A few friends and I came here on a Sunday for lunch. We were very surprised how empty it was inside. We were the only ones in there the whole time! I guess Burger Me! is kind of in a weird / hidden location. I ordered the slider cheese burger because I wasn't that hungry. Our food came out VERY fast.....by the time we finished getting our drinks it was done! And you could tell it was just make and very fresh. The fries were super hot and smelled amazing. Super yummy Sweet potato fries too! To be honest I'm not really into juicy burgers. If you are, then you will love this place! The burgers were VERY juicy and made the buns wet. After telling my sister from Southern California that the burgers are the best, I took her there tonight and it was awful. One side of the burger was burnt , it was so dry. I asked for extra grilled onions, I had just a few of them on it. It was so bad, I work down the street from this place and won't be coming back. My sister went up and ask to speak to the manager but the woman running the register said he's in the kitchen right now and will be out in about 10 minutes. I live nearby this location and visited it about three years ago and wasn't impressed. I tried it again yesterday thinking maybe it was just an off day years ago and to give it another try. As a former restaurant owner why don't owners understand you NEED repeat customers and must impress your customers EACHand EVERY time. I ordered the $11 patty melt and was underwhelmed. The bread was a marbled rye and toasted well. The rest was mediocre at best. It had a smear of sauce and a whisper of sourkraut. Grilled onions were hiding somewhere? The chix burger for $12 was small,flat, and a soggy mess on a soft bun. Not anything memorable. Why don't chefs learn to stack burgers? Even if it's with cheap iceberg lettuce? Presentation is important. We just returned from Hawaii and enjoyed seven brother burgers. For the same price as this place you actually got a stacked, juicy burger. Even at Hawaii prices! The owner needs to retrain their line chefs and revisit their vision unless this is the slop they find acceptable. read more

It may be too early to tell on this place. We have never been there, so we decided to give them a try. We order a cheeseburger and fries just to try. I think it was just too expensive to charge me $14 for a burger! For being the first visit, and only using the drive-through, I am not super eager to come back. The burger was juicy, but it didn't taste like anything. I would tell someone to go try it, it's good. So I've tried this place twice now. The first time wasn't all that great and then almost a year later... it's still not any better. The first time our burger was over cooked, we asked for medium and got medium well. The second time the BF and I ordered medium-rare and though he received his burger cooked the way he asked, mine was pretty rare. I usually don't mind rare for my steaks, but when it feels and tastes like I'm just raw mushed up meat as my hamburger, it's no good. But, the taste of the burger overall is tasty even when the meat was overcooked. With it being undercooked, it was really hard to get past it for me. So for me, in my opinion the inconsistency in how the burgers are cooked needs a lot of work, 2-Yelp Stars "could've been better". First time here and opted for the NV Elk Burger with fries and got a large side of onion rings. The burger was very flavorful and the onion rings were cooked golden, very crunchy and good. You order at the register and they bring the food out to you. You have options on how you want the meat cooked or they will just cook it the standard way. We were about 13 people in our group. Good fast burgers, BAD service. Been to all three locations & this one on SHARLANDS has the worst customer service. Got here 35 MINUTES before they closed. Girlfriend must've said to me 3 times during my order, with a dining room full of people, "orders to go only we need to clean the tables because we're closing". Like okay, cool. We are quick eaters ended up sitting on their table outside freezing and were out of there 10 minutes before they closed. Went in to get a refill of drink and all the tables and chairs were up. It's national cheeseburger day so the kids and I decided to stop into this NW burger shop. It was busy and we were still able to get a table quite quickly, lots of to-go orders but we decided to eat in tonight. The Cowboy was flavorful, I enjoyed their bbq sauce & appreciate the amount they put on. Their bacon is delicious and the combination of their fresh lettuce and tomato left me wishing they had a BLT option! I found my burger to be a little overcooked, I prefer a little pink. My kids loved their cheeseburgers, and to be honest, for $5 it might be the best quality kids meal to cost around, and I found the portions to be perfect for both my 8yo & 3yo. I have eaten here a handful of times over the years and recently stopped in