Veggie burgers and sweet potato fries were delicious! The food came quickly and in order of customers. Servers were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. While we were eating, a server came out and cleaned all the tables, restocked the condiments, and carried the dirty dishes to the kitchen. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Will return. read more

It brings me no pleasure to reduce my review for this business, but in light of our most recent order, I have to. Most times, the burgers we get from here are perfect, spot on, exactly the way we want them. So when my wife, for her 40th birthday, asked for a cheeseburger from her favorite burger place, I obliged. Her order is always the same - cheeseburger, pepperjack, well done. What we got was something akin to seared beef tar tar. Sure, the outside looked cooked, but her first couple bites revealed a cool, near raw center. This has never happened at Burger Me. But, for her 40th birthday, getting a raw cheeseburger literally left a bad taste in her mouth. I tried cooking the patty further in the air fryer, but at that point, her words - "I can't, I'm too grossed out." We're definitely gonna give them another chance at some point, but not until the "grossed out" memory of this uncooked burger fades from memory. We know what Burger Me can do.... this ain't it. 2 stars. read more

Delicious burgers and a great variety ! Very nice staff and food is ready quickly. They messed up my burger once but of course apologized and gave me another one on the house. I highly recommend!! read more

Solid but I wanted to like it more. The shake was great as well as the sweet potato fries. The burger was fine.

Stood at the counter to order and 5 employees stared at us then completely ignored us. Not a "we will be right with you" or even acknowledged we existed. Super rude. Walked out without ordering. Shame because we door dash the burgers at least once a month. Never again. Horrible customer service. read more

First off, love the fries. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like it. As for the Ahi Tuna Burger, it was okay, but it lacked pizzaz that would have made it shine. They advertise that it has Sriracha coleslaw and wasabi mayo, but you could have fooled me. Didn't taste anything spicy which is sorely needed. Must say that their regular burgers are quite good and I like how they make everything when you order it and not have pre-cooked burgers sitting around. Service was definitely fast and friendly. The place is clean and looks nice. Will definitely go back, but will probably stay with the meat options. read more

Food was amazing, staff is friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend.

Place was a little dirty and cashier was a little snooty, but food was great! Probably the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Garlic fries were very good, too. My blackened fish sandwich was amazing. We all finished our burgers and sandwiches and were licking our fingers at the end lol read more

The service here is quick and the employees were kind! As soon as we entered we were greeted and ordered our meals. I ordered the cowboy burger with the bacon on the side and some fries. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium. With a small wait, our meal came out. The burger looked so delicious and I was eager to take a bite. When I took a bite, I had a very well done burger which lacked flavor. All the toppings on the burger didn't help with the flavor but had a different texture at least. The only thing that really saved this meal were the fries which were perfect! I'm not sure if this was an off day or no one really orders the cowboy burger, but I'm hoping next time I come I'll have a flavorful meal. read more

My favorite is the Bison Burger. I tried it for the first time after living near one for 3 years. I should have gone sooner. Don't forget to order sweet potatoes fries read more

So I've tried this place twice now. The first time wasn't all that great and then almost a year later... it's still not any better. The first time our burger was over cooked, we asked for medium and got medium well. The second time the BF and I ordered medium-rare and though he received his burger cooked the way he asked, mine was pretty rare. I usually don't mind rare for my steaks, but when it feels and tastes like I'm just raw mushed up meat as my hamburger, it's no good. But, the taste of the burger overall is tasty even when the meat was overcooked. With it being undercooked, it was really hard to get past it for me. So for me, in my opinion the inconsistency in how the burgers are cooked needs a lot of work, 2-Yelp Stars "could've been better". Now my bf on the other hand really likes this place and he gives it 4stars because his burgers even though the first time was over cooked, the second time was cooked perfectly he enjoys their flavors. read more

Freakishly delicious! And hit the spot left right up. The French fries too not sure what's on them look like chives but who cares was delicious. Service was fast. Has small arcade for littles and the friend let's be honest I still play games too. You'll know that seeing me at press start event. But overall yea great little burger spot that you have options of meat even vegan chicken. And then build up or do personal favorites. I chose the bacon burger that had hint of spice with bacon straw fried onions and honestly a great combo for burger. Did my best to take a picture but was hard due to smell and taste. And yes they do have drive thru I just enjoy seating and taking my time eating what's good. read more

