I don't normally review places and I'm not a regular McDonalds customer, but, this place has always hit the mark. I've ordered a few times, a double cheese burger and fries and they were excellent. The fries are always hot and crispy and the burger is hot, fresh and delicious. At the drive thru they get you in & out in less than two minutes if there is no line. The staff moves so quickly that I never experience a line. If you like burgers and fries, you must give their fresh and hot food a try. There food quality and no wait drive thru keeps me coming back on those busy afternoons, when you just need something quick. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed. read more

Honestly...what the f*%! Fries werent done completely they were light in color and not soft, not salted. And the mcchicken?! Holy f****ng mayonnaise! There was so much of it the buns were sliding off it was busting out the sides dropping on my lap i had to take a pregnancy test when i was done. Jesus. read more

SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to in my life! Seriously the slowest. I stopped to get breakfast the other day, went to the drive thru and it took a half hour...I timed it! They just rebuilt it and it looks great, but they are understaffed and no one knows anything. The girl at the drive thru was new (I think) and had to go get the manager to show her how to take a credit card for payment! The manager should have been close by...that added to my wait time. I was there a couple of months ago, went inside to place my order because the drive thru was backed up. The guy at the register wasn't listening, put in the wrong order, when I told him it was wrong he got flustered and walked away and took care of someone else. He didn't say a word to me, just walked away! VERY RUDE! I have years of customer service experience and I still cringe every time I think of his behavior! I left without ordering and gave my money to another establishment. They obviously do not care about their customers, which is sad because it is a great location. If you have time to wait then go, I wouldn't recommend it though. SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER!!! read more

I rated this McDonald 2/5 because it's alittle but better then the mcdonalds in springvalley, Constancy is missing , I get it's a fast food restaurant but you do not give your customers old food that was reheated. Not only that it's not polite to rush your customers, this McDonald's has some lazy staff, that needs to learn manors & constancy now and days they just hire anybody. read more

McDonald's in central nyack suck the food is horrible and we understand that the people there are arrogant and no educated, they always screw the order never again read more

Today is my 55th birthday and I went to McDonalds to get my first senior coffee. According to Google, at most McDonalds you have to be 55+ for senior coffee. However, the person who took my money at the drive through this morning told me at Nyack's McDonalds you have to be 62. Boo hiss that rule. read more

This continues to be the WORST McDonalds I've ever been in. I used to drive to Nanuet from nyack to avoid this McDonalds. The remodel is an accident waiting to happen. But the worst is HOW SLOW THIS PLACE IS. After waiting 10 minutes in line without moving, and 4 cars ahead of me, I finally parked and went in to pay. The place was empty. The drive through woman was just hanging out. The manager was doing nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS: HEY CORPORATE: HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO LET THIS PLACE HAVE A FRANCHISE!! read more

07.07.2015 Quality is at the lowest here..! 1) I bought chicken sandwich and the lettuce in it was dried and starting to stale. 2) Bought a salad from there and the leaves were not fresh at all...and while other places offer lime along with the salad, they don't include that here. 3) Have to wait in line for a long time. If u r in a hurry, don't get in there. 4) Feels like the staff is under trained coz many times they come and ask me, "What was your order..?!" ... today the question was, "What are u waiting for..?!" Don't wanna go there anymore... read more

Ummmmmm? Quite shit if I may say. One would expect for an employee to know the basic menu vocabulary for a person to order. I.e if in Starbucks you would expect them to know if you wanted extra pumps in your drink right. Please teach these poor souls what is needed to comunicado with English speaking people. read more

I really like this McDonald's a lot. The food is always hot and tasty. The crew is mostly friendly. It's always spotlessly clean inside and out. And the building itself is modern and up to date. It would be my favorite local fast food restaurant except for one thing; they can never seem to get customization correct. They're good about logging it in and charging extra, but not good at all when it comes to the accuracy thereafter. It's extra annoying when you do take-out. You get all the way home and then discover they didn't make things the way you requested. But they did remember to charge you. It's really good food at a very reasonable price. Just remember to check every item in your bag before leaving the restaurant if you order anything out of the ordinary. read more

I have yet to see one employee smile at this McDonald's. No actually I'm wrong. The people who work the lobby are always very friendly and keep it very clean. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and actually had a frown on her face. I have been helped by her before and she is rude every time. I got 2 orders of the 6 piece McNuggets. The woman who handed me my order put on 2 sauces when I asked for 4. When I asked if I could have 2 hot mustard sauce cups she gave me such an attitude. Nyack McDonald's, get with it. You have VERY rude employees. And slow as shit as well. read more

line took forever because of lack of staff and the indoor restaurant was closed so it was just the drive through. i was on line for 30 minutes and there were only 6 cars ahead of me. read more

WARNING: PLEASE SEE PHOTO!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!Absolutely disgusted!! I order breakfast this morning. I asked for a number 2 an extra cup of coffee and a cup of orange juice. They first gave me the wrong size coffee. The woman didn't know what was going on and couldn't even find my order. I had to show her my receipt! Then I get to work and realize the sandwich I ordered had ham instead of sausage. I let it go and went on with my day UNTIL I decided to heat my second cup of coffee this afternoon... I remembered that the first cup didn't have enough sugar in it so I opened the lid to add more and found 2 bugs inside! I will never go back to this shit hole again! read more

McDonald's - Bugs in my coffee - Burgers Near Me - Nyack, New York

Holy cow, how hard is to count to 6??? 6 nuggets not 4. Then you ask them to correct it and they look at you like you messed up.

