We went there on a whim after doing some Christmas shopping and we're very pleasantly surprised. I had never heard of it just drove by and saw the sign and stopped in on our way back from shopping. The burger is just solid, solid, solid. Great french fries nice people work there. My only thing is it's Pepsi products but that's just a personal thing for me. Not everything on the menu is halal, but if you ask, they do have halal meat options, and it's worth it! The halal burgers are amazing. Wowser this place is amazing. Who knew that a place called Burger shack would have one of the most amazing burgers we've ever had. I had the bacon cheeseburger and somehow it tasted creamy and salty and delicious all at once. My husband had the mushroom burger, and it was to quote him the best burger he's ever had in his entire life. This is a no-frills place. Lots of internal seating, lots of parking, and a drive-through. Order at the counter and they don't ask you if you want to tip when you pay electronically. They have tap and pay as a choice. The crinkle fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Ketchup come in individual packets as does the salt. I'm already dreaming about going back again. One regular and one double combo were $28. They have Pepsi fountain products behind the counter with free refills. Highly recommend this restaurant. read more

My fiance did an order from here yesterday because this used to be our favorite burger place even though their prices are a bit high but when our food came not only was his burger not made the way he had asked but the $8 side of cheese curds if you could even call it a side item only had about 8-10 small little cheese curds in it see attached pictures to see how much they ripped us off. Are bags were all sealed so either your cook was snacking on them or you guys are just being cheap. Tried the pastrami based on other reviewers. It was delicious and very meaty. Not wet but cooked very nicely so it was a little crispy but still moist. My roll didn't fall apart which I appreciated. Dressed with mustard, pickles and peppers (maybe mayo?) Every bite was great and filled me up. I also ordered fried zucchini which was mostly crispy and very tasty. Zucchini is such a wet vegetable sometimes the breading doesn't stay on and becomes limp. Mint Oreo shake was thick and creamy and really hit the spot. My husband found this little Gem , he had a taste for a burger I didn't so I went through drive-through for him. Mr. Greedy ended up getting a bacon cheese burger fries drink chicken nuggets and jalapeño poppers. The employee was very nice, it took a while to get our food but everything was hot and fresh. I found this place by accident, it's not close to were I live. I saw the good reviews on Yelp so I decided to check it out. This is my favorite burger place, a true old fashioned hamburger. The burger is made to order and is hot and fresh. The fries are hot, crispy and plentiful. Their prices are still reasonable, not high like most other burger places. I love that there are crinkle fries here! I've had a few of the sundaes here and they are solid as well. I like the burgers, but I really like the pastrami, fries, and Coke basket. The meat is not too thick and there is enough of it. They can up their game by offering chili (as long as there are no beans) and cheese on it. They always ask if I want it dressed with lettuce, grilled onions, and tomatoes...the answer is no! Pastrami, the hot ones at least should be served with mustard and pickle with little guerito peppers( (yellow). The guerito chile is never a peperoncini pepper, those should only be used as a last resort. Basically I want a solid hamburger/cheeseburger, good beanless chili, solid thinly sliced packed pastrami, crinkle fries. When I fall off the wagon, I want a great soft serve dipped in chocolate, a shake or a good sundae bowl. read more

My son chose to eat here for his birthday. I called a few days ahead to see what it was like on a Friday night. I forgot who I spoke to, but he said it was fine. We had about 14 people with us. They had fast and accurate service. The burgers and fries are really good. The ice cream was good, too. The guys working were so kind. I came for the pastrami. In my picture it looks sparse. The pastrami sandwich comes with mustard, onions and pickles. No, no and no. I ordered one with mayo and Swiss cheese. It looks small, and it is, but it's only 9 dollars. Next time, I will get extra meat, plus lettuce and tomato. Maybe then it will cost $12. - $15, but well worth it. The pastrami was incredibly good. Burger shack is fire! I come like once a week. Their chicken nuggets are to die for; better than McDonald's, I don't even go there anymore after I found this place. Food was kind of bad, my girlfriends bacon burger had a ton of moisture/liquid for some reason and was pretty awful. She said she couldn't taste the bacon or anything for that matter. My basic cheeseburger was bland and greasy and the lettuce looked old and brown. Seems like this place does not care about quality. No clue how they have such a good rating, but tbh I'd rather eat In-N-Out. Cheaper and fresher ingredients. $30+ wasted. Their saving grace was the cheese curds which were probably frozen but decent nonetheless. Avoid if you appreciate your money and your appetite. read more
