Okay let me get this right, lettuce is a free option on the burger. I ordered a burger with no bun with lettuce wrap, taking off the bun they charge you an extra half dollar? Burger is okay but not worth almost $11 without a drink in my opinion. To be fair it was an extra dollar for the single Onion ring that I ordered as an option. All in all? Meh I would absolutely prefer five guys to this, especially this location. read more

Checked out BurgerFi for first and last time yesterday. The staff was fine so I feel bad giving only two stars but any more really aren't justified. The main reason the rating is low is because the burgers are so small and the prices are high. The meat quality may be better than fast food but the portion is no bigger than a Wendy's burger, maybe even smaller. On the other hand, the order of fries was gigantic. We got the "cry and fry" which is french fries with three large onion rings on top. Those and the fries were both tasty but not enough to make up for the $30 price tag for 2 burgers, one Cry & Fry and 2 fountain sodas. read more

Great burgers for quick service. Very good service. I ordered for a person who was meeting me at the restaurant and he was delayed so the burger sat for about 10 min. Staff (Jen) proactively and considerately made a fresh burger and fries. So nice! read more

Great employees, really friendly with customers, especially Christina and Matt! Amazing food, quick and easy, 10/10 would recommend!

Great Food, love the big tables. Gave my friend back his credit card too. Mad props. Entire staff was wonderful. Specific shoutout to Christina and Matt read more

excellent service! servers went out of their way tonight to make my visit with my grandchildren perfect read more

If I wanted to get a pager and no beer I would have stayed at work. Slow, sloppy service and the burger was awful. We will never go back! Don't go here read more

Staff was friendly but confused. Ordered two burgerfi cheeseburgers with all the normal things (listed on the menu) and two fountain drinks. Burgers came with no lettuce or tomato, had to go up and remind the person working that we had ordered drinks. Payed $10 for a patty with cheese and a drink. The food was McDonald's quality and definitely not worth the price. read more

They have an excellent veggie burger and a large selection of normal burgers too. Great restaurant and excellent service. I really loved the fries!! read more

My first time eating from this location and I was very disappointed!!!! I ordered the vegan beyond burger with fries and onion rings. The beyond burger was soggy and looked very uncooked, and also the fries were soggy and tasted old. I've had this meal at another which was BETTER!!! The onion rings and drink were the best part of the meal! read more

We had really good customer service from our cashier Kim. She was very friendly and helpful in making our orders. I can never decide what to get so she had some good suggestions that helped (and ended up tasting delicious). It was a very friendly atmosphere from all the staff on hand. Food was very good, I got the CEO Burger and the burger fi sauce was great on the side. I will definitely go back read more

Food was great but the service was awful. Very rude staff. The cashier (younger blonde guy) looked me up and down the entire time like I was unwelcome in the restaurant or he had a problem with me when I've never met him or even been to burgerfi before. When he handed me my food he had a look of disgust on his face that was extremely off putting. I intend to go back because the food was good but if the staff treats me with no respect like last time I'll be speaking to a manager. I worked in fast food myself and never treated any customer regardless of how over the top they were like how I was treated when I didn't do anything. read more

Best burgers & they're done quickly, too! Our favorite place for burgers. Staff is helpful, friendly and efficient.

The only place I eat onion rings at. They are delicious. Tried most kinds of burgers there and all of them were great. Favorite place for my kids. read more

I have ordered from there four times, and eaten in the restaurant once. I have not seen them get my order right one single time. If I am picking up, I have to go there twice because they don't include everything I ordered the first time, and the one time I ate in, they still messed it up. Take a pass. Seriously. read more

Good burger joint! Real meat and tasty. Plenty of fries a medium fries is good for 4! Kinda like a 5 guys with beer.

Great burgers but a bit pricey. You MUST order the fries, so delicious. One order is enough for 2 people. This place is a great alternative to fast food. read more

Grass fed beef burger was about the best I ever had. Loved the music, football on tv, friendly staff and huge pile of awesome fries !!

Good, but pricy. I like how they have outdoor seating. The food was really good, the burgers look bigger in the pic, got a single thinking it was going to be bigger. Chili cheese fries were good too! read more

Very cool atmosphere. Love the look and feel of the dinning area. Really great burgers and split dogs.

Delicious burgers. And I'd choose these fries over McDonald's any day of the week. The best onion rings, and they're HUGE. But it's pricy for burgers. I like that they offer beer here, too, but I'm not sure it warrants the price. I brought my son here for lunch. We ordered one burger for him, split a regular order of fries, and ordered two fountain sodas from the fancy "make up your own concoction" machines, and the total was about $14. That seems like a lot when I didn't even have my own burger! Still, tasty and I overindulged on the fries, which were plenty enough for both of us. read more

though their food may be good, it's prepared not only sloppy, but lazy. many of the employees are not only rude, but lazy and make you feel uncomfortable asking for anything. the only employee that is respectful, attentive and helpful is Krista. the rest need an attitude adjustment and people skills. also, i ordered a vegan beyond burger and they plastered it with way too much sauce and put dairy cheese on it, which made me very upset. read more

I came in to get a milkshake and found myself waiting for almost half an hour and the clueless woman making the shakes seemed to either forget about mine or wasn't able to make it in the 30 minutes I waited. I was even asked what I was waiting for, and still no one working was to be able to make the milkshake even though other people who ordered after me we're getting theirs. When I finally got my milkshake, it was half melted and tasted like drinking flavored milk. Usually milkshakes are thick, but this had the same consistency as milk and wasn't worth the $6 I paid for it. read more

The service was great and they were very helpful. The place is also very clean and the food is ber

Easily the best burger place in town. The food is out immediately and the restaurant is kept clean. The waiters check in and make sure your food is good. They are also the only restaurant besides shake shack that got rated and A. Some people complain about the price but the increase in quality is worth it. I will definitely be back. read more

One of my favorite places, mainly because of the plant based beyond burger. Bad experience today though. I came in with my sister and mother, ordered our burgers, one without onions because I'm allergic. The girl was unfriendly and brought us our food, only 2 burgers (we ordered 3) and told us she didn't know which one had no onions and that we'd have to look ourselves...just uncomfortable and off putting. read more

Great Food! Love the service and the atmosphere! The Vegefi burger is especially delicious.... would definitely eat again.