Slowest... McDonalds... Ever. Dirty. Cashier needed to hear 3-item order four times. Not sure a McDonald's could be worse. A hole.

Ok I admit I like McDonald's. But for years and years there's always issues with the drive thru here. For the most part orders are accurate, but for some reason this location is so slow read more

Usually they're very fast but after renovations they are the slowest location I have ever been too. They get 3 instead of 3 because I have been going there since I was 2/3 years old. Step your game up!! Then again why am I eating mcdonalds after watching all those horrific movies about pink slime? Yuck read more

The girl at the drive in window was so rude we left. When I said that I couldn't understand what she was saying she said "what would you like me to do about it?" Forget this location. read more

I have been to this McDonald's once in a while since it first opened...but I had a recent, very positive experience with the management there. The lady learning how to manage the drive thru messed up my order (and apologized, even) and the manager took the order and even got a staff member to get me a soda from the inside machine because hers was broken. read more

terrible customer service.....very very rude and eye rolls when you ask for ketchup when its not in the bag.

My house is literally seven houses away from this place, yet I have never gotten home (driving, no less) with hot french fries (and we all know that cold french fries suck). The service is HORRIBLE, slow, they ALWAYS get something wrong with my order (like not giving me a straw for my drink, WTF), and the food is cold before they even give it to you. I only eat McDonald's once or twice a year when I have a serious craving, but I'm over giving this place "one more chance" because "maybe things have gotten better since the last time." Nope. Now I just drive to Nanuet. And honestly, how ridiculous is that? I could walk to this place in three minutes, yet I drive to Nanuet because they get my order right and my food is still hot once I've driven home. From Nanuet. Even though I live seven houses away from this place. Well, it keeps me from eating there regularly, which is probably best anyway. Do yourself a favor, just drive west down Rt. 59 and you'll get to the Nanuet McDonald's in five minutes (ten tops on a bad day). You won't regret the extra time or gas, trust me. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's ever. Slow to respond and the speaker to order food even slower getting you your food .I went late night once with me and 2 friends they had us waiting for almost a half an hour and when I tried to get the lady to give my money back to weer could go else where she asked me why. ..!? Really the worst customer service of all time read more

I had to give one star because Yelp doesn't allow a Zero. No one expects anything special at McD's, but when the service is so outrageously bad, it's actually funny and enjoyable in a way. That's what you'll get here at the Golden Arches on Rt. 59. One recent very late night visit in particular was so bad (waited 20 minutes; ordered a simple iced tea but got coke; tried very vigorously to get the correct item and it was as though I was in the wrong) that I had to come here to Yelp to vent and get closure. I wanted a receipt so I could do their online survey thing to trash them, and the young woman's flippant answer "we can't give a receipt because our machine is down" was matched only in unprofessionalism by her sloppily-dressed supervisor (?), who was carrying a greasy spatula to the window, who gave me a ridiculously dirty look when I axed him to print me one from the other cash register. This was a 230am visit, during which I was driving my crying toddler around to get her to sleep, so I really didn't care about waiting that long -- she was already asleep. Rest assured that I'm going back with a complicated order next time (e.g., a raspberry iced tea AND a french fries) to see how badly they can F that up. read more

All the haters need to step aside because this in fact is the most Slammin Mick Ds I've ever been to. First of all the landscaping was just straight up profesioal and well kept. Next I went in and washed my sweaty shirt in the sink from playing some tennis with the boys. Walked into the lobby and the staff greeted me in all different languages. One man laughed at me cause of my neck brace but I didn't mind cause we did end up exchanging a couple of high fives. Tried to treat myself to several pancake but I forgot it was 4 PM. Settled with a whole bag of mcdoubles....some for now and some for my night job. Bit into that juicy beef and it shot out all over my robe. I walked out to the rental van and forgot to treat myself to a dessert. Walked up to the drive through and ordered a few my flurry to stock up on. The 12 car behind me didn't seem to mind while I stood there. Walked up to the window and reached right in and got my ice cream. Teller was stoked I was in a great mood and even left that small change as a personal tip! Nyack Mcdonals is amazing! read more

They renovated (to get rid of the rats) and the service is still awful as usual. I went back, against my better judgement, to see if it had gotten any better. I ordered breakfast and they gave me the wrong thing. It seems like they just put lipstick on a pig. Never again. read more

I called this Mc donalds to ask about bday parties. The woman who answered the phone barely speaks English and kept hanging up on me. Very rude so I will look somewhere else now. Maybe they should have someone who speaks our native language answering phones. read more

This McDonalds is newly renovated and looks great! They knocked it down and rebuilt pretty quick. I was impressed. However, it's still horrible. I waited for 15 minutes before I was helped, while the workers stood behind the counter talking and joking with the customer in front of me. Shockingly, the customer kept insulting the worker for screwing up his order. They just gave each other dirty looks laughed. I thought about walking out because the workers didn't even acknowledge me, saying that they'll be right with me. But, I needed to bring food home to my family. So disappointed in this Mcdonalds. A fabulous renovation couldn't fix the problem. Please switch the entire personnel and management. read more