HAVE AGAIN: Chocolate milk shakes were very good, but server should have asked if we wanted whipped cream (we did not). He did a very good job making the shakes after scooping out the ice cream. Excellent service. And extensive menu. Best to eat inside. NOT HAVE AGAIN: Garlic fries just ok and were lukewarm. Hamburger slider had bun that was much too small for the patty - lots & lots of blue cheese, but it just did not come together. Fried fish sando had too much bread and mushy fish. None of these items were easy to eat while driving. read more

A few friends and I came here on a Sunday for lunch. We were very surprised how empty it was inside. We were the only ones in there the whole time! I guess Burger Me! is kind of in a weird / hidden location. I ordered the slider cheese burger because I wasn't that hungry. Our food came out VERY fast.....by the time we finished getting our drinks it was done! And you could tell it was just make and very fresh. The fries were super hot and smelled amazing. Super yummy Sweet potato fries too! To be honest I'm not really into juicy burgers. If you are, then you will love this place! The burgers were VERY juicy and made the buns wet. If I go back I will be getting the chicken burger. The portion sizes are really fair for the price. Definitely worth the money for the amount of food you get! read more

It's national cheeseburger day so the kids and I decided to stop into this NW burger shop. It was busy and we were still able to get a table quite quickly, lots of to-go orders but we decided to eat in tonight. The Cowboy was flavorful, I enjoyed their bbq sauce & appreciate the amount they put on. Their bacon is delicious and the combination of their fresh lettuce and tomato left me wishing they had a BLT option! I found my burger to be a little overcooked, I prefer a little pink. My kids loved their cheeseburgers, and to be honest, for $5 it might be the best quality kids meal to cost around, and I found the portions to be perfect for both my 8yo & 3yo. Overall a really good experience. read more

We always love this place. The food is made from scratch and never sits. It's always fresh! I get the black bean burger cooked very well done. Otherwise it's too soggy and falls apart. My husband gets the elk burger or chicken sandwich. We always order our fries extra crispy. The serving is HUGE! Could easily serve 3 people. Overall it's our go to place for cheap, fresh, and tasty food. We've dined both inside and have done take out. Either way it's always a knock out experience! Highly recommend this place for the burgers, fries, and ohhh did I mention shakes? I'm vegan so do not drink them, but my husband and friends swear they have the best milkshakes in all of Reno - simple, classic, and delicious! read more

Worst turkey burger I've ever had. Dry, tasteless, yuck. This town is the worse for food. I make 100x better food at home for a fraction of the price. At least try to make food taste good, TRY! read more

I live nearby this location and visited it about three years ago and wasn't impressed. I tried it again yesterday thinking maybe it was just an off day years ago and to give it another try. As a former restaurant owner why don't owners understand you NEED repeat customers and must impress your customers EACHand EVERY time. I ordered the $11 patty melt and was underwhelmed. The bread was a marbled rye and toasted well. The rest was mediocre at best. It had a smear of sauce and a whisper of sourkraut. Grilled onions were hiding somewhere? The chix burger for $12 was small, flat, and a soggy mess on a soft bun. Not anything memorable. Why don't chefs learn to stack burgers? Even if it's with cheap iceberg lettuce? Presentation is important. We just returned from Hawaii and enjoyed seven brother burgers. For the same price as this place you actually got a stacked, juicy burger. Even at Hawaii prices! The owner needs to retrain their line chefs and revisit their vision unless this is the slop they find acceptable. read more

It may be too early to tell on this place. We have never been there, so we decided to give them a try. We order a cheeseburger and fries just to try. I think it was just too expensive to charge me $14 for a burger! For being the first visit, and only using the drive-through, I am not super eager to come back. The burger was juicy, but it didn't taste like anything. I would tell someone to go try it, it's good. The price were OK, but they lack flavor that would make me say "this is worth the money." we asked for a small order, and we got a huge order of fries. I would have to go back and try and buy some burger or an elf burger, maybe even eat inside to see if perhaps this place is worth visiting for sure. read more

First time here and opted for the NV Elk Burger with fries and got a large side of onion rings. The burger was very flavorful and the onion rings were cooked golden, very crunchy and good. You order at the register and they bring the food out to you. You have options on how you want the meat cooked or they will just cook it the standard way. We were about 13 people in our group. People kept coming and going while we were there, seemed like a popular joint. read more

Good fast burgers, BAD service. Been to all three locations & this one on SHARLANDS has the worst customer service. Got here 35 MINUTES before they closed. Girlfriend must've said to me 3 times during my order, with a dining room full of people, "orders to go only we need to clean the tables because we're closing". Like okay, cool. We are quick eaters ended up sitting on their table outside freezing and were out of there 10 minutes before they closed. Went in to get a refill of drink and all the tables and chairs were up. Okay I work in the service industry too, and get everyone wants to go home I mean don't we all after work, but what was that about. AVOID this location and go to the other in Reno or Truckee. read more

