I rated this McDonald 2/5 because it's alittle but better then the mcdonalds in springvalley, Constancy is missing , I get it's a fast food restaurant but you do not give your customers old food that was reheated. SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to in my life! Seriously the slowest. I stopped to get breakfast the other day, went to the drive thru and it took a half hour...I timed it! They just rebuilt it and it looks great, but they are understaffed and no one knows anything. The girl at the drive thru was new (I think) and had to go get the manager to show her how to take a credit card for payment! The manager should have been close by...that added to my wait time. I was there a couple of months ago, went inside to place my order because the drive thru was backed up. The guy at the register wasn't listening, put in the wrong order, when I told him it was wrong he got flustered and walked away and took care of someone else. He didn't say a word to me, just walked away! VERY RUDE! I have years of customer service experience and I still cringe every time I think of his behavior! I left without ordering and gave my money to another establishment. They obviously do not care about their customers, which is sad because it is a great location. Today is my 55th birthday and I went to McDonalds to get my first senior coffee. According to Google, at most McDonalds you have to be 55+ for senior coffee. However, the person who took my money at the drive through this morning told me at Nyack's McDonalds you have to be 62. Boo hiss that rule. read more

This continues to be the WORST McDonalds I've ever been in. I used to drive to Nanuet from nyack to avoid this McDonalds. The remodel is an accident waiting to happen. But the worst is HOW SLOW THIS PLACE IS. After waiting 10 minutes in line without moving, and 4 cars ahead of me, I finally parked and went in to pay. The place was empty. 07.07.2015 Quality is at the lowest here..! 1) I bought chicken sandwich and the lettuce in it was dried and starting to stale. 2) Bought a salad from there and the leaves were not fresh at all...and while other places offer lime along with the salad, they don't include that here. 3) Have to wait in line for a long time. I really like this McDonald's a lot. The food is always hot and tasty. The crew is mostly friendly. It's always spotlessly clean inside and out. And the building itself is modern and up to date. It would be my favorite local fast food restaurant except for one thing; they can never seem to get customization correct. They're good about logging it in and charging extra, but not good at all when it comes to the accuracy thereafter. It's extra annoying when you do take-out. You get all the way home and then discover they didn't make things the way you requested. But they did remember to charge you. It's really good food at a very reasonable price. Just remember to check every item in your bag before leaving the restaurant if you order anything out of the ordinary. read more

WARNING: PLEASE SEE PHOTO!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!Absolutely disgusted!! I order breakfast this morning. I asked for a number 2 an extra cup of coffee and a cup of orange juice. They first gave me the wrong size coffee. The woman didn't know what was going on and couldn't even find my order. I had to show her my receipt! Then I get to work and realize the sandwich I ordered had ham instead of sausage. I let it go and went on with my day UNTIL I decided to heat my second cup of coffee this afternoon... I have yet to see one employee smile at this McDonald's. No actually I'm wrong. The people who work the lobby are always very friendly and keep it very clean. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and actually had a frown on her face. I have been helped by her before and she is rude every time. I got 2 orders of the 6 piece McNuggets. The woman who handed me my order put on 2 sauces when I asked for 4. When I asked if I could have 2 hot mustard sauce cups she gave me such an attitude. Nyack McDonald's, get with it. I have been to this McDonald's once in a while since it first opened...but I had a recent, very positive experience with the management there. The lady learning how to manage the drive thru messed up my order (and apologized, even) and the manager took the order and even got a staff member to get me a soda from the inside machine because hers was broken. read more

My house is literally seven houses away from this place, yet I have never gotten home (driving, no less) with hot french fries (and we all know that cold french fries suck). The service is HORRIBLE, slow, they ALWAYS get something wrong with my order (like not giving me a straw for my drink, WTF), and the food is cold before they even give it to you. I only eat McDonald's once or twice a year when I have a serious craving, but I'm over giving this place "one more chance" because "maybe things have gotten better since the last time." Nope. Now I just drive to Nanuet. And honestly, how ridiculous is that? I could walk to this place in three minutes, yet I drive to Nanuet because they get my order right and my food is still hot once I've driven home. From Nanuet. Even though I live seven houses away from this place. Well, it keeps me from eating there regularly, which is probably best anyway. Do yourself a favor, just drive west down Rt. 59 and you'll get to the Nanuet McDonald's in five minutes (ten tops on a bad day). You won't regret the extra time or gas, trust me. read more

I had to give one star because Yelp doesn't allow a Zero. No one expects anything special at McD's, but when the service is so outrageously bad, it's actually funny and enjoyable in a way. That's what you'll get here at the Golden Arches on Rt. 59. One recent very late night visit in particular was so bad (waited 20 minutes; ordered a simple iced tea but got coke; tried very vigorously to get the correct item and it was as though I was in the wrong) that I had to come here to Yelp to vent and get closure. I wanted a receipt so I could do their online survey thing to trash them, and the young woman's flippant answer "we can't give a receipt because our machine is down" was matched only in unprofessionalism by her sloppily-dressed supervisor (?), who was carrying a greasy spatula to the window, who gave me a ridiculously dirty look when I axed him to print me one from the other cash register. This was a 230am visit, during which I was driving my crying toddler around to get her to sleep, so I really didn't care about waiting that long -- she was already asleep. Rest assured that I'm going back with a complicated order next time (e.g., a raspberry iced tea AND a french fries) to see how badly they can F that up. read more

All the haters need to step aside because this in fact is the most Slammin Mick Ds I've ever been to. First of all the landscaping was just straight up profesioal and well kept. Next I went in and washed my sweaty shirt in the sink from playing some tennis with the boys. Walked into the lobby and the staff greeted me in all different languages. One man laughed at me cause of my neck brace but I didn't mind cause we did end up exchanging a couple of high fives. Tried to treat myself to several pancake but I forgot it was 4 PM. Settled with a whole bag of mcdoubles....some for now and some for my night job. Bit into that juicy beef and it shot out all over my robe. I walked out to the rental van and forgot to treat myself to a dessert. Walked up to the drive through and ordered a few my flurry to stock up on. The 12 car behind me didn't seem to mind while I stood there. Walked up to the window and reached right in and got my ice cream. This McDonalds is newly renovated and looks great! They knocked it down and rebuilt pretty quick. I was impressed. However, it's still horrible. I waited for 15 minutes before I was helped, while the workers stood behind the counter talking and joking with the customer in front of me. Shockingly, the customer kept insulting the worker for screwing up his order. They just gave each other dirty looks laughed. I thought about walking out because the workers didn't even acknowledge me, saying that they'll be right with me. But, I needed to bring food home to my family. So disappointed in this Mcdonalds. A fabulous renovation couldn't fix the problem. Please switch the entire personnel and management. read more
