A lot of hype about this place. Visiting this place instantly strikes you as exceptional service, nice, clean and stylish place. Unfortunately their burgers are far from exceptional. I would pick in-n-out $3, five guys $6, or wendy's burger over this one. Meat quality was good and while that's important, there are other important ingredients for burgers, like veggies. They just don't have option in menu for enough veggies. It's either no veggies or one tiny bit of it with a lot of meat. Not worth it. You can't eat service right? This location has by far some of the friendliest staff members in the area. Within the first week of opening I've been here 3 times. Nothing but good things to say about this burger joint. I've tried the run-of-the-mill burgerfi burger, the breakfast burger and the veggie burger. For the beef based burgers the patty was very tasty and moist, just oozing with flavor. Moreover the condiments that went along with their burger variations complement very well together. I was actually suprised at how great the veggie burger tasted since I hardly ever go for such an option, the quinoa patty was lightly fried. Similarly the fries and onion rings were delicious. Usually when I go to a burger spot their fries have that "old oil" taste when something has been fried for far too long in the same oil, leaving some after taste. None of that here so that's good. Laslty I wanted to point out burgerfi's SUPERB customer service. Everyone is very nice and will go out of their way to help you such as picking up your plates after you eat, offering samples or making sure each table is spotless. BurgerFi uses GrubHub/Seamless delivery guys who, during Covid, can apparently just dump your order in your lobby, send you a text to tell you about it once they've already left, and you have to take your chances with food that has been sitting out unattended. Who wants that in a Covid crisis? My "contactless delivery" instructions were to leave food on the bench outside my unit, *not* in the busy lobby with no attendant. I called the restaurant, and they said it's really not their problem. Well...the shitty delivery guy actually *does* reflect on your brand. It means I can't order from you again. I paid a $15 tip. Yes I got a refund from Seamless, but I will not order Seamless again. I also went to sleep hungry, and that was supposed to be my food for tomorrow as well. The driver would not even come take the food back from my lobby, where it will now rot because I cannot go down to throw it out. Driver accused me of being a thief via text. A real class act. Take responsibility, BurgerFi. This is a neighborhood with lots of elderly and disabled people. read more

Went on July 21st, Thursday evening. My family and I have been waiting for them to open since we seen the coming soon sign. The neighborhood needs a place like this. The decor is comfortable and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the soda machines and so do the kids. We ordered the CEO and the Breakfast all day, along with a large order of fries and large onion rings. The Fries were perfect. Just the right amount of salt and crispy crunch. The burgers were juicy and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The onion rings were not our style. The were huge rings and they were over cooked and soggy and limp. Think also for the wrings have some type of dipping sauces you can order on the side. Maybe the rings were like that because we waited almost 30 minutes for our order to be ready. The rings could have been sitting around and getting cold and soggy. Ordered a couple shakes and custard and the shake was full of chocolate and delicious. Custard is good and refreshing. Maybe the next visit the rings will be crispy will try them again. We will definitely be making more visits. read more

So if you're feeling a pretty solid burger that's quick and tasty, come here. I find them to be better than most chain burger joints. Like bareburger/shakeshack etc. They have really gone out of their way to make their burgers, extra tasty. The buns are soft and fluffy potato rolls. Mmmmm their meat is never overcooked. The toppings are added without taking away from the burger itself. Their fries are fantastic. Crispy and they give you so many! Gotta get them urbanized though. They drizzle garlic aoili and Parmesan. Out of this world. And their milkshake are phenomenal. They even give you a big ole straw so you can get more milkshake in every sip! I ate here once when it first opened and the food was amazing. I am extremely disappointed when I returned today. I came in to pick up my order. I am about a five minute walk away and I noticed that they fulfilled half of my order. I came back and they fixed it. I had paid for toppings on my burger and opened to find it basically empty. This place is not bad, however there are some limitations... overall I would conclude that it poorly competes with more common fast food chains like McD, BK, and Wendy's. The only items that a better at this chain are the onion rings and the burger buns. The vegetables that are used as toppings are the worst of all fast food burger chains. The meat patties are not better than McD Angus patties in a long shot. Since folks will claim that BFI is gourmet or "better" than other fast food burger chains, but it is absolutely not...let alone the prices they charge at almost double other burger chains. It was a little pricey which I don't mind if the food and service are good. The burger was a little messy but delicious. The onion rings were my favorite part of the meal. The best onion rings I have ever eaten. The fries however were not good and since my husband is a huge fry fan, I may or may not go back. Both of our orders of fries were EXTREMELY burnt and overdone. Out of 2 large orders if we ate 9 single fries it was a lot. Both orders went right in the garbage. That was a colossal waste of money. As for the atmosphere, I liked it. It wasn't crowded when we went, so it felt spacious. It was clean and open. The fact that they serve beer is a plus. Do not order from here. They screwed up my order and would not fix it. Asked for no cheese on my wife's burger due to allergy they sent it with cheese. Did not send my fries and on top of that the hot dogs were super burnt and other food was cold. My kids wouldn't even eat the hot dogs.
