This McDonald's was decent enough! It was a busy Saturday some lunch time, so yes, a bit of a wait at the drive thru. But, I was impressed with the 2 lanes they operate with for ordering. Birth moved equally fast and both took orders. The only challenge here was understanding the one taking the order. Her English was mumbled and slurred. Meh. We managed to get the order correct. The fries and nuggets were hot and fresh. Yaay! The milkshake was perfect too...topped with whipped cream. And hey, they had ice cream. How many McDonald's do you go to that say " sorry, no ice cream". I recommend pulling in and out from the side street that connects to route 59, unless you're arriving from route 59 East, then just pull in. Overall, we were happy here. read more

Ordered out from the drive thru here on Thursday July 4th 2025 with my parents. Basically all we ordered was drinks. I orginally wanted a chocolate milkshake, but they said their ice cream machine wasn't working, or at least that's what my parents and I heard. So instead I got the Strawberry Banana smoothie. My dad got the mocha frappe. To make matters more confusing, when we got to the pay window, the lady said mocha frappe, chocolate milkshake, and strawberry banana smoothie. We paid via cash, and got it anyways. Came safely from the takeout window in a drink tray. Happily enjoyed my strawberry banana smoothie, and my dad enjoyed his mocha frappe.Saved the milkshake for later. I like mcdonalds but this one needs to work on knowing someone's order. But highly recommend Mcdonalds as a chain! read more

Bathroom is out of service for customers but not employees. It is ridiculous.Never see other McDonald's did that.

Literally the slowest drive through on the planet. You'd think they were butchering the cows in the back. Four car line could take 20 minutes. Always mess up orders. Lazy employees and obviously the franchisee does not care. read more

i never leave reviews but this place suck. they never have ice cream, take a long time, and not once got my order right!

Whenever I go to McDonald's, they often get my order wrong and something is always missing. This forces me to check my bags before leaving, slowing down the Drive-Thru line. Many others face the same issue. (Nyack) read more

Worst McDonalds. They had their lights on and we're taking orders in the drive thru then all of a sudden shut down? Shut the lights off and don't appear open you assholes! When I tried to order the people working there yelled at me. Wtf I just wanted some of your shitty burgers and fries. Won't be back ever. Worst drive thru service and experience I've ever had. Some how their bad service still amazes me. First - the price you are charged doesn't match the sign. Wow. It's because "the sign is the small size and you have to say you want the smaller size". Then they wouldn't upgrade my meal to the drink I wanted - I had to buy it separately. Service sucks. Hire smarter people! Oh and by the way - telling me to give you my phone so I can use apple pay is stupid and doesn't make me feel safe or secure. I have no idea what she did with my phone for those thirty seconds. Holy crap. How do you mess up microwaving a burger. That food was by far the worst I have ever eaten from a McDonalds. We bought food for three of us and between us, we couldn't finish a single burger. Thank God we were already in a hospital, because this is making me beyond sick. read more

Okay, I wanna start by saying this place is right down the street from where I live. You would think, from the convenience, I'd have nice things to say. WRONG! I say no onions on something (I'm severely allergic) and they still put onions on it. I order nuggets, and I don't receive them. Every time I go to this McDonald's, something is either incorrect or missing. Every. Single. Time. The examples I give above are just from what transpired less than 15 prior to my writing this. I don't know if their district leaders see these, but I hope they do. Shut this place down before they inadvertently kill someone. As someone who works in food service, this is terrible. Go fuck yourselves McDonald's. read more

You can actually drive to the Nanuet McDonald's, order food, eat it and drive back to this McDonald's in the amount of time it takes for this McDonalds to take your order, spew some unsolicited trash talk at you then give you the wrong order. There is no reason for this McDonalds to exist. Seriously, don't do it to yourself. Don't ever come here. I couldn't be more serious. 'always wondered maybe if management let employees chat amongst themselves would it create a team spirit and improve service?!?!?!?! Well this location provides the answer: HELL TO THE NAH!! Your food is held hostage to whatever topic they are discussing when you drive up or walk in. If they are bickering and brooding you will get a DMV type experience and maybe even an order someone else abandoned - happens so often they lose track! Chat away management/staffers! Abuse the fact that most fast food owners don't listen in remote and enjoy bulls**t as much as your employer seems to. read more

