I love that they give vegans the options to have something just beyond a plain veggie burger, even though the one they serve is amazing. I made an online order and paid the additional fee to get another patty added to my burger. When I got to the establishment an employee asked if I intended to order the additional patty and I confirmed that that was my intention. We even spoke about their Conflicted burger and how this was basically what I ordered. Once I got back to work I saw that there was only one patty. I jokingly call this place Burger Finance because the food is so expensive for a burger joint lol. Having said that, the burgers are really delicious! My two favorites are the CEO burger and the bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce. The CEO burger uses Koby beef and a special sauce. The bacon cheeseburger is the bomb and I was more than happy to break my diet to eat it lol. Their onion rings are also tasty but a bit too greasy for my taste. Vegans rejoice! BurgerFi offers an all vegan burger made by beyond meat. My husband ordered his on the vegan multigrain bun and I had mine green style (wrapped in lettuce). Both were equally great. AND - added bonus - they use a separate grill to cook the vegan patties so there's no cross-contact with their regular beef burgers. The fries were bomb too. I've heard about this place before, I wasn't a strong believer that this place was good, it was just a fancy McDonalds, until one day I came here with a friend that has tried it and asked me to come join him. I tried the Veggie burger, I am not a vegan whatsoever, but then my friend said, here, try this burger, called the CEO. I was like fancy name for this piece of meat with buns, but once I tried it, I was delighted. The burger is very juicy, and well made. The right amount of salt, and other ingredients. The location is great, new city place of doral. Has a lot of other restaurants around and the vibe is very similar to Midtown Miami. The place is tiny inside, I kept feeling there was an extra table. Because to get around to go grab your food or refill your drink you bump into other chairs, it is uncomfortable. I went in for lunch, the place gets packed. I ordered right on time before it got very busy. My order was on point and a gentleman even brought it almost to my table. Food was delicious as usual in a Burger Fi! Giving this review solely for Ronald. Do you ever have those days after work you don't want to cook? Just eat and sleep? That was me today, horrible work day, so I ordered some fries through ubereats. The fries were horrible, really, the worst fries I've ever seen/eaten and fries are my go to comfort food. I called the store, just to see what happened. Ronald answered and right away gave me a straight answer with different options, he didn't diss me and just tell me to deal with it like most companies now a days. I got my partner to drive to the restaurant and they made us a new batch. Did the food experience suck a bit? Yes. This is a very hip burger joint and they carry the Beyond Burger!! By far my favorite burger out there right now. It's a veggie burger that tastes like meat and it's AMAZING. I'm not a vegetarian and I love this burger. They did it really well, their pickles are delicious and they have an assortment of free add-ons (grilled onions, jalapeño, relish etc). The cashier named Joslyn was SUPER helpful and had a GREAT Smile and was very patient as I was ordering, she deserve a raise(: it's always great having happy people who smile as a cashiers. I also met the general manger named Zach. Super nice guy! He even made sure my egg was cooked to perfection!
