Strictly Business…read more Today was Black Friday and busy at the food court for lunch. BK was our choice and we stood in a short line. Once it was our turn to order, it was all business with our order taker. We placed our order, she asked the appropriate questions, we answered, and we paid. We stepped to the side, she called up the next customer. Efficient if not friendly, and we waited for our food. Someone else let me know our order would take a minute because of the Whopper, and orders placed after ours started to get filled. Better to not have to wait, but nice that they let us know instead of us just wondering why numbers 5, 6, and 7 were filled before our number 4. The minute was optimistic, it was a few extra minutes, but finally our food was ready. My Whopper with cheese was excellent. I really do like their sandwich. There is a lot of common seating at the food court, or maybe it is called the food festival. It was busy, but we still found a table. I enjoyed my food while watching an indoor Ferris Wheel. Second, one of the drinks was missing. I made sure to check twice to make sure that the drink wasn't under my car or that I somehow missed it before going back inside. I explained that one drink was missing and the girl insisted that I had the drink. I told her she could come look in my car and finally she said "just take it." Wow! As if we spent $60 on food plus tipped and I tried to steal a $3 drink. After this experience I won't be back. If management cares, this happened on July 9th around 7:45pm and it was the shortest girl working. I would have loved to give her a piece of my mind but my family was at a funeral all day and I just wanted to go home.

I have not had exceptional customer service from an establishment and/or pizzeria on day one that does not wither at some point down the line. Until I started ordering from Village Pizza. Everyone, and I mean everyone I've met has been nothing short of delightful. Which is refreshing if you've tried other pizzerias. From remembering names to remembering orders. I have personally seen this treatment of every person that walks through their door. And! The time they tell you it's gonna be ready, is the actual time. Now on to the food. The garlic knots are flaky and flavorful. Pizza is delicious with or without toppings. It's a thinner crust. It's tasted fresh every time and this has become a regular spot so I can't tell you how many times I've ordered from them. Quality food every time. Quality service every time. I've said it once. Today, Saturday 6/13/2026 at 12:27 PM, we called and spoke with Tattiana. She said she would talk to her boss and ask what to do. When I asked when she would call back, she said she didn't know. It shouldn't take a manager to fix a missing $1.80 soda. Any staff member should be able to resolve such a simple issue, but instead it was delayed and ignored. At 3:36 PM, I called again, and no one answered the phone. It felt like they didn't want to pick up because they were avoiding responsibility. I called twice, and I'm not going to keep chasing a can of soda. Until I posted this review, I still didn't receive any call back. This is not about the price -- it's about honesty and giving customers what they paid for. When I called, they could have simply said, "Please come pick it up." Instead, she only said, "I'm so sorry," without offering any solution. I don't like paying for something and not receiving it. As a business, they should be responsive and not ignore customers. Mistakes happen, but they should fix them. When I post this review on Google and Yelp, other customers will read it and take a lesson from this experience.
