Quick and polite service with quite a few burgers to choose from, including Bison burgers. Fries are tasty and so are the onion rings. Check it out, it's right next to the theater.

First timers here on a Sunday afternoon 2/9/25. At first glance this place has a really nice vibe. The decor matches their menu, with pictures of a Cow, Pig, Bison and Chicken,...interesting. It's actually very nice. The service on the otherhand could improve. The girl that took our order wasn't too friendly. Actually, both employees I interacted with could benefit from training on Customer Service. Another thing that caught my eye was that there was an unusual amount of dust on the napkin dispenser at our table (see picture). Thinking it was just ours that was possibly missed at cleaning, I checked the booths in front and behind us and both dispensers had quite a bit of dust on top of them as well. Ugh, not something you want to see before you even get your food. Oh well, the rest of the place looked really clean, so we just hoped for the best for our food. I had the build a Burger which was $8.95, added cheese for $1.50 and made it a combo for an additional $3.50, to add fries and a drink. My burger was good and although I ordered it well done, it wasn't dry. It was also seasoned well. The French Fries were cooked well, but a bit too salty for my taste. My husband ordered a sandwhich from the "Favorites!" menu. He actually made his a combo for an additional $3.50. He had a beer, so he actually did not get to benefit from the soft drink in the combo. I don't really like this system. I think it's safe to say, we didn't have the best Burger Me first experience.

    Re-do. Separate meat and bread.

This is the classic greasy burger joint, and you can tell as you slide up to place your order. The onion rings are BIG, but just remember to use your napkins to soak up the excess fat before it settles into the batter. I couldn't finish the onion rings, but neither could the people that left before me. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak as it was one of the featured pictures on the menu. It probably sat a little too long as the bread got soggy and fell apart. It's hard to eat a cheesesteak with only the top bun. The staff was quick in making another sandwich and separating the bread from the meat/cheese/toppings so that it wouldn't get soggy. The cooking can vary any day of the week. As this was a Saturday after movies finish, I was imagining a different dining experience. It may also be the item that I ordered. Other places I have reviewed make top-notch Philly cheesesteaks, so it may be unfair to compare Burger Me to these places. If you're hungry after a movie, you should give it a try and make up your own opinion.

Simply put, good burgers. Because they don't rush cooking the thick chunk of meat {you may need to take one bun off to get your mouth around it}, they use fresh veggies and the cheese is melted so good that I wanted to drink it...yes I said it. Drink cheese. The onion rings crispy and then chewy. Folks are friendly and the environment is nice too

You want a beer, burger and some fries? Burger me always hits the spot. Nothing fancy, but just solid grub in South Reno. I love their sweet potato fries- crispy and soft at the same time and you can taste the sweet potato. The cowboy burger and bbq bison burger and ahi tuna burgers are favorites. The garlic fries are too garlicky for my taste, but if you LOVE garlic you won't be disappointed. Great price, fast service, convenient location with a video arcade inside for kids, I think burger me is a great addition to summit mall, and some of the most affordable food in the area. It always fills you up and they are always consistent, you know what you're going to get with burger me there's never a surprise.

The lighting fixtures were fun and unique. There were tvs everywhere. Of course one was tuned to atmosphere and some bar trivia was playing. We started off dinner with some fried wontons. They were flavorful and cooked well. We ordered the French onion soup and the chef's burger with fries. The soup said on the menu it came with homemade croutons but instead it came with generic saltine crackers. Also it was made with red onion instead of yellow onion which was a ... choice. The burger, however, was perfect. The flavors were good, it was cooked exactly as ordered, medium rare. Our waitress was great. We absolutely loved her. Even though she was the only waitress there she was on her game. She was honest and professional and really had a great personality. Food came out in a timely fashion. The cocktails were delicious. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our time here and if we happen to be passing through again we would stop here.

I was anticipating this location was bigger from it's outter appearance. Service as a whole started off very slow to start with just waters. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Kudos to your kitchen! We had a great family night and thank you Bianca. We can't wait to come back to use the remainder of our credits and spend our tickets.

There was a variety of games and not one was out of order which was amazing. You also get a lot of games for the amount that you pay for . The down fall was the prizes. 300 tickets for a baby bottle pop?!! Like what that's ridiculous. Service: Seems like our server was new like it was probably his fist day new . He didn't really know the menu, he constantly forgot our drink orders, and he kept putting things in front of my 1 year old. When he took our drink order he took everyone's except my boyfriends. Food: We were 6 and a baby . I ordered Wings and a side of fries . The menu says you'll get wings with a side of celery stickS. My face was in shock when I saw my one little sad celery stick by itself. My boyfriends niece ordered a chicken salad and that was the saddest chicken breast I had ever seen it was super thin and rubbery . My son got the chicken strips that he didn't want to eat cause they too were supper rubbery as if they made them and then stuck them in the microwave rubbery/dry. My sister in law got a burger and fries and she spent the night throwing up the burger. The others got a variety of stuff and they were all subpar . We also got fried pickles as an appetizer which were the smallest pickles I've seen and not really fried texture more like flimsy. Overall I would not recommend to eat at Dave and busters . The arcade I would just let them know about the prizes ahead of time .

The young hostess sat at the table, put the menus on the table and walked away.. My wife and I proceeded to sit there for a solid 20 minutes, during these 20 minutes six additional tables were seated around us. They all had their waters taken to them. Some of them placed their orders and some of them received their water and their drink orders and their food orders within that 20 minutes, we sat there waiting for our waitress, our waiter to come take our order. Finally, we got up and went back to the hostess desk and asked the hostess if she could find the manager she asked her a problem and I said yeah we haven't received any service since you saw us and she goes. Oh where did I see you're at and let me tell you we were out in the middle right by where she was standing seating all the other people. She went on to find her manager, which took exactly 11 more minutes because she could not find the manager. When he did show up, clearly, he must've been outside because he came in with sunglasses on his head. He introduced himself he said what can I do for you? I want to explain to him how we sat for 20 minutes and no one waited at us and we waited another 11 minutes to speak to him clearly there's some issues with customer service. He tried to offer us to buy us dinner and try to make it up to us, which was very honorable the sad part about all this is they weren't that busy and there was waitresses and waiters all around us and no one took the time to find out why we were sitting there and not being helped. The top it all off the hostess who is young is just stupid. She's young and dumb and stupid. Clearly BJ's brewhouse needs to do a lot more training with their customer service in the front of house. this was a horrible experience and I will tell you that we'll probably never go back to BJ's brewhouse again. I really can't say anything bad about the food cause we didn't get anything. We didn't even get a glass of water so I will tell you this there are a lot better options in Reno Nevada than BJ's brewhouse.