5 star burger all-day-long. By far one of the best burgers in town. Great ingredients followed by perfection. Fast food yes, but it's quality. Prices are a couple dollars more than going through a drive thru, well worth it though. They have a variety of burger types, sides and shakes, house made condiments are a great addition as well. If you're looking for a great, fast, quality food- Burger Me's a great find. read more

After telling my sister from Southern California that the burgers are the best, I took her there tonight and it was awful. One side of the burger was burnt , it was so dry. I asked for extra grilled onions, I had just a few of them on it. It was so bad, I work down the street from this place and won't be coming back. My sister went up and ask to speak to the manager but the woman running the register said he's in the kitchen right now and will be out in about 10 minutes. Maybe he was cooking the burnt burgers in the back IDK. Customers service bad and burgers were horrible.! read more

I have eaten here a handful of times over the years and recently stopped in with my 8 year old daughter. It's always good and they use beef from small producers. It's definitely way better than fast food chains but with a special burger, fries and a drink it's over $20 so I give it 4 stars due to pricing. It's always clean and great service. Our son graduated UNR. Flew to Reno for the weekend ceremony. Burger Me! before heading back to Vegas. I had the Dirty Bird on a brioche with sweet potato fries. A little pico-de-gallo on there...Just delicious. Place is clean, organized and friendly. It's a family owned business which we prefer to engage these kind of establishments. Service was quick and helpful. Good job guys! Wifey had the Rueben on marble rye with garlic fries. Had a bite - delicious - juicy. Sauerkraut and Russian dressing was perfect on that sandwich. Homemade ranch and bleu cheese was thick and tasty. There are no excuses to pass this gem of a burger joint when you are in Reno. Stop by and see for yourself! read more

Burger Me was pretty good. I came in with a friend for an early dinner. We had a coupon for a "Buy One, get One Half Off" burger. This came in handy as a "Build Your Own Burger" can get spendy and quickly. We were greeted by polite staff. They seemed to be slightly bored as it was only 4:30pm. There was a "Philly Cheesesteak" special that my friend ended up ordering for $9.95 with a side order of garlic fries. I ordered a "Build Your Own" with a white bun, chicken breast, lettuce, pickle, thousand island, grilled onion, and for a dollar extra each, cheddar slice and grilled mushrooms. The bill was around $25 before the coupon. The table we sat at was clean. The wall next to it though could use some love as you can tell the paint is starting to crack from being in close proximity to the table. There's a couple arcade-like machines to spend a quarter at should you be wanting to kill time while waiting for your order. There were some tvs with various sports games on and otherwise, it was a fairly quiet place. The wait for our dinner was not very long. Again, it was very early in the evening though. The garlic fries were the perfect amount of garlic-y without making you feel like it would seep through your pores later. They did seem just a little extra greasy though. My friend really enjoyed his sandwich. I believe he would go back in to have it. He seemed very pleased. My burger was good too but I wouldn't say it was anything to write home about. The chicken was just a little tough and I wish there'd been some more flavor to it. Everything on it was just fine. It was good and I wouldn't mind visiting again. There are menus at the front in case you would like to take one with you. Definitely not a bad place to grab a quick bite and relax. I would recommend it to a friend. read more

It has been a while since we have been here. For our Friday lunch date, my wife and I decided to try it again. We stopped in about 12:30pm and were immediately greeted by a friendly face at the counter. We asked for a few minutes as it had been a while. There was no one behind us so we did not feel rushed. It did not feel too busy but appeared that about a third of the tables were occupied. We looked over the menu and my wife chose the Fish Sando (Atlantic cod, blackened, coleslaw & tartar sauce) while I choose the Big Dippa (Roast beef, onion strings, Swiss cheese with au jus & horseradish creme). I do not like horseradish, so asked for it without. We decided to also get a small order of fries and a small order of onion rings so we had the best of both worlds. We each ordered a medium drink which you fill on your own at the beverage counter. In addition to the usually sodas, they had three types of tea and house made lemonade. We were told they would bring our orders to us so we got our drinks and had a seat. The decor is simple but comfortable and clean. Our orders arrived in a timely manner and looked and tasted delicious. Total cost was about $25. We need to try their other locations as well - we highly recommend! read more