Oh, this place was lit! Flame-broiled burgers, made of freshly ground meat from marbled angus cuts of Scottish Highland Cattle (a tier above wagyu), accompanied by a heaping of thin fries made from julienned potatoes chopped right in front of me, from at least 9 heirloom varieties, including the classic, tawny Ohio Russet of the late 1800s to the garnet-skinned Bliss Triumphs of imported Chilean provenance. Staff opened doors soundlessly and expectantly; bowed with obsequious courteousness; and relished, upon seating you in the romantic glow of late-night highway traffic, explaining the intricacies of the food or should I say culinary delights in store - from conception, to preparation, to execution. All patrons were dressed in cocktail attire, flowing gowns and Brioni suits, tailored precisely for the gentlemen, dresses Givenchy, Burberry and red-carpet worthy ensembles for the female companions - edgy, noveau, haute, bedecked in finery and style. Food was plated with exquisite attention to details. I saw a fully deconstructed breakfast burrito serving as a base in gastronomic homage to eggs Benedict, with a gooey and luscious citrus sweet and tangy hollandaise sauce smothering one poached egg procured from a regional diary farm. Local boulangers swiftly outfitted and replenished the bread station with steaming fresh buns - multigrain, spelt, brioche-style and other staples, along with perfectly baked croissants and sourdough boules with their signature diamond shaped leavening of toasted flour at the center. The evening concluded with an apple tart, swirled in an elegant enriching mouse accented by cinnamon. Bravo! Let laudations abound! Viands and victuals victorious! An exaltation of eating and a hymn to a worshipful attention to detail! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I sure would. I came to this location a while back and ordered 2 six piece nuggets. One box was intended for my brother. Took almost an hour to receive my food, didn't even want the damn fries by the end of the experience. This McDonald's sucks major ass.

the worst experience i've ever had at a mcdonald's. we were told to tell the person at the window our code but when we got to the window she seemed upset as to why we didn't tell the guy that took our order the code. when we said that he told us to tell you up here she just laughed at us. before that when we ordered we asked for 2 6 piece chicken nugget bundles.. he rang it up all separately not giving us the deal. we called for the man that was taking our order but he never came back. when we got to the window we asked is the deal was no longer going on, she laughed at us. my boyfriend and i were extremely confused at what was going on. then asked since we weren't made aware of this change we wanted to change our order which was a very easy change but seemed to be very much of an issue for them. overall crappy service and we will not be returning again. i get that it's fast food and you get what you pay for but goodness that experience was just ridiculous. read more

Terrible. We waited in a line for 1 hour only to find out that they did not even take our order. The food was also called fast food but they should really call it slow food. This place is a severe disappointment to all McDonald's nationally and I will not be returning. Additionally they did not have an Accessible bathroom and we had to pee. After we got the food the food also was not correct with us only getting 8 nugs instead of 10. This place needs to figure out their problems. Do not go until they do. Thank you for reading. read more

What is it with McDonalds these days? Fast food? Not as fast as it was 30 years ago. Not as good either. Freakin' corporate greed. It's not like McD's wasn't profitable back then; they just want more. This location is the perfect example. Slow. Not even busy, still slow. Filthy bathroom with urine all over the toilet seat; plus it smelled like the staff uses it as a smoking room. On the positive side, they serve real butter with their hot cakes. read more

Once in a while, I NEED a Big Mac. This particular location, especially post renovation, is one of the cleanest, most efficient McDonalds I've been too. Inside staff is professional, courteous and NICE, and did I mention fast? Even though there were 6+ cars in the drive through line, had a walk-in order in my hand in under 90 seconds earlier today. Additionally, the Big Mac here consistently looks and tastes like a Big Mac--no missed sauce, no dry bun, no strangely shaped beef. Net, net: uncertain why so many people have had dismal experiences here--I feel quite the opposite. Will continue to come back for my once a month or so "fix." read more

My boyfriend and I came here because a friend live nearby. I already had a bad experience before when a woman rushed me, while I was getting change to pay for my order. Yesterday while deciding what I wanted the guy on the speaker said hello. My boyfriend answer back and said " hi can I get a Mc chicken with small fries" The guy didn't say anything for a minute. We waited until he responded back. When he did, my boyfriend said " can I also have the 6pc chicken nuggets with small fries". The guy yelled " I thought you said you want a McChicken". My boyfriend answered back yeah "I also want the 6pc chicken nuggets too". The guy said " what!!!??? a 10 piece chicken nuggets". My boyfriend replied " No the 6pc chicken nuggets please". The guy told us to drive up. So we both said we're not done with our order and he said " end??. I said " Can we also have an apple pie". He said again "drive up" with the rudest attitude, I even said to my boyfriend I will write a review about this place. and after he heard what I said. He said something with a smart remark. We ended up driving to the other location to get what we wanted because the guy was so disrespectful, and rude. read more
