I really like this Wingstop, my husband and I came here and ordered the wings with the bone-in and the flavors we tried were the mango habanero which is hot and spicy but also sweet this one is definitely one of our favorites, we got the Louisiana rub nothing too special, the lemon pepper excellent and sweet very very good and we tried the Hawaiian that was excellent as well, the boneless we don't like because it tastes frozen And the flavors don't stick to the boneless that well. But the bone-in chicken tastes much more fresh and the flavors stick to it really really well so if you're going to order anything I would order the bone in with the flavors I suggested above. We tried the voodoo cheese fries and those were super good, it's basically sour cream, cheese, Cajun sauce and some spice it was amazing! Just keep in mind it is a little spicy. I would try those fries, it's not on their take-out menu so you won't see it listed but it is really excellent, they are an in-house special. Overall, this place is good. read more

Got my order wrong, fries were not fresh and under cooked. Idk what's wrong with the employees. There were literally no customers there so I'm not sure how you can completely screw an order up. Definitely the best wing stop in this area I've been to others and no one compares to how clean this location is and how accurate everything is. The store is ran by Juan and he is absolutely the best store manager I've seen in restaurants. He goes out of his way too give the best service and doesn't disappoint. I'm not sure how hard it is to get small orders correct. Ordered boneless and got home and hang traditional. Almost also left the store without my fries before one of the other workers had to remind the front guy that the fries weren't in the bag. Well, how do I say this nicely? Wing Stop sucks genitalia for days. Me and my buddy came here and and both order an overpriced and mediocre 6 piece boneless wing combo. The wings were average at best. The fries were so sub-par, over salted with a weird flavor. Just not enjoyable. Unfortunately we were dumb enough to give the "fresh baked rolls" a try. I went here the week of the grand opening and I was greatly disappointed. I've had other wing stop locations (touhy ave) and they were far better. The chicken is nice and juicy and they have a nice selection of toppings for both their fries and their wings. However, sometimes the flavor of the sauce is too bold and that is all you can taste. At first when you enter you get a sporty vibe. You have two flat screen tv's both on the ESPN channel. The atmosphere was very comfortable to dine in. the decor was very 1970's. When we went to eat it wasn't crowded so it was a completely different atmosphere than before. Once we went to a Wingstop it was so crowded it was more of a go in eat and leave experience because the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The service reached my expectations. friendly, understanding and respectful. It took 15 min for us to get our food. They asked if everything was good and brought us the food. Once we were down they cleaned it up and were very nice on our way out. The menu looked very appetizing and attractive. They the menu also looked very healthy to make you feel better about yourself. The meal that I had was an 8 piece boneless combo. 4 wings were southern bbq and 4 were mild buffalo. The appearance was very golden, heavy and crisp. The texture of the wings was very crunchy and juicy. The fries on the side were greasy and soft which gave me a texture that was very enjoyable. The smell was hot and tangy with the mild buffalo sauce and the bbq. Wingstop that I went to was very nice and clean. Clean seat bathrooms and they cleaned to perfection every time a customer left. They wiped down the tables and wiped the floor, It exceeded my expectation of cleanliness. For a cheap place, i would've expected to be greasy and sticky tables which weren't the case at all it was like fine dining. With my overall experience i'll give a 4.5/5 stars. Based on the taste, appearance, atmosphere, service, cleanliness and price i was really satisfied. My buddy and I walked in to try this new place. The chicken is a better quality than bdubs and so is the outter layer. We get 6 flavors each starting from the hottest down. All but mango habanero were disgusting. They all tasted as if they rolled the wings in salt. The wings were so damn salty we couldn't enjoy our meal. Upon entering, you are greeted by very friendly female cashiers, who take your order. Above the cash registers, you will find a blown up menu- exposing you to the various amounts of flavors of wings, such as, (From spiciest- least spiciest) Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Mild, hickory Smoked BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. Depending on whether you only get the wings, or the combo- you will be asked if you want a side or ranch or Bleu cheese & you will also have the choice to choose between a side of fries or veggie sticks & a 32 oz. cup for soda or iced tea. They will politely take your name, and give you the estimated readiness time. On this Friday night, I would be ordering twenty boneless Hickory Smoked Barbeque, for two. Along with a side of their ranch, and veggie sticks. With an estimated time of 15 minutes for my meal to be ready. When you first arrive, the restaurant is well illuminated with bright fluorescent lights, shining .. Bringing your attention to the wall decor, the walls full of nostalgia, maybe to some. Antique photographs of jets from the 1930's & 40's, fill up the restaurant along with about 3-4 plasma televisions, providing you a view on live sports (for the most part). Looking around the restaurant, it is well cleaned up at tables and areas where the utensils are located at & around the soda dispenser, compared to the Wingstop in Downtown Des Plaines, this specific location's sanitary rating is a 5/5, which is great. Knowing it was much more clean than others I've visited, made me feel much more comfortable eating there and made me feel safe of what I was about to eat. When my food was ready, they called my name and my tray of food was ready on the counter perfectly set up, I had gotten my food in not 15 minutes- but 18. The presentation of the food was excellent, and well organized. I had my veggie sticks well wrapped up, almost unexposed to any air, and my wings were separated into 10's, making it quicker for me to be able to eat a smaller portion than that I have ordered. I had also received my side of ranch, not completely full, but enough for my meal. Finally, sitting at my table along with my friend. It was time to eat! Opening up my small plastic container of ranch, I unwrapped the paper to have a full view of my hot Hickory Smoked Barbecue, a favorite of mine. It had the fumes, showing that they were barely taken out of the location where they were being cooked in. The smell of barbeque was enough to fill up only the perimeter of where I was sitting, but strong enough to make my mouth water. The wings were full of maroon colored flavored sauce, and showed no spots where there wasn't any on the wings. Each individual piece was about the size of a small leaf, most of them small enough to fit in your mouth. When picking the piece up with the fork, you found the wing to be soft, and not so crunchy like you'd probably find the wings to be at Buffalo Wild Wings, which I liked. As you dip it into the ranch, and transfer the wing into your mouth, a sense of satisfaction fills your mouth, you feel the warmth and mixture of the sauce and ranch all in one. Once I was done eating my wings, I also unwrapped my veggie sticks and saw a perfect amount of half and half.. Celery sticks and carrots. I would still have enough ranch to finish my veggie sticks. They looked very fresh, and they were moist.. Giving me a sense that they had barely washed and cleansed them in order to be gave out to me. Now these were crunchy, at every single bite. I had not encountered a spot telling me they were even a day old, and I really appreciated that. In the end, I picked up my tray and slid it onto the counter for the workers to pick it up. I was very satisfied, and the friendly cashiers said Goodbye to me and my friend very sweetly, also calling me by my name, having it memorized after many of the previous visits when I had purchased wings there. I would definitely recommend this location for those who haven't gone there. Though many prefer buffalo wild wings, because of its popularity and loudness, i would tell someone who prefers a small, quieter location to come try Wingstop. I ordered over the app and I put in a later time so that the order wouldn't have to be rushed. I walk in cashier repeats my order to me then when I receive it she repeats its again. Didn't think I'd have to check my order while in there because she repeated it so many times. I live about 15 mins away from there and when I get home totally got my order wrong. They weren't even busy so i don't know how you can possibly get a simple order wrong. That will be my first and last time going to that location. If I could I would've given it no stars. read more

Quick and friendly service, HOWEVER, extremely dry and pricey bone in wings, and I requested extra crispy fries, yet received soggy fries. To their defense, the fries were dense with potato unlike fries at places say, McDonalds where it's little potato and much easier to crisp, but they could've easily fried them longer to obtain a crisp. read more
