I had a good experience here tonight. Figured I'd share. I think most people just complain about fast food on here. I wish I could take that 1-star away. That is how bad it is. very rude staff. First, they gave my husband a hard time picking up my order because even with him showing the print of my UberEats. I had to leave my job and go there and when I asked the staff and supposedly manager her name to file a formal complaint she responded "none of my business". She did not know my husband is also Latino and tried to shit-talk him in Spanish. Then the lady got upset because I was upset and refused to hand me my food After almost 20 minutes of recording them walking back and forth without handing me my food or paying me any mind I left. Worst service ever. Asked my my boyfriend if he wanted my soda on the side of his meal like obviously he was buying my drink with no meal. Then we went back today had two coupons he never gave the coupon numbers and they said pull to the window which we did. Then the employees say that they never said to pull to the window when THEY DID. We order one sandwich which required no coupon but for some reason the employees put in a coupon WE DID NOT HAVE, at the point we still didn't give her the whopper coupon. I don't think I've ever come to this Burger King and have received the correct order. They always find some way to mess it up, even if it's not a custom order. One time I ordered a whopper with no mayo and instead received a whopper with only mayo in an excessive amount. I've tried giving this place a chance so many times but it's not worth it. I have been to this Burger King many times. It is my favorite place and I usually get the same thing every time I come in which is the crispy chicken sandwich. No, I don't eat here all the time, but when I do, I am here for 10-15 minutes just sitting there, waiting for them to get my food together. They bring my food and two of the orders were not correct. We had already been waiting for 18 minutes. Also, as we were pulling up, there were lines of cars waiting for there drive thru food to come out. Behind the counter it looks like the whole staff is doing a good job, then why does it take a half an hour for them to simply just get my order right. I love Burger King, but this specific one in West Boylston truly sucks. Everyone is slow and they get orders wrong all the time. RANT WARNING; To First Start Off They Don't Even Deserve The One Star That I Gave Them. The Whole Place Is Immature And Definitely Need Not Only New Staff But A New Manager. As We Pulled In There Were 10 Cars Parked For 15 Minutes Waiting For Their Food To Be Done. So I Went Up To The Counter And Told The Manager That It Was Wrong, Instead Of A Crispy Chicken Sandwich My Fiancé Got A Spicy Chicken Sandwich Which She Couldn't Eat. The Manager Did Not Tell Me Her Name And Just Told Me To Wait For Our Other Sandwich. At The Point We Were All Mad And Frustrated So We Took Off. When We Got Home Our Stomachs Were In Pain. I tried to stop for breakfast on TWO different occasions before work in the morning & both times it took so long for someone to answer the drive thru I didn't even stay long enough to order. Since I'm terrified to visit the Burger King on Madison street in Worcester, I figured I'd give this one a try since I had a craving for a burger and was in the area. This location didn't fail to disappoint, in fact I had a terrible experience, one that will put me off Burger King for a long time, if not forever. I visited through the drive-thru and activated my coupon via the BK app. The voice over the drive thru speaker was rude and impatient. After ordering and pulling up at the window I read the cashier the coupon code and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. She came back a minute later and told me that I can't use the coupon and that it's "common sense to tell her that I have a coupon before pulling up to the window " after arguing back and forth with her she gave me my food. She was the rudest person I've ever met, if my child wasn't in the car I would have went in and told her off. Her name was Ariana and she has the most disgusting personality and she should not be working in customer service.
