I work right next door and I've yet to have a bad meal! read more

So the service from Yobani and the guy with tattoos on his arms just amazing. But when the ranch police came out to deny my request for a second ranch for my 20 wings and wanted to change me another 2 bucks. Worst service and the ranch police denied my pregnant wife a second ranch. I'm not heading back there anytime soon. Also, to find out that they over charged me for my wings and fries and didn't even give me a drink.... now my wife is yelling at me and she has to ration her ranch for all these wings. Back to buffalo joes where they don't have the ranch police. read more

I ordered my wings extra well done because I like them crispy and all flats. I had their garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub on the wings. Everything was ready to go and tasted perfect. This was my first time ordering from Wingstop and I'm definitely going to order again! read more

I love that the fries are fried on the spot. Always fresh and delicious. The workers here are very friendly and nice, every time I come, I leave happy. It's slow, but it's okay because the food comes out hella freshly made. read more

I like this place. I was a regular at another place, (BWW) and moved. I decided to give this place a go since it is close. I was actually pretty happy. I ordered 1) 6 boneless 1) 10 boneless 2) 8 boneless Meals. Different sauces on all of them. The wait was short, but it is a little pricy. The flavours were good, but it could have had a little more sauce on there. The "Atomic" and "Mango Habanero" could be a little spicier being rated as there two hottest sauces. But all in all I will come back again. read more

Consistently good food. My tip is to call your order in and pick up, otherwise expect to wait awhile if you are walking in. They have some of the best ranch dressing known to man. I am partial to the Hawaiian chicken tenders, but my husband loves the mild wings. read more

They have very terrible hires here. The girl asked if I wanted ranch I said yes. She turned around to talk to someone and turned around if I wanted ranch. I told the girl I wanted the ranch. My friend ordered ranch so there's extra for me through his order. She inputted something on the register and asked him again if he wanted ranch. He said yes. Our order was forgotten... Five people after us all got their order. I went to ask and the girl didn't even say anything just walked away. The guy in the back came out and pointed to the order right next to where she's been standing playing on her phone. Everything was bagged to go when we wanted it for here. So she didn't even say sorry and handed it over. I sat down to eat with my friend and no ranch was there at all read more

Wingstop has always been one of my favorite restaurants and I've been coming to the Niles location for years. The food is delicious and there's a great variety of flavors. The cooks say that orders are always made to order, and this has been true in my experience. Most importantly, the employees are also super helpful and enthusiastic. Finally, the dining area and bathrooms are clean even when the restaurant is busy. For a great meal, go to Wingstop read more

I love the staff here ! Everything I come in to place an order the environment is always warm and positive. Jazzlyn is an amazing help ! I have loved this Wingstop for four years. The last six months their service has gone to crap. They use Doordash who will pick up the order and then take an hour to delivery the food cold. We order almost every week. Now a lost regular customer. read more

Excited to have a Wing Stop in the area. I'm super picky about Buffalo wings and this place isn't bad. I, personally, don't like wings that aren't crispy...so I really like that you can order them well done!!! If I don't get them well done, I don't really care for their bone-in wings. The boneless are pretty good, I like that they have that option. They have a good variety of sauces, which is good for any of your wing moods. As for sides, the fries are on the sweet side, which I DO NOT like! :( The cheese is good though. The buns/rolls are good...remind me of Hawaiian bread, a little sweet. Yum! My husband said the coleslaw is good, but I didn't try it. They also have individual meals and meals for two. They do offer a split in flavors and allow you to do a mix of boneless and bone-in. I like the customization aspect. Some places don't allow you to get multiple flavors and have a mix of boneless and bone-in...Wing Stop does! read more

Defiantly one addicting location! Glad they opened a location near me. Food is great, I always order the classic Louisiana Rub wings. One tip I have is I always ask for all flats. Just don't enjoy the wings when they are not smaller and crispy. 4 star reason is I made an online order which they said would be ready by 4:45 got there at 4:50 and waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. But otherwise everything else was good. Friendly staff as well. Recommended! read more

The service was great. The restaurant was clean. I just didn't like the wings. I ordered 2 kinds of boneless wings. Teryocki was ok. The wings were dry, not "wet", like I prefer. I really think wings are a "preference" item, so don't take this review the wrong way. Give them a try... you might like it?.!! read more

This is my first time ever coming to wing stop. I got 6 mild wings and cheese fries. I really liked the mild sauce bc it was actually mild with a tiny kick. I wish the wings were a lot crispier but they were still good. The cheese fries were too cheesy and I also wish they were crispier. The restaurant is nice and clean. The cashier was also very polite. I def wanna come back to try other wing flavors. read more
