Very big disappointment. It sucks cause I wanted to like this place so much I tried three times . I believed them three times. The thing is this place has a perfect concept! They have 6 flavors for their fries and the alternate salt and vinegar and parmesean and herb really makes you feel this can be a good to spot worth the money for Brooklyn take out. The fries are also nice cut and remind you of the boardwalk. On top of that they give an In and Out west coast vibe and a shake shack mixed together. The burgers come very attractive and lots of topping choices like five guys. I also like the packaging ( its a gimmack that seems is not as biodegrade able as it should be for a place called burger fi but) it comes in cute boxes that are kind of fun to unwrap your bag from and it makes you feel youre getting a full experience and not just gorging out. With the impossible vegan burger, fried chicken , and lots of choices for quality beef... this place made me want to say "lets just give them the benefit of the doubt twice" and poor was I dead wrong. This is all the things you could be burger fi however you are garbage. The first time I ordered the burgers come completely mess you can barely pick it up and not in a good way the meat was barely cooked and things were just slapped all together they forgot what sauces to use it was like they just picked out of a hat what to give us and didnt handle with proper care at all but still and all the taste of the burger itself was yum! And the onion rings were one of a kind HUGE thickwise and yet even though they were so fried they were also thin and light and came with fries as a bundle and its awesome. Ok so even though the order was wrong we are easy goin we ate it and tried again another time The second time the food comes from Uber eats not even fully closed so it was basically freezing cold by the time it took to travel 10 blocks. Uber eats is partly to blame here they have turned very poor recently with prices way too high and multiple drop offs btwn restaurants so your food is cold. But not sure why they give it to uber eats unclosed and unsealed. Also note: parmesean and herb is usually ordered cause its garlic parm put some fresh garlic on it as part of the herb. So ok second time the foods cold and it sucks cause the prices are high but ok one more time... the score could be a 3 now right? Wrong! and thats when it all came crashing down So finally the third time I got special fries of course and lo and behold they didn't give the right order yet again !!!!!!!!! They didnt even put the garlic aioli paid extra for. Why bother ordering anything if you guys choose what you will and wont give us? Yet you dont forget to charge us and take our money right? I own a business myself and you need to take this seriously. Take a number from Panera etc who prioritize the customers. A customer is not just another burger, a customer is a client who makes your business run and who is paying you to enjoy a meal, when you make it far more unenjoyable and just not give them their stuff its NOT ok its not good business. And its not an educated way to run your business. This time the burger was .... gross. How guys? Did you just use a different cut of meat all of a sudden it said the same one on the menu did you guys use meat from three days ago that was left out on the floor did someone chew this burger first ??? Like what exactly happened that it was both flavorless yet made us throw it up right after ? Food safety? The fried chicken Sandwich I was so much looking forward to !!!! Thick and crispy with some cool honey mustard barbecue sauce yum right? guess what ! you know that chewy thing that happens sometimes when chicken is cooked on high heat for very short period of time or just a really old rotting piece of meat? The chewy rubber band thing thats like youre biting into a nerve ending for the entire fat chicken? that's what it tasted like like ! DISGUSTING! Called up and the girl was so sweet and kind but Charles was useless Saying that if I go back to his store he can give me something for free well thanks a lot Charles but I just spent a total of $73.03 ordering three times from you and I don't need your garbage again I need you to take some responsibility! I order out once a week and this place was the first true disaster I experienced in Brooklyn in a while. We like to just go with the flow and this place is an example of why some people dont do that lol Charles just Shut down man! I've visited a few Burgerfi locations while in South Florida so when I heard a Burgerfi was opening in Brooklyn I was pretty excited. I've had the burgerfi cheeseburger before, but this was my first time trying the CEO burger, (tomato bacon jam, truffle aioli, and Swiss cheese) along with an order of fries. The CEO is supposed to be their signature burger so I though I would give it a try. The burger was cooked perfectly and the truffle was a nice touch. I especially like the outdoor patio seating. Great quick lunch burger joint when in the area. Had a meeting out in Southern Brooklyn and went here with a co-worker. Got the CEO Burger with the works, and it was great; lots of flavor. The fries were great as well; although they could have been cooked a bit more. The only downside here is that the orders got totally mixed up and delayed. You go to a "quick" spot for the importance of time, and when things take too long it can have a negative impact on your day. Still a good place though and worth at least a visit! read more

The food was decent and the service was very good. I was disappointed that they didn't offer sweet potato fries. I ordered 2 CEO burgers and asked for a single patty on one of the burgers. I was told that is not possible which was disappointing since it seems like a simple thing to do. Overall I was content with their food but I felt it wasn't anything impressive. Their cook time is pretty on point for pick up orders. I have order online a few times with them. The only issue that I have is that the last time i ordered they didn't get the order right. But overall I do enjoy their food and will definitely order with them again!! read more

Staff is super friendly and nice. The CEO burger is the best one on the menu, and the fries and onion rings are unmatched. Cool selection of beers and "wine on tap" is perfect for a burger joint. Can't wait to try the veggie burger as I hear it's the best around. read more
