I wish I could take that 1-star away. That is how bad it is. very rude staff. First, they gave my husband a hard time picking up my order because even with him showing the print of my UberEats. I had to leave my job and go there and when I asked the staff and supposedly manager her name to file a formal complaint she responded "none of my business". She did not know my husband is also Latino and tried to shit-talk him in Spanish. I don't think I've ever come to this Burger King and have received the correct order. They always find some way to mess it up, even if it's not a custom order. One time I ordered a whopper with no mayo and instead received a whopper with only mayo in an excessive amount. I've tried giving this place a chance so many times but it's not worth it. I have been to this Burger King many times. It is my favorite place and I usually get the same thing every time I come in which is the crispy chicken sandwich. No, I don't eat here all the time, but when I do, I am here for 10-15 minutes just sitting there, waiting for them to get my food together. They bring my food and two of the orders were not correct. We had already been waiting for 18 minutes. Also, as we were pulling up, there were lines of cars waiting for there drive thru food to come out. Behind the counter it looks like the whole staff is doing a good job, then why does it take a half an hour for them to simply just get my order right. I love Burger King, but this specific one in West Boylston truly sucks. Everyone is slow and they get orders wrong all the time. Since I'm terrified to visit the Burger King on Madison street in Worcester, I figured I'd give this one a try since I had a craving for a burger and was in the area. This location didn't fail to disappoint, in fact I had a terrible experience, one that will put me off Burger King for a long time, if not forever. I visited through the drive-thru and activated my coupon via the BK app. The voice over the drive thru speaker was rude and impatient. After ordering and pulling up at the window I read the cashier the coupon code and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. She came back a minute later and told me that I can't use the coupon and that it's "common sense to tell her that I have a coupon before pulling up to the window " after arguing back and forth with her she gave me my food. She was the rudest person I've ever met, if my child wasn't in the car I would have went in and told her off. Her name was Ariana and she has the most disgusting personality and she should not be working in customer service.