with my 8 year old daughter. It's always good and they use beef from small producers. A little pico-de-gallo on there...Just delicious. Place is clean, organized and friendly. It's a family owned business which we prefer to engage these kind of establishments. Service was quick and helpful. Good job guys! Wifey had the Rueben on marble rye with garlic fries. Had a bite - delicious - juicy. Sauerkraut and Russian dressing was perfect on that sandwich. We were in the area and looking for a quick bite. The fries are the winner here. There are fries ranging from regular to garlic and sweet potato. They were perfectly salted and crispy too. Burger Me was pretty good. I came in with a friend for an early dinner. We had a coupon for a "Buy One, get One Half Off" burger. This came in handy as a "Build Your Own Burger" can get spendy and quickly. We were greeted by polite staff. They seemed to be slightly bored as it was only 4:30pm. There was a "Philly Cheesesteak" special that my friend ended up ordering for $9.95 with a side order of garlic fries. I ordered a "Build Your Own" with a white bun, chicken breast, lettuce, pickle, thousand island, grilled onion, and for a dollar extra each, cheddar slice and grilled mushrooms. The bill was around $25 before the coupon. The table we sat at was clean. The wall next to it though could use some love as you can tell the paint is starting to crack from being in close proximity to the table. There's a couple arcade-like machines to spend a quarter at should you be wanting to kill time while waiting for your order. There were some tvs with various sports games on and otherwise, it was a fairly quiet place. The wait for our dinner was not very long. Again, it was very early in the evening though. The garlic fries were the perfect amount of garlic-y without making you feel like it would seep through your pores later. They did seem just a little extra greasy though. My friend really enjoyed his sandwich. I believe he would go back in to have it. He seemed very pleased. My burger was good too but I wouldn't say it was anything to write home about. The chicken was just a little tough and I wish there'd been some more flavor to it. Everything on it was just fine. It was good and I wouldn't mind visiting again. It has been a while since we have been here. For our Friday lunch date, my wife and I decided to try it again. We stopped in about 12:30pm and were immediately greeted by a friendly face at the counter. We asked for a few minutes as it had been a while. There was no one behind us so we did not feel rushed. It did not feel too busy but appeared that about a third of the tables were occupied. We looked over the menu and my wife chose the Fish Sando (Atlantic cod, blackened, coleslaw & tartar sauce) while I choose the Big Dippa (Roast beef, onion strings, Swiss cheese with au jus & horseradish creme). I do not like horseradish, so asked for it without. We decided to also get a small order of fries and a small order of onion rings so we had the best of both worlds. We each ordered a medium drink which you fill on your own at the beverage counter. In addition to the usually sodas, they had three types of tea and house made lemonade. We were told they would bring our orders to us so we got our drinks and had a seat. The decor is simple but comfortable and clean. Our orders arrived in a timely manner and looked and tasted delicious. Total cost was about $25. We need to try their other locations as well - we highly recommend! read more

Today had been a tough day. My mom, has good days and bad days. Since my dad's passing in September, I noticed my mom's early Alzheimer's is becoming more evident. I never had Burger Me, so I was up for it! (I love trying new places). I ordered the basic burger and added cheese and grilled onions. And then a side of regular fries. Mom and I were both very pleased! The grilled onions were a great addition to the burger! And the french fries were fresh and delicious ! I ordered the regular size, but it was enough food that I have leftovers for later :) My best friend also ordered and got the bison burger. He added bleu cheese and grilled onions. Burger me offers quality foods in their preparations. The food is well prepared, and the staff is great with customer service. I just had a regular burger, but they also offer elk, bison, and some other meats options that you don't see very often. So why did I only give it 3 stars? One reason really; they serve Pepsi products. I don't like Pepsi products except on very rare occasions. If you don't like the stuff from Pepsi, then bring your own drink. We love the crispy, hand-cut fries and sweet potato fries, and, although prices are on the high side (where are they not?), the portions are very generous. The chicken sando is huge, and the whole menu is eclectic. My son loves the spicy chicken sando -- really spicy! -- and my daughter prefers the smaller slider. I love the veggie options.
