Took 25 minutes just to order food in the drive thru when there was only 1 car in front of us, and took an extra 30 minutes to get our food when we got through the windows. Got our order wrong too. Horrible service read more

We ordered about 30 dollars worth of food. For one, the girl at the window had major attitude, (right around 1:00 pm Saturday Feb. 7.) We were missing 1 of our fries, and she argued with me, claiming she knew it was in the bag! I had to pull all the food out of the bag to prove to her that it was missing, because she was determined not to give us our food, like we were trying to steal a $3.00 fry! And the fry that was in the bag was only half full. (I have pictures.) ALL our food was in ONE small bag! Cheddar bites, a huge steakhouse whopper, one regular whopper, a spicy chicken wrap, one fry (because we were missing one), the cheddar bites and an apple pie. Are bags really so costly that we couldn't have a second one? The food was smushed! I'm beginning to see why everyone tells me "If you're craving BK, go to Somersworth!!" I will take that advice from now on!! I gave 3 stars because the burgers were delicious, and so were the cheddar bites. (kudos to the cook!) Sadly, the fries were cold! I NEVER (and I mean, never!) leave bad reviews! I just couldn't help myself this time. That girl shouldn't work with the public! You treat people kindly because you never know what's going on in their lives. In fact, we had just come from a funeral. That cocky look she kept giving us.....and to argue over such a little thing.......shameful. Sincerely, P.B. read more

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER using DOORDASH from Burger King on N. Main St in Rochester. The staff moves like Zombies, are rude and don't care how long you have to wait for your delivery . Wendy's, McDonald's and Taco Bell are far superior as far as restaurants you can order through. read more

minus 1 star if possible. The service here is HORRABLE. And Rude! Go to the manager and complain and nothing is done. I love Burger King but NOT this one. They need to teach customer service. read more

The service here is slooooow and sloppy. The smallest of orders can have you sitting at the window for at least 5 minutes, sometimes longer. Everyone working here looks grubby, unwashed, no hair nets, it's gross. Had a long hair in my burger last time we went here, won't ever go back! read more

I want to barf. Hairy tape in the food and drenched wrap. 1. We ordered a spicy wrap. It's lukewarm and The wrap is swimming in sauce so I can't taste anything and I couldnt even take it out of the packaging. 2. The worker at the payment window wouldn't let us use our BK app. Said we had to do so when ordering? 3. After the first bite of the wrap I started to not feel good and genuinely concerned of the food because of the attitude of the worker. Felt like they did something to our food and as I'm thinking that my sister took a bite of her ice cream and pulled out of her mouth a hairy moldy looking piece of tape. What in the actual hell are you trying to do to people??? Reporting. read more

Super slow service. Since nobody comes to the order desk, we ordered via App. Their app is not good and I learned even extra tomato has extra charge. No napkins are provided. Waiting time is so long. Burger and fries were cold. I will never come this branch. read more

I admit I don't normally review the fast food burger joints. But two recent stops at this location plus two other locations have changed my mind on BK. My usual quick stop has been the competition (Mcky D) but value is getting short on their menu. Take for example the BK 2for5 Whopper Jr combo. Not bad considering all the options. My breakfast today was a coupon deal for 2 Croissant'wich sandwiches, medium hash browns (really tater tots) and medium coffee. Service was quick and polite- though my salt&pepper missed out. Coffee hot and done the way I asked for. The place is clean and so was the mens room (though dark lit, maybe a bulb out?) Not five stars but maybe just four this time all things considered. For a quick bite, it stays on the list! read more

Look, it's fast food. It's never going to be five star dining. But considering that you SHOULD know what you're in for when you go, I've always had good luck here. Fast service, generally friendly employees, and today the team went out of their way to ensure my mother's fish sandwich was fresh. Everything we ordered was exactly as it should have been, and the online ordering and pickup through the drive thru couldn't have been easier. We'll be back the next time we're feeling like something quick and easy. read more

These dregs can barely keep soda in stock at this place, always out of different sodas, every damn week. Never get an order right and food i received today, after 12 minutes in the drive thru was ice cold! I lodged a complaint with the local health department. This Burger King needs a serious remodel. The bathrooms were dirty and outdated. The dining area was dirty with ginger prints all over glass, dirty chair backs, wobbly chairs, no napkins out to wipe down tables. Very disappointed, the burgers were cold as they were waiting for fries. Drink counter was horrendous. This place needs some serious help. We will not be back. read more

i don't know who the manager is working at night but she is very rude. my family placed a online order 2 be picked up at 8:15. we came a bit early but when we said the name for the online at the drive thru the guy on headset said okay pull up in a very annoyed attitude. when we pulled up 2 the drive thru window we were handed the wrong order. when we tried to explain that it was wrong the "manager" approached us in a very condescending tone saying that we must've ordered to the wrong store, even after we told her the address that we placed the online at. we tried showing her the receipt but she kept saying she "couldn't see it" and then insisted that what was on the receipt wasn't on the receipt and then refused to look at it again after we tried making it clearer for her vision. she then started to lash out when we tried to explain how she was wrong but she wouldn't even let us talk. she kept talking over us even when we tried to be as nice as possible just trying to find a common ground. 0/10 experience, this place really needs to work on there customer service and just politeness towards people in general. do better. read more

