We ordered about 30 dollars worth of food. For one, the girl at the window had major attitude, (right around 1:00 pm Saturday Feb. 7.) We were missing 1 of our fries, and she argued with me, claiming she knew it was in the bag! I had to pull all the food out of the bag to prove to her that it was missing, because she was determined not to give us our food, like we were trying to steal a $3.00 fry! And the fry that was in the bag was only half full. (I have pictures.) ALL our food was in ONE small bag! Cheddar bites, a huge steakhouse whopper, one regular whopper, a spicy chicken wrap, one fry (because we were missing one), the cheddar bites and an apple pie. Are bags really so costly that we couldn't have a second one? The food was smushed! I'm beginning to see why everyone tells me "If you're craving BK, go to Somersworth!!" I will take that advice from now on!! I gave 3 stars because the burgers were delicious, and so were the cheddar bites. (kudos to the cook!) Sadly, the fries were cold! I NEVER (and I mean, never!) leave bad reviews! I just couldn't help myself this time. That girl shouldn't work with the public! You treat people kindly because you never know what's going on in their lives. In fact, we had just come from a funeral. Look, it's fast food. It's never going to be five star dining. But considering that you SHOULD know what you're in for when you go, I've always had good luck here. Fast service, generally friendly employees, and today the team went out of their way to ensure my mother's fish sandwich was fresh. I admit I don't normally review the fast food burger joints. But two recent stops at this location plus two other locations have changed my mind on BK. My usual quick stop has been the competition (Mcky D) but value is getting short on their menu. Take for example the BK 2for5 Whopper Jr combo. Not bad considering all the options. My breakfast today was a coupon deal for 2 Croissant'wich sandwiches, medium hash browns (really tater tots) and medium coffee. Service was quick and polite- though my salt&pepper missed out. Coffee hot and done the way I asked for. The place is clean and so was the mens room (though dark lit, maybe a bulb out?) Not five stars but maybe just four this time all things considered. The dining area was dirty with ginger prints all over glass, dirty chair backs, wobbly chairs, no napkins out to wipe down tables. i don't know who the manager is working at night but she is very rude. my family placed a online order 2 be picked up at 8:15. we came a bit early but when we said the name for the online at the drive thru the guy on headset said okay pull up in a very annoyed attitude. when we pulled up 2 the drive thru window we were handed the wrong order. when we tried to explain that it was wrong the "manager" approached us in a very condescending tone saying that we must've ordered to the wrong store, even after we told her the address that we placed the online at. we tried showing her the receipt but she kept saying she "couldn't see it" and then insisted that what was on the receipt wasn't on the receipt and then refused to look at it again after we tried making it clearer for her vision. she then started to lash out when we tried to explain how she was wrong but she wouldn't even let us talk. she kept talking over us even when we tried to be as nice as possible just trying to find a common ground. 0/10 experience, this place really needs to work on there customer service and just politeness towards people in general. do better. read more

This happened at Burger King in Rochester . We get our meal and sat in truck to eat. I am saying to myself after a couple of bites; this tastes funny almost like it is burnt. So I lift the edge of the bun and this is what I find. Dumbfounded that someone would actually prepare this burger like this. I tell Tom, we need to go back through the drive thru. I am going to complain. We show the blonde lady at the window and she said "I can't do anything about that, its half eaten" Tom said "I took 3 bites of it and felt that something was not right" the thing is charred!!! I have been too this location 2 times for breakfast the past few months. I am writing this review during the Covid19 pandemic, so I was only able to use the drive thru. On both visits, I had the same lady providing service. She is very kind, friendly and very pleasant! Their breakfast food is good, some things better than others. I fo find that even when I'm the only customer in line, I always end up waiting and waiting for my food. However, the food always tastes fresh and just made. Because of that factor, I let the wait time slide. I'm giving 3 stars because both times I visited, a month or more apart, they were out of stock of many things. Ordered French toast sticks, but out of syrup. Order apple juice, they are out. Order orange juice, they are out. After a while this is a bit annoying. This could be due to the current pandemic, places might not be getting things in stock like before. I will return, and update my review. read more

So we called and the lady who answered said they were closed and she had no idea how I would go about getting my money back. This location is horrible. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was dirty. There was only one table that had people sitting at it and all of the other tables were very dirty and had food crumbs all over them. The drive thru had a few cars. We were the only ones waiting to order and it took 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. The soda machine had no ice and no soda. When we went to the counter to ask for drinks from the drive thru machine the lady was rude and came back and said "we have no coke" and handed me back my empty cup. When we got our food the order was wrong and our sandwiches had no condiments on them ( and I paid extra to add cheese) We went up and asked for a refund because after 30 minutes we didn't want to wait any longer for fast food.