Food was messy, they were very improper. We ordered chili cheese fries and we got chili fries with no cheese, the same with our chili cheese dog no cheese! read more

Been here once a couple weeks ago for the first time, it's a pretty cool place the prices aren't bad, the burgers are good and filling. We ordered a side of fries and onion rings but the staff didn't inform us on how big they were! The onion rings were about $4 and they were literally the size of my hand and weighed in a ton. They were good but I couldn't finish even one it was way too heavy and the onion was raw because of the size. But overall it was a good cheeseburger experience read more

BurgerFi is awesome. The greatest thing about this place besides their food is that they have a liquor license. Not often do my husband and I get to enjoy a cold one while our four year old has a hot dog. BurgerFi's homemade sauce that they put on their burgers is absolutely divine. The inside of the restaurant is very trendy and modern. I would highly recommend BurgerFi to a family looking for a fun time with great food. read more

Excellent burgers- onion rings are amazing!!! Nice clean atmosphere- wish the pricing was a bit better but overall love the food!

I'm a big burger fan and when I saw this restaurant open, I made a point to have lunch there. The fries were outstanding, the burger was good as well. The hotdog,, however, was not to my wife;s taste. I sampled it and I didn't care for the hotdog either. Our favorite brand is Hummels and Rosols. If they served that brand with the various accompaniments they offer, we would be talking about an excellent hotdog. As it stands, this is an excellent place to enjoy.a good burger with fries. In fact, I had a burger last week at Fleming steakhouse, which sells for $14.00 and I enjoyed this Burgerfr Burger more.. M. Abate read more

This place is good but VERY pricey. Tasty burgers and the onion rings are as good as they get, but almost $20 for a burger, shake and fry/ring combo..... read more

The food is good when your order is made correctly. Twice now I've placed to go orders and they have been incorrect. Both times the burgers were missing ingredients that were clearly printed on the order ticket. The employees seem to be more concerned with their own personal conversations rather than providing good customer service. read more

Loved this place !!! Great burgers and fries. This burger beat out Five Guys. Great bun, burger was just delicious. I loved it !! Highly recommend... If you cross by the place make sure you stop. read more

Stopped in today. I had a double burger and a soda. 11 dollars and ten cents!! The soda was a ridiculous 2.77!!! I wont be purchasing a beverage IF I go back, I found Five guys burgers better, and less expensive. Burger Fi charges you for toppings that are free at Five Guys. Next time Ill keep driving to Five guys. They do have other options shakes, etc, and the onion rings looked good, but I am simply there for a quick meal. With onion rings I would have been in the 15 dollar range. read more

Ordered 2 burgers, fries and onion rings for take out. Burgers were plain - without the toppings we ordered and paid extra for. Fries were cold. Called to speak to the manager and was told that there was no manager on duty. Gave complaint to the person who had answered the phone, and then she told me to hold for the manager. After holding several minutes, I was asked to call back in 30 minutes. There was no offer to remedy the situation. For $29 for a couple of burgers, we certainly expected better. There are MUCH better options for burgers in the area. read more

Essentially, I go to Burgerfi all the time because my daughter, who is vegetarian, swears that they have the best vegetarian burgers in town. No other veggie burgers will do, apparently. That means if we want a burger, or I want a burger, off we go to BurgerFi. No, do not eat the hotdogs here, because they are nothing special. When I go, I order the single burger with whatever toppings I'm in the mood for at the time. They have a broad range of toppings you can order whichever way you want which makes for a unique flavor every time you come in. The best way to come to BurgerFi is really, really, hungry because it is heavy, delicious food when you need a lot of it. The french fries, again which can come with all sorts of toppings, are to die for. I mean seriously, you eat those fries you are like, when did I die and go to heaven! My single burger is probably the least heavy duty of anything you can order at BurgerFi--the menu is full of food that's probably right for a construction worker who does overtime, i.e. double burger with two eggs and bacon, etc. etc. They have ice cream called cement, because it is truly so heavy it is like cement and yet it is delicious. When you start drinking their milk shakes you just want to be permanently connected to the straw! All the food is supposed to be organic, fresh farm grown, no hormones, blah, blah, blah. I'm not sure that matters to me, but for those for whom it matters, they guarantee fast food without the fast taste or origins! I did get a laugh when I first starting coming there and I asked the staff where did this restaurant originate from and they told me Florida. I'm like figures. This could NOT be a New England restaurant--too much fun implied by everything there--a large flat screen TV with sports constantly going, rock and roll from the bounciest era imaginable, etc. etc. The walls are lined with bottles of wine and both wine and beer bottles are prominently displayed and available. I'm like, oh that demon drink, coming straight from that unGodly state of Florida. Clearly, this is a place to eat and drink well and satisfyingly. If I'd bring up one thing I'm not thrilled with it's the hard backed uncomfortable chairs and awkward tables. It's kind of uncomfortable physically. There is outdoor seating which is really nice in the summer months! read more

I have eaten here about 3 times. Most times have been average. Today's was bad. Asked for salt and vinegar on fries. Fries were plain and unsalted. The Burgurfi Cheeseburger was small and overpriced. And the tomatoes? on the burger tasted chemically. Yikes. Do a better job. read more