This happened at Burger King in Rochester . We get our meal and sat in truck to eat. I am saying to myself after a couple of bites; this tastes funny almost like it is burnt. So I lift the edge of the bun and this is what I find. Dumbfounded that someone would actually prepare this burger like this. I tell Tom, we need to go back through the drive thru. I am going to complain. We show the blonde lady at the window and she said "I can't do anything about that, its half eaten" Tom said "I took 3 bites of it and felt that something was not right" the thing is charred!!! I said we want my money back at this point. She tells the other lady, she said I can't give you your money back - you ate half of the sandwich. We said "How can that cook put this sandwich together like that and actually give that to a customer?" Tom says let me talk to a manager. The other lady said "my manager is not here right now" she said I can give you another one. I said "NOT BURNT LIKE THAT ONE" She gives us the bag and she was very rude and walked off. ( the brown haired lady ) I said what is her name I am going to put in a complaint... The blonde lady looks over at the other lady and says in a sassy voice, "HER NAME IS VIRGINIA"... I said that is all I need !!! We never even got a receipt. I will compose an email and show that picture of the charred bun and mention the Service we were given. NEVER AGAIN !!!! read more

I have been too this location 2 times for breakfast the past few months. I am writing this review during the Covid19 pandemic, so I was only able to use the drive thru. On both visits, I had the same lady providing service. She is very kind, friendly and very pleasant! Their breakfast food is good, some things better than others. I fo find that even when I'm the only customer in line, I always end up waiting and waiting for my food. However, the food always tastes fresh and just made. Because of that factor, I let the wait time slide. I'm giving 3 stars because both times I visited, a month or more apart, they were out of stock of many things. Ordered French toast sticks, but out of syrup. Order apple juice, they are out. Order orange juice, they are out. After a while this is a bit annoying. This could be due to the current pandemic, places might not be getting things in stock like before. I will return, and update my review. read more

I have been there quite a few times and the burgers are cold even after pulling up for my turn to order and then having to wait thinking they're making it just to be disappointed even after calling the manager and explaining my issues. Ordered on their mobile app. When we got there no one answered the drive thru or window. This place has the rudest waitstaff and do not listen. I clearly asked for Coke Zero and got root beer. Also, requested bar b que sauce and never got any. Ordered chicken nuggets burnt as could be. This location is horrible. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was dirty. There was only one table that had people sitting at it and all of the other tables were very dirty and had food crumbs all over them. The drive thru had a few cars. We were the only ones waiting to order and it took 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. The soda machine had no ice and no soda. When we went to the counter to ask for drinks from the drive thru machine the lady was rude and came back and said "we have no coke" and handed me back my empty cup. When we got our food the order was wrong and our sandwiches had no condiments on them ( and I paid extra to add cheese) We went up and asked for a refund because after 30 minutes we didn't want to wait any longer for fast food. We were told that they were not authorized to give refunds and that we would have to come back when the manager was available. Needless to say we won't be going back read more

I wouldn't even say thing place deserves a one star. Not only was our food cold it was hard. Then at the window we were accused of making fun of the person operating the headset when we didn't. I can't describe how uncomfortable I was, I almost threw up because of the hostility coming from the person who was confronting us. Not to mention what looks like the manger was staring at us threw the window while the whole thing was happening. I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED in the service that I just revived that I downloaded this stupid app to leave this review. Ridiculous. P.s the food went to the dog and he didn't even touch it thanks for wasting my money. read more

Not bad for considering it's fast food. What can I say.. This location it kept clean and staff is generally pleasant on a all around basic.

This place is very dirty. The floors were filthy. The kitchen was filthy and the Men's room had ketchup on the walls. I won't be back.

Poor management. The manager was busy but she was cursing us for coming in at 10 to 11. Then sat us. My wife said the ppl were giving her dirty looks and she didn't know why. It's because we came in at 10 min to tenYou should of just said dining room is closed instead of serving is. Then the cashier comes over to ask us to leave and I told him after I eat and he got mad and stormed off , then the manager comes over with some bull shit excuse that it's a hazard to be in here at the dining room is closed. I have never heard of someone actually telling you to leave as your eating the food that they just served you and saw you sit down. The management needs to get there act together, as the drive thru was still open till 1100. Customers service gets a 2 cuz it wasn't the cashiers fault, it was the cursing managers fault. Rude and condescending. Not only charges for sauce packets, but charges 27 cents. You want me to stand there counting out pennies and holding up the line?
