The manager Dina and the entire staff were amazing, I was having a very bad day and I was greeted with a smile. They explained to me the things that were on sale or a.k.a. the deals. My food was served very quickly, very fresh, extremely hot. They asked me how my day was and the little conversation we had while we were waiting for the food was very nice on a human level. Overall in a day and age where everybody seems to be nasty, everybody seems to be in a rush, it was such a pleasant surprise to find the opposite here. Besides that the bathroom and the restaurant area were meticulously spotless. And even though it's a snowy day and everybody's dragging in their boots with black snow The cleanup guy is on top of it and it doesn't seem like the floor is dirty not even for one second. Do not order on the kiosks! I just wanted a frozen coke. Apparently the machines won't tell you if something is out of stock. This is the second time this happened to me. I paid and then they told me they don't have it and asked if I wanted any other drink. I said no and asked if I could be refunded and they said no. So I was forced to choose a different drink or just waste my money. Refunds should be given if you don't have what someone paid for. read more

This is my first visit to this totally renovated location. Restaurant is modern and beautiful. Tried to order on the kiosk but it did not approve our Apple pay twice so we just ordered with the employee at the counter. We got two bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit sandwiches. The bacon was a little tough but other than that it was good. Enjoyed the television which had on a news channel and availed myself of the complimentary Wi Fi. The bathrooms are just for one person and they are huge. There is a small kiddie play area but it looks like a few cubby holes and does not appear to be very exciting. read more

Burger King is easily #3 when your talking about fast food burger chains, its also kind of rare to find one in Rockland so when i was passing through New City recently i figured id give their Big King ( their version of the Big Mac) a shot. With a name like BIG KING you would expect a big burger but this burger was very very small, in fact it was the same exact size as my brothers burger off their dollar menu. Go to BK only for the whopper, they really offer nothing else. read more

Went through the drive through this evening, the workers seemed like they were in agony to work and take orders. Terrible customer service, gave him my discover card, said they didn't accept it, gave him my master card, said it didn't go through , finally gave him my debit which went through. When I got home, one of the items charged on the receipt was missing and upon checking my master card transactions, I found out I was in fact charged. So they left out an item and charged me 30$ twice. They need to get new staff, or properly train the ones they have currently! read more

Food is awesome. Haven't had BK in such a long time. There's something about BK food, a flavor, that MCD just doesn't have. Burgers are fantastic. Fries are semi thick cut, which I don't care for, but are great nonetheless. Onion rings are processed - I didn't see onions in it. Would definitely go back. read more

I came here with my dad, Recently he was talking about how when I was a little girl like 2 or 3 years old , he used to take me, he said , cthis Burger King was named Carol's or something. he said the menu was very similar to burger king, in fact the restaurant layout has changed very little in the last 40 years. Dad was happy with his whopper meal, I am more health conscientious, so I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo or sauce with lettuce and tomato. If dad did not enjoy his whopper I would have rated 1 or 2 stars. I am no longer fond of fast food because of obvious, lack of health benefits. read more

I am not much of a fast food fan, but I do like a good Whopper with cheese, tomato and mustard. We recently moved nearby and the New City Burger King is our nearest burger joint. In two years, they have NEVER, not once, gotten my order right. I know to always pull over and check before driving off, but now, with pandemic protocols, I can't even park the car, go inside and request that the order be corrected. Wow a review for Burger King. Well i have to cause today i tried the Bacon chedder XL burger you know the new Gi-Nourmous burger on the menu. I have to say its legitimately good. The newly renovated, under new management BK is excellent. Extremely clean (I stopped going there before they closed down because between how the place looked and the how the staff kept their uniforms, it seemed unsanitary). Food never tasted great. Kitchen cleansiness always questionable. With new renovations and management, beautiful, modern looking, fries always hot, staff extremely friendly, fast service. 10x better than the McDonalds down the road. Worth the try! read more

I recently moved to Rockland County and was happy to see an old friend Burger King so close by... Got a large order of onion rings and pulled up to the window... Happy oh so happy...I asked for an extra zesty sauce and disaster!! First the cashier informed me that I would have to pay $.11 for an extra sauce. Ok annoyed...this has never happened to me but I handed her a dollar and she rolled her eyes, went over to the register and rang it up. She returned with my change and dropped a penny out of her hand onto the ground and said sorry. I am now beyond annoyed and politely tell her that since she charged me for an extra sauce I would like my penny. She responds "Well now I have to get my manager." Ok... Not my problem, go ahead. She closes the window that I can clearly see through and I see her looking on the nasty restaurant floor for change. Ok...ok I get that change is full of germs but COME ON... Are you serious? After a good 30 seconds the manager and cashier have a chat and a penny appears. My friend the cashier opens the window and hands me my penny and abruptly walks away from the window... WITHOUT GIVING ME THE SAUCE!! I am now laughing hysterically and she opens the window expecting the next customer. I ask for my sauce and finally receive it. As I pull away I look in my rearview and see an eight car back up at the drive thru. Burger King was it worth it? Not for me... I will not be back... read more

Went to grab lunch today. Food was about what to expect from BK so no complaints there but give Wendy's anyway. My issue was the cleanliness of the place. While overall the place was clean but the floor was sticky all over. Not just in one area but nearly the entire dining area and ordering area. It's like the whole floor was mopped with soda. I mentioned it to them. Not sure how quickly they addressed it as I was only there for 20 minutes. Not saying this was a normal thing for this location but it shouldn't have been left like that. Just ruins the atmosphere. 3 stars for the BK food but that's personal opinion and same 3 stars for cleanliness. read more

My wife And I went here 20 minutes before closing and where asked if we where staying or if it was to go. My wife replied that we where staying and then we where told 3 times that they where closing soon. I have worked fast food and retail before so I understand it can be frustrating when people come in around closing time when all you want to do is clean up and go home. However I have never made anyone feel like they needed to leave because we where closing soon. Especially when they still had almost a half an hour before closing. In fact I have had people walk In 2 minutes before We closed. Was I upset? Of course I was. But did I make them feel they needed to hurry up and leave? No, I sucked It up and then bitched about it later to my coworkers and friends like normal respectful people do. What makes it worse Is the fact thay the person saying these things to us was the manager. I can almost understand a young person doing this but for management to act this way is completely unacceptable. I have ate here many times But after tonight I will never be coming back again. read more
