When we finally got it, our grill was dirty, with a large dust ball and oil stain on it. The worst thing was when I was trying to ask for water, but one of the staff just shushed me by putting a finger up and leaving. He never came back to the table. It took our table a half hour just to get WATER. There are a number of other things but these were the biggest red flags. Do better.

All these limits make it seems like it's not really all you can eat lol. There are plenty of options that are unlimited though, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is also very nice, but the service was lacking. I ordered the Ikura (salmon roe) nigiri, and the waiter told me that Ikura is not normal salmon. I asked him to elaborate and he said that they are salmon seeds, not actual salmon. Seeds made me think this was some plant based/vegan sushi, but then he said "the seeds baby salmon come from". I laughed and asked if he meant that salmon roe are salmon eggs and he said yes. They also run a birthday promotion, where you can get $39.50 off of your bill, as long as you come in 7 days before or after your birthday, which we clarified with the hostess. My birthday was on 5/1. We were dining on 5/8. Apparently 5/8 is not 7 days after 5/1. I'd have given them a higher rating, but them not honoring their birthday promotion was annoying. The Japanese Wagyu was also not as good quality as other places I've been to, but that's likely because this is an AYCE place and the other places were not.
